I bought the model 988 from them, and now is over 10 years and still running good, (only have a little problem on reclining up). They just called me the other day and offer me to trade in my old chair for their new model which can also massage on..... butt? (^o^)Saving money now(dont want to pay interest)... will post how it feels once I got my butt on it.

My brother looked for a zero gravity chair to relieve our 95 y/o fathers fractured spine pain and found a massage genius deal for $550. The display chair did not work LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER. John would not budge on $195 fee to fix it and we returned it for a refund of $355. Watch out for this scam! He stole $195 from our 95 y/o father. Shame Massage Genius... Shame.
