I knew Id have trouble getting my windshield replaced when I called other shops around me and no one would take on the car. Calling Sav On i found out that the reason no one else would was because the windshield was scarce and there arent aftermarkets they can use yet for it. Chris at sav on took on the challenge of getting my windshield from across the country. It was a long 2.5 months but Chris called frequently to keep me updated on its status. I really appreciated this. My windshield was delivered one day and they came out and installed it the next day in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Sav On to anyone, especially for a difficult car lol.PS. For cars that require the EOM part the wait will be a while given the delays from the manufacturers. Its not just Sav On.

First off, the address they have listed is a Marathon gas station, which is probably why they insisted on coming to my residence. Long story short, I was lied to about the aftermarket parts being compatible with my Toyota RAV4. I was told that because I went to the dealership to have my windshield calibrated, and they replaced the incompatible part, they will not reimburse me for the part that had to be replaced nor were they even willing to try to find a solution to satisfy their customer, whom was lied to. I will update this post after the judgement from small claims court, whether the judgement is against me or for me.

Called yesterday for a quote and they were so much cheaper than the competitor and insurance claim that I scheduled for today. Came right to me nice professional guys and were in and out on a full windshield replacement. Will definitely use these guys again if ever needed too!

Been waiting over 5 weeks for them to come back and replace the drivers side window in my truck. The service man that put it in was very nice but accidentally broke the clip the holds the window in place. Came back a week later and broke the clips again and have been waiting ever since. I called 3 times and they keep saying that theyre still waiting for the window. I paid $260 and still havent even got a sorry, my money back or a window that I can roll down at any drive thru restaurants, to get my mail etc. Makes me wonder how much longer that I have to wait.

Called about 30 minutes before they got here service took around the same amount of time both gentlemen were very professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for any kind of window repair. Fast easy and the most important part, affordable. Keep up the good work guys!! Joe and Rodney killed it!

Glad we went with Save On Auto Glass instead of Safelite. Less expensive and yet very professional work. Called, showed up and did the window replacement quickly but correctly. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! From the initial phone call to the installation, they were very professional. The two guys who came to do the install were so great at letting my kids watch them do it. Not happy at all with the work that was done on my truck. Needed a front window replaced so I scheduled an appointment for a crew to come out and fix it. They gave me a timeframe between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. Three days in a row I wasnt notified until 5:30 pm that they wouldnt be able to make it. Friday rolls around and I get a call at 5:30 pm yet again ! This time they made it out however its Friday evening so it turned into a rush job. They knowingly are sending out crews to work in the dark without any lighting of any sort. Installing glass does require that you can see what your doing. Upon opening the door of my truck I immediately see the interior covered in muddy footprints. Pieces of cut rubber were littered on my dash along with salt and dust. Chunks of dried mud lay covering the floor, plus the outer window gasket no longer lines up and parts of it were still sticking up so you can clearly see the window is not sealed. I called and was given truly piss poor excuses for shotty workmanship ! The glass was also installed with a layer of grime on the inside but I was told they clean all glass before installation. They must have been using a cheeseburger to clean my window. I have never been so unhappy with a service as I am with Save on auto glass ! At no point did they make any attempt to fix the problem. A business such as this quite simply wont last long.

Very disappointed in their service and communication skills.First off, I had an appointment at my home and they said they would call to confirm a time... They just showed up ( I had been in and out all day, I was lucky that I was home )Install started and they wanted to charge an extra $60.00 for some rust around the the windshield (kind of understandable)After the install, I noticed later that when I looked in my rear view mirror that I could only see the headlights of the cars directly behind me. After many attempts to adjust the mirror and fix this on my own, I called the company to let them know that the mirror was to high on the windshield and that my view was obstructed. Their response was that the windows are pre-tabbed and they just slide the mirror on. He asked me to attempt to try and pull it down further on the tab... While we were attempting to fix it he told me he had to let me go because there was another caller, he then changed to Ill put you on hold, which 10 seconds later he hung up and ended the call. I could tell he was trying to ditch the call in the first place. I called back immediately and no answer. I left a full detailed message about my issue and contact details. There has yet to be a call back (almost a week later) nor they did not offer to come check it out. Regardless, if the window comes pre-tabbed or the mirror was put on incorrectly, the company should have attempted to rectify this... This company will never get my business or any referrals. I have only made 2 other negative reviews in my life and this is bad business. Go with a more reputable company, I just want to save someone else the headache. I have stopped any attempts to contact the company and I will have to have this fixed on my own.

The initial installation of my replacement windshield resulted in an slight wind noise coming from a poor seal of the windshield. They tried to correct it but eventually had to replace the windshield again. They stood behind their work and fixed the issue (no questions or debate). Thank You!!!
