I have xfinity mobile, and the screen recently broke. The insurance company for xfinity said I could take it to CPR... they were fast at getting my phone repaired.. and the staff was very friendly!

Employees were nice, But they lack communication. we had to wait weeks and told multiple times they would call us when the part came in but never did till we called back. after all that they got my back glass in and they gave it back to me but with no microphone mesh on the small microphone on the back of my Iphone, so I had to set up an appointment to get that fixed but after that appointment my phone was worse then when it came out, they had left scratches on the border of the phone, there is a dent in the frame, they also bent the aluminum frame from the screen so at night you can see the light from the LED panel shine through the side of my phone which is kind of nerve racking.

Today was a day that I felt my world was crashing in. A few months ago my son had passed all of the pictures that I have of him we’re on my phone when I noticed that it was not taking a charge and the battery was dwindling quickly by the time I got to this facility my battery was dead I thought I had lost every picture that I had of my son. With tears in my eyes I walked in and was met at the counter by two of the nicest most compassionate, smart and caring people. I was asked to leave my phone and they would take a look at it which made me nervous. It’s the last possession I had with pictured memories. I trusted these folks and I was not disappointed within two hours I was back to see if they made any progress and was greeted by two big smiles behind the counter not only did they fix my phone they did it for a very reasonable price. I can’t tell you how much I recommend this place I’ve use them over the years for computers iPads laptops and several phones and have never ever been disappointed in the service or the cost of anything I’ve ever had done there. My wife dropped her iPhone 11 Pro Max and shattered the back glass. We called and asked for a quote to replace with our glass that we purchased off Amazon and they told us to bring it in. Once there, they said our glass would not work. They then quoted us $130 to fix it using their glass. We agreed to the $130. They ordered the glass and took 50% down as a deposit which was $65 and told us to come back the following Wednesday, August 5. Fast forward a week; my wife took the day off work to drop it off because they said it would take four hours to repair. She gets there Wednesday around 9-10 AM and they told her sorry the gentleman who repairs the glass is not in today come back Friday. The gentleman then said the woman who my wife spoke to was new and due to the inconvenience and miscommunication that they would give her a deal on the original $130 quote. They didn’t specify what the discount would be but said it would be less. Wife leaves work early on Friday, August 7 to take the phone back and drops it off. They said it would be ready by 6pm. I was in the area so I stopped by to pick it up. In my head I knew it was going to be less than $65. I go in and they charge me $72.80. I asked why it was that amount and they said because of tax. I said, I thought you were giving my wife a discount because of the mishap. The guy then calls out a guy from behind the wall and he said the $130 was also a misquote and it should have been $149.99 to begin with so $130 is already a discount. I said I wasn’t going to argue and paid the $72.80 and left. I will never go back nor refer anyone to them. I am very involved in the community with my career and will make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else. Terrible customer service and complete liars.EDIT: I get home with my wife’s phone and the back glass in gray instead of midnight green. The phone was originally green and green glass was ordered. So on top of all of the other nonsense, my wife now has a different color phone. I will call the business the next business day to discuss our options.

Went in on Thursday to get back glass repaired for my S9. They ordered the back glass on Thursday and was in on Monday. They fixed it in 45 minutes. All for under $53. Dont listen to those phone dealers that it will cost $200. Call these guys first! Great communication and price!!

They are amazing!From the customer service to the repair job, everything was fantastic! They fixed both my screen as well as my camera lens, in under two hours, to perfection! I will be going back soon to get my battery changed as well. I had originally planned to upgrade my phone, but they did such a good job I am now going to keep it because its like new! They saved me a great deal of time and money. I could not have had a better experience.

Dropped off an iPad screen to be repaired, was told it would just be a couple days, after a week I called to check in and it had not been looked at yet. The next week I had not heard back, so I called again and was told it was “99% done” and I could either wait for it after hours to pick up or next day, I let them know I would be fine coming to get it the next day. I came in next day, still not ready because they tell me they now need a new part. It was now over two weeks and I finally called to find out if I could pick up and they said yes.Immediately when we went to use the iPad when we got home the home button was shifting all around and my iPad began randomly shutting down to the Apple screen every few minutes. I was beyond furious, I called and they said bring it back and they would find out the problem. I was hesitant, but dropped it off and the worker said they would get back to me that day to tell me what the issue was. Now it’s been 3 days no calls from them. I called them yesterday and the guy answered the phone with the generic “we have been very busy here, I’m sorry”. He didn’t even ask my name!? I’m not confident they will actually fix it, or for that matter even get it back!! So disappointed!

Went in for a new screen. Turned out they replace the whole feont of the phone. I ended up getting the front, back, battery, and pen for my note 8. Its a new phone without updating the contract at Verizon. I really love the blue color that they got for me. The parts came in sooner than i thought they would and they fit me right in. I had a problem with my cell phone. Verizon, our carrier and the one that charges us an arm and leg for our cell phones, didnt even try to fix the problem. They said I needed a new phone. A new phone ment we would have had three claim. Our insurance was now no longer. We would have to pay another large fee to have insurance again.I took my phone into the Device Dr., CPR. Honest, my phone was fixed in one minute, no charge!! CPR is tops in my book. I recommend CPR highly!

