BEST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! SEE PHOTOS!! It’s rear that you work with the owner directly. Most stores you meet the sales people and you hear sales pitches all day. The owner Mitra is super sweet and takes her time to make sure we are happy with what we are buying. My family absolutely loves the quality of furniture we got from here. It’s designer furniture but at one third of the price!!! That’s the best part of small business!!I highly recommend these guys!! Received my merchandise a bit late BUT I’m happy with my furniture, the staff is absolutely wonderful & so helpful. I couldn’t have asked for anything better than their help, and the owner is so so nice she kept me up to date with my merchandise even though Covid affected everyone, I understand sometimes it delays our products. But overall I am very very VERY happy with elite furniture!! Will definitely come back and shop some more!!! :)

I was looking for living room set and when I got to the store, this set caught my eyes. Very modern and chic. I searched all other furniture stores in that area and I have to say you cant find living room set with this price and quality. Mitra was super friendly and gave me the best deal. Im totally happy with my purchase and will come back to buy more stuff for my house.

Be careful with this store. Do not pay the money until you get the furniture. I had very bad experience with these guys. The manager is very rude and careless.UPDATE: After 2 months, they partially delivered the furniture. They told me they will deliver the missing piece in 10 days. Now the store manager, says, they cant deliver, I have to pick it up.PLEASE, completely avoid these kind of stores, they have no respect towards customers and no accountability.

We bought a dining room table and set of chairs. Very high quality stuff. The owner was very professional yet friendly. She answered any questions we had and made sure we were satisfied. Excellent place if youre looking for high-end furniture.

They are very knowledgeable and honed in on what I am looking for style wise and helped me to choose different styles and affordability too. Don’t buy here. Worst experience ever. I purchased my living room from here in November. I went two weeks ago and they said it will be here February 4 for sure. And I called today and they told me they will have it in stock until the 20. So I went to get a refund and they couldn’t because the owner wasn’t there. I told them I’ll go when the owner is there but they could give me a time. They told me they didn’t know the time the manager will be there. So hopefully they call me back with a time the owner is going to be there to get my money back. This is a joke!Never got a refund. The owner was super rude. I guess, they need the money more. They prefer $1,700 than references and new clients.

Elite furnitures has durable and remedial goods I just got an Italian Bed from the store. Perhaps the owner is nice and accommodating, she could work with you in somany easy mode of payment like I did so Dear folks I urge you to visit the store at Addison Texas its really amazing after all beautiful things lies in the eyes of the beholder.

I ran across this local furniture store by chance. The shop owner Mitra was knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. She is also a great host! I was offered tea and biscuits while I browsed through the furniture selections on display and in catalogs. Mitra went above and beyond from ordering to delivery process. The table ordered from the manufacturer had a chip but the Elite furniture delivery men caught the defect before it even left the warehouse. They ordered a replacement immediately. When it was delivered, the delivery men were fast and the furniture turned out great. Overall the shop was extremely accommodating and very proactive. They conduct their business the way they would want to be treated.

My husband and I recently bought a couch and a bed from Elite Furniture. We’re very satisfied with the quality of the furnitures! Also, Mitra the owner and her staff are very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend the Elite Furniture Store!!

Would give 0 stars if I could ! But literally if you want the cops to be called on you just for wanting a status or a refund you should totally go here ! Owner is not professional at all.However I will say in the beginning it is rainbows and daisy at purchase . But for delivery get ready to wait a loooonnngggg TIME .

UPDATE! Thursday, September 19th, 2019After going up to Elite Furniture I spoke with Mitra, the owner, about my concern with my order. She pulled up my invoice and let me know someone was supposed to follow up with me and inform me my order was out of stock and that it would be longer than 10 - 12 business day.She reached out to the 3rd party the following day and called me to let me know that they need to make it and that it would be delivered in beginning/ middle of November. Since that is a much later date than expected Mitra offered another bed set that was similar and more expensive, but would honor it at the same price. I did not want the other bed set as my heart was set on the original selection, but appreciated the offer.In conclusion, I hate that its going to be delivered at a much later date, but Mitra was very helpful when made light of the situation and I cant wait to get my bed set! :)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Monday, September 9th, 2019I spent $2,682 on a California King bedroom set and it was supposed to be delivered in 10 - 12 business days. It has been a month now and I havent heard from anyone about delivery or why its taking so long. Ive called multiple times (cant leave a voicemail because its not set up) and sent 2 emails. Still nothing. I will be making a personal appearance when I get the chance.

My experience at elite furniture was friendly and help full. I would recommend elite furniture to everyone.
