Drove over 10 miles to Federal Way store to purchase Corona light beer. No where found in Seattle. Curb side pickup was great. Best selection around. Customer service was great.

On May 27th 2021 and the day before on Wednesday May 26th 2021 I was in Federal Way at Total wine and on Thursday I was thinking about stealing from that so the next day I was going to go see that bottle of patron and talking to no one but the air I say Im going to make that my trophy so Friday I went and conveniently they put a sign up that I have to go get the bottle from behind the counter. So how can that be if no one talks to me I literally talk to no one how can that be. On Friday they kicked me out told me I still from there I was right now but I got a text message.

Needed a keg of Modelo Especial, they had a cold one ready for pick up! Thank you so much.

Went for a warm day drive towards Enumclaw on Hwy 169. Was hungry and saw this drive-in in Buckley just outside Enumclaw limits. And low and behold it was an actual drive-in!!! Deep fried.mushrooms with house sourcream was delish as well as the mushroom burger with a generous portion of sauted mushroms and onions. For dessert- peach milkshake....!

Just got over charged by 17 dollars showed it to the clerk she called manager Lisa at federal way store and she came over and tried saying it was correct I took her to product and she agreed but proceeded to tell me prices change every week and treating me like a child even though Ive been buying same product there for over a year and it has never changed. Then when she was giving the money they mistakenly stole from said in snarky manner that next week it will be the price they over charged me with today like a stern warning. Which I know the price will not change. The thing about all of this is I was in great mood not upset with mistak til manager came walking up with nasty disposition

4 stars because my 1st order had a bottle I didnt pay for in it and the 2nd time I ordered curbside they forgot my heritage bottle. I went in and they kindly fixed it. Would have sucked had I got all the way home and was a bottle short so definitely check your order and customer service was nice.

Always love the selection here. I was ecstatic to find a limited release thats been sold out everywhere else. You can tell the people there love their community as well. Pretty sure the crew was watching my buddy and I. Probably because we started off asking for something out of the lock case and then filled our cart with A LOT of top shelf stuff. My point is they made it obvious that they suspected someone in the vicinity, and yet maintained their professionalism. Im assuming it was us because we received above and beyond Grade A customer service and had a more whiskey than two beanie wearing dorks should 😆

The employees here rock! On New Year’s Eve, I couldn’t figure out what kind of champagne I wanted and someone came up to me and helped me find the perfect medium in qualities I was looking for. Everyone there has always been super friendly and they typically make the first move asking about what you’re looking for without being pushy about it. Not to mention that the location is great and parking is easy.

I was kicked out for not wearing a mask, which I have a medical condition which makes it very hard to wear one. I was told I could order pickup online which was fine but when I did, it had a $15 minimum and wouldnt be ready for over an hour... When I asked what the solution was to just buy a six pack of beer, I was told I was out of luck.

My new favorite place to shop for alcoholic beverages and supplies! if I was looking for rare booze but usual go to was BevMo but no more. Ive seen more varieties of alcohol here than in any store Ive ever been. To give you an idea of what Im talking about this is the Barnes & Noble of booze. If youre a book lover you know what Im talking about. LOL

I have a love/hate relationship with Total Wine, but the Federal Way location and the people who work in this store have got it going on! I often do not buy anything when shopping this store but I always seem to have a nice interaction with someone working on the sales floor. I had a very nice conversation with Kathy this week regarding the loyalty program. She is great! Keep up the good work Federal Way - the Puyallup location could learn a thing or two from you!

Andrew recommended that we try De Margerie Grand Cru Brut instead of a more famous label at about the same price. It was a huge hit. Thanks Andrew!This isnt an unusual event, but it is my first review of Total Wine & More. My experience at the Federal Way store has been very good since the location first opened. The employees who staff the aisles to help customers are knowledgeable and happy to help.

I kinda wish I knew more about liquor so I could work here. There are a good amount of employees, and they all seem to want to help. Twice now, Ive lost my lady in this store, and both times when someone sees me obviously looking for her, Ive been asked: can I help you find anything? Both times Ive said, Im just looking for my lady, shes about yay-tall. Theyre always like, aw man, we cant help with that lol.As far as I know, theres no other store around that has this kind of selection. Legit staff, too. SOLID five outta five, yall. 5/5

Very well knowledgeable staff and clean and stocked.

Based on my experience, not the best customer service and the order online, pickup in store service was not good. There were zero signs showing where to go. After waiting in the customer service line for 10-15 mins, they tell me to go someplace else within the store to get my order. If there were signs to begin with, this wouldnt have happened. Need more improvement on that aspect. Also, noticed some people not wearing masks. Most likely wouldnt return here.

The cashier Sandra was very nice. But we were uncomfortable the whole time we were browsing. This was our first time at Total Wine and we were followed and watched the entire time we were browsing. Made the experience pretty off putting and we would have spent more time & money if we hadnt felt so awkward. I understand theft issues but at least ask me if I need help finding anything. 👎

Clean and organized stores. 4 curbside pickup spaces in front of the store. Always helpful, courteous staff. Giving compliments to those of us wearing a mask. I can locate products on Google down to the aisle. Easy peasy. Good snacks in the impulse buy section.

Best prices around, by far. I placed a large order online for our company holiday party, easy to pay for and received a text when it was ready for pick up. No additional fees for them pulling the order for me. I just walked in, they rolled my order up on a cart, an employee double checked my order with me for accuracy. I signed, another employee loaded it into my car and off I went. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was polite, friendly and spirited. I will do all of my shopping here exclusively moving forward.

Always something unique in the store. Rum aged in used sherry casks / whiskey casks imparting complex flavors. Scorpion / worm in bottles of Mezcals. Love the Old Camp Peach- Pecan flavored whiskey.

This place has the best selection for alcoholic beverages around. My goal was to find everything I needed to build some delicious craft cocktails and one of the staff members basically acted as a personal shopper for me and help me find everything that I needed. How do you say they have an extensive wine selection along with a very knowledgeable staff that will let you taste a few of the ones from their selection to give you some inspiration. I highly recommend talking with one of the staff members if you are trying to find a perfect pairing for your next dinner party. If you are interested in having a good beer there are aisles and aisles of options. even if you cant find what you are looking for there is going to be something else that suits your needs to be certain.

First, I always love when I go and wine tastings are going on. I have really enjoyed learning about them and have been surprised that I knew so little. They have excellent selections and service at this store. Its huge and theyre are many accessories for myself and to gift.

Total Wine had classes at least once a month, a must if you want to learn more about wines. Josh and Sarah are very knowledgeable and speak not in verbose terminology. If you would like to learn more about wines take a class.If you know enough this is the place to pick up great wines, spirits, beers, and ciders (also cigars). Most everyone at the store specializes in a certain thing, so they will help you make a selection if you need a little direction

I get it that it’s a chain store. But I’ve had great service at this location. They always have what I need and their prices are good. Considering it’s tough to find any good beer in federal way this place really is a god send. They keep a good selection of kegs on hand too. The people working here are always friendly to me and really seem to know the store well. Keep it up !