I dropped my iPhone in water and rushed to Device Doctors in Fenton, MI. When I walked in I was greeted by attentive sales associates who promptly worked on my phone. It was completed in a short time before I was on my way. Later, I realized my phone was having another issue that I didnt previously notice. They not only took care of the issue the same day, but they kindly insisted no charge! Ive since then had them work on my Mac and will continue to send my business there. I highly recommend Device Doctors!

Although my I phone 6 could not be fixed, They tried many things to at least recover my contacts, but that could not be done so when it was all said they charged me nothing for thier time.I have been there with my lap top and my sons lap top. Both of them were fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I brought my phone to these guys in about 50 pieces and they were really friendly & nice about the whole situation, had it fixed in about an hour, and still only charged me $80 (every where else I looked said $100). Nice guys for sure. Took my PS4 there after it wouldn’t display anything on my buddies tv screen. They had it for 3 business days before I called and they said yeah it’s unfixable sorry. Went back home and plugged it into my monitor and it instantly worked.

4th time, still not fixed, and no communication

Didnt have a great experience. Representative accidentally double charged the credit card, and it took 6 days to get the credit returned (yes this takes time, but I had to tell them), 4 day lead time to get parts turned into 6 and I had to call to find out the parts were in. One of 2 frames came in the wrong color, but settled as I couldnt wait another day to get the business phones fixed.Back glass on one was replaced without my consent - said it was to be nice, but getting the old part back, it was shattered. Thinking it was broken in the process.Neither phone is now water proof due to their replacement processes (verified by Samsung retailer)At $200 each, I now know I could have gone to a Samsung authorized retailer for $20 more, had a battery replacement included in the price, and the phone would be waterproof again.My own fault, they were friendly, yet I now know there are better options.

My iPad fell out of the car and smashed. They fixed it and I was happy. However I had to call after a month of it being there to see if it was done. Brought my other iPad in that had been in an otter box since purchased. Had taken it to sprint who warned me about places not knowing what they are doing and how they could damage my iPad when replacing the broken screen. I decided that I did not want to send it in to assurance and have them fix it because cpr did a good job on the other iPad. Now 2 months later here I sit with an iPad they bent the frame on so the screen with break again because you cannot fix what damage they did. I should have listened to sprint. CPR will not stand by the damage they have done and make it right. The owner who owns multiple cpr shops refuses to take my calls or return my calls. Do not trust these people. I don’t care if they tell you they know what they are doing. A 5 day training class doesn’t make them knowledgeable! And what kind of owner doesn’t care about keeping customers happy. I guess small claims court it will be! What a shame!

Unhelpful.Arrived a few hours before close and requested assistance taking off the front of the a game console to retrieve some things our kids put in the device. We just didn’t have the tools to do it at home.The people working wouldn’t do it unless we leave it there for a diagnostic. They said it would take days.The machine worked fine, there was just a small obstruction they wouldn’t take care of. Absurd. We literally offered to pay the diagnostic fee for their assistance and they still declined.The excuses were unending and everchanging. “We’re pretty backed up.” “Lots of devices on the bench.” “We don’t get a lot of these game consoles.”

I went into the store on Monday to order a replacement screen (with LCD) for my wifes phone - MOTO X PURE Edition. They were quick to order the phone screen.The screen didnt come in until Friday (only found out after calling them - as they did NOT call me).I brought the phone in, and they said it would be done in about 2 hours and they would call me. Again, I waited four hours, and then called them. It was just getting finished as I called. Not a huge deal there...still getting it back was appreciated.I get to the store and they tell me they havent tested anything yet. The tech turns it on, but wont hold it in a direction I can see, then turns it right back off. I asked if there was any problems with pixels, and he said, no, we replaced the screen with LCD - so there shouldnt be anything wrong and it has lifetime warranty.We get the phone home, put the SIM and MicroSD back inside, and everything. Then we turn on the phone. It works...great! BUT>>>there are two strange spots on the screen. One in the upper left side of the screen that is extremely bright compared to the rest of the phone...almost like there is a lite-brite pixel underneath that part of the phone. There is another portion in the lower right part of the phone that is much more dim than the rest of the phone...almost like you have a screen darkening app installed (but there isnt, and its only one spot).I wanted to give five stars, but I feel there is some room for improvement. When a phone screen is completely replaced, there shouldnt be any super bright pixels, or super shadow-like darkened pixels. Also, please call people when the items are in-stock. I actually called on Wednesday morning, and was told that my part might be in, but he wasnt sure...it took 6 minutes being on hold for the gentlemen to tell me to just call back another time because he couldnt figure out where my order was (although he described my phone screen to me, and I think it was in earlier than Friday). When you repair a phone, dont tell me its ready to pick up without actually turning it on once. Dont be afraid to tell the customer about the two imperfections - especially if you offer a warranty. I dont know if you caused the imperfections or it arrived this way. I realize the back of the phone is attached with adhesive, so it could be that you damaged it with too much pressure? Who knows. Being honest goes a long way.

Fist experience was with an unresponsive iPad that was just a mess got us up and running in an hour for just over $100.00.Second time was an iPhone 6 that had an unresponsive screen Apple Store in Novi said phone had a bent frame and was unrepairable, device doctors cleaned connections and now it works great! $20.00 instead of $650 to replace out of warranty phone.These guys are great, their store is clean and nice PLUS theyre fast!!!Thanks again!
