One of my favorite places to go for a snack. Mostly for my favorite ice cream flavor.., Pistachio. Did you notice I didnt say a quick snack? Cause if youre in a hurry, this is not the place for you to go to. This place is pretty much always packed. And for a very good reason. They serve up some of the tastiest dishes. And for the money, very filling. And not last but not least to mention, the eye candy. Gentleman, take plenty of napkins or absorbing paper towels cause, you will be a drooling. And I you dont want to be pinched, punched, slapped or yelled What You Looking At?, in front of everyone else, go alone the first time you go. Youll thank me for it. Then you can take her some other time. If you want. Laters.

Lets try and pay attention to customers a bit better. Definitely doesnt look good when the line is backed up and employees start nonchalantly just coming out of the back. Customers are important, the quicker you get them out and taken care of the less chance of Covid spreading and your reputation will improve.

Edit: they have now expanded and have much more seating and are a lot more spacious!Amazing ice cream shop! Such good ice cream and fruit concoctions. It is a small place and the employees did not know how to explain the ingredients in English, but it was fine. They were super nice when my daughter dropped her ice cream, they just gave her another one. We had a mango Chamango that had a chamoy sauce on top, it was a savory, spicy mix and so, so good with the mango. Tasted like some tamarind was also in there. Absolutely delicious if you like spice. Also had pistachio, cherry and Oreo ice cream. All were great

This is a place where you treat yourself to something yummy, sweet, and good. Even the eye candy can be very nice, however. Thats why I gave it four stars, sometimes they spend too much time looking pretty.

They are always closed on postmates and uber eats always only open on Tuesday for some reason I call and they say they are always open

My wife ordered a mangonada, and when she brought it out I was so disappointed. It looks like something my daughter can make at home with minimal effort. She felt so bad she went back and stood in line for another 15 mins to get me the chamango which is what every other Michoacana calls a Mangonada. Anyhow, it was meh.... mostly unripe mango with flavorless mango sherbert... Ill keep looking for something closer to what I used to get in LA. I had some hope for this place.

Not only does everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING come in a can (nothing is fresh even the fruit) they have the worst attitudes at this place EVER. Like they are doing you a solid making your food. I hate to break it to you but theres about 300 other places doing the exact same thing, making the exact same stuff. Just flat out rude and everything tastes frozen or like a tin can ! Definitely will not be back.

If I’m being honest I was just looking for ice cream today with my brother. We found La Flor, so we decided to patronize this ice cream shop. As soon as we walk up to order, we’re met with two rude females. One of them decided it was ok to give us faces while ordering, as if us ordering made her mad.Both ladies were more interested in impressing the guys (which there’s nothing about that) sitting in front of them, than paying attention to paying customers.Such a shame that the employees ruin the Icecream and owners reputation!

This isn’t the first time going, but the employees aren’t exactly friendly every time we’ve gone. I was over charged for their mistake and had to ask for a refund. The service was slower than usual which I understand but not a single thing was said at the fact that 5 people after me got their orders. Plus they let a couple of people cut in line. One of the things I got was the elote chorreado, which was just loaded with nacho cheese. Not great. It’s 9.50 which I think is high for what it is. Plus I was charged 1.50 extra for choosing different chips. I was never told of this up charge when I was offered “any chips”. I paid $30 for 4 things plus bad service, no thank you. Sorry, but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The ice cream os amazing. I had a sundae with walnut ice cream and a brownie and it was delicious. The only reason its not a 5 star is because the food was lacking. I tried the sliders which were not that good and the curly fries where kind of greasy. The ice cream is the staple and I would definitely be back for that.La Flor Michoacana.

The food and snacks are great, literally a piece of Mexico, menu is bilingual so ordering is made easier for people trying something new. Service is good. Only negative things are: very busy on weekends, finding parking can be an issue, wait times for your food can become long. This place is great during weeknights for a quick delicious snack.

This place is bomb for Mexican snacks and sweets. A girl that works there is always friendly with me and always knows what I want and makes it the way I like it!!! Will always go back!!!

Don’t come here, move on!!!The staff is really unorganized and the line order is a mess. Now the food... I got some strawberries with cream, I mean some cream with strawberries. I was furious when I opened my cup to fish out some strawberries in a milk cup. I get it’s a business but why are y’all cutting corners like that! I got like 4 chopped up strawberries at the most and some watered down cream. 0 stars if it was an option.

Fun little shop. Many traditional Mexican desserts. Much easier if you speak Spanish, but worth a stop if youre in the area.

Service is ok, some of the employees seem to always be in a bad mood, the menu is big and there is a good variety, the prices are higher than all the other ice cream places I’ve been but this being the closest we go here every once in a while

The best part is they close late! I prefer to drive farther to go there than to go to any other ice cream shop on Federal (all shops typically close by 8pm)

For expanding their shop, it didnt make a difference becuase even with 7 people on staff, they still cant keep a line down. I decided to give this place a second chance even though I knew to expect a big line, but after going in at a slow time and seeing how they still dont have a system down to help their customers, its not worth my time to make the drive again.Servers are quick to help friends & family before you, no matter how long youve been waiting.

This place has the BEST food and drinks! Most of therm dont speak English but that doesnt stop them from being so nice and ready to help.

This place saw that I did not speak Spanish and when I ordered a medium chocolate shake they charged me $8. They are racist and not very polite!!

The line was extremely long. Also, there are 2 doors so it make it a little confusing where to line up. They didnt have my order (fried ice cream) at all so I didnt get anything. My boyfriend got 4 churros, 2 vanilla and 2 caramel. When he got the churros back, they were all vanilla. They were tasty but not what we wanted.

Definitely come here! The staff is always kind. And the owner is really nice. If you only speak English i reccomend coming on weekends as i seen some of the girls who speak English work those days. All of the workers speak Spanish. The food is amazing. I recently tried their chili cheese fries and they are amazing. They also have churros, dorinachos, chamangos,etc. And they carry a few meal options like burgers, salchipulpos, etc.The only downside would be that sometimes they take long since the girl who takes your order does it by herself. And on weekend nights they usually have a line out the door so if you want to miss their busy hours come in the morning.
