Love the different pour over options and the organic flavors as well. Several delicious decaf options too which is a rare find. The pastries are yummy and an excellent touch. Make sure to check them out if you’re in the area.

Not bad coffee at all, actually it’s pretty good. Decent cappuccino, so the barista probably knows what they’re doing. Oh, and they do Coffee Express coffee which is a local roaster based out of Plymouth, MI.Could put up a road side saying saying “Barista Coffee” or something like that to draw attention to it. I didn’t know it was there even though I’m local. Friendly barista as well. I’ll be going again.

Cold brew coffee was great. Price was good. Biodegradable straws were a plus. Ill be back.UPDATEI went back for take out coffee and a sandwich. The sandwich was glorious! There was a good amount of delicious turkey and melty Swiss. The flavors were fresh and perfect with the crisp toasted sourdough bread. They even opened the sandwich after toasting it to add in the fresh veggies so they would stay crisp and fresh. Im sure Ill be back!

Good place for lunch/sandwiches. Turkey and cheese with avacado is like $8. I havent try their coffee yet so I cant comment. I dont like their macaroons. It was bone dry. Sandwiches are good so just come and order sandwich and coffee

Some of the most creative, delicious coffee drinks ever! The food is always delicious, including the muffins and avocado toast. The lunch sandwiches are also quite tasty, but LARGE. One can feed two of us for lunch. Friendly, inviting atmosphere!

Mugs has never disappointed us. The staff is always friendly, coffee is always hot and the bagel bombs are the bomb.

This is hands down the best coffee Ive had in Farmington Hills and the only place Ive found that does drip coffee. I didnt try the food but the coffee was absolutely superb! Please try their Peru drip coffee

Its a nice independent coffee shop, someplace Id go to read and chill, or hang out with friends. Theyve got good coffee (I ordered a caramel macchiato; it was so delicious!) and plenty of food items to go along with them. They also sell merchandise such as T-shirts and reusable straws. Ill be sure to visit them again!

I adore this place! One of the best, locally owned coffee shops you will visit. The owners and staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. They serve fair trade, organic coffee, among many other drinks and food items. All are delicious. If you like cold brews you need to try one here. All others after wont compare.

Mugs is your place for a delicious pour-over, latte, or any type of caffeine. The owners use locally roasted beans and bakery bread. The avocado toast is my go-to morning breakfast. An added bonus is their eco-friendly take out containers. So glad we found this coffee shop!

This is the best local coffee shop and cafe in Farmington. The staff is incredible, the espresso is perfection, and the food is produced locally and tasty. There is so much intention throughout this business and you can taste that in the product.

Really great local coffee shop. My wife and I just tried this place for the first time, we usually get Starbucks but we will certainly continue going here. The carrot and pineapple muffin is amazing and the coffee had really great flavor. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a coffee shop other than the big chains. We will be back for sure!

Beautifully remodeled, great ambiance. I had French Onion soup, the bagel bomb with cream cheese, bacon and jalapenos in it, and a latte. All of it tasted very good. Beautiful music as well for my taste. This is so much better than the take-out chain store downtown. Its how a coffee house should be.

Mel has a great little coffee shop! So glad to have anything other than a Starbucks locally. All the products are organic and fair trade. If what you want isnt on the menu, ask if he can do it. Im always difficult and ask for something off menu and he is always kind enough to learn how to do it on the spot! So glad this place just reopened post covid shut down.

This place is amazing! They have a great menu with a variety of non-dairy creamers to choose from. The grub is good and pastries pair well with their beverages. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Im in the medical office across the street from this beautiful establishment and the three of us girls are OBSESSED. The owner is so nice and friendly, the bagel bombs & avocado toast are delicious, and the coffee is always hot & fresh. I absolutely recommend stopping in, you wont regret it. 😊

The cold brew coffee blows Starbucks out of the water! The bagel bombs were a unique creation that my girlfriend and I both enjoyed. Prices were on par with what you would expect to pay at a big chain. The quaint location has a nice industrial resto decor and I love the idea of supporting a husband and wife run family business.

What a great addition to the Farmington scene. Owner Mel is a gracious and welcoming host, serving ethically sourced coffee, locally sourced pastries, including GF options from Rumi’s, and excellent soups and sandwiches. Additionally, they are committed to not using anything that can’t be composted or recycled. Straws are glass or paper; cups are all compostable, including lids and sleeves. They could use the city to support those efforts a little more than they currently are (looking at you city council). Looking forward to coming back often. It’s a gem.
