I loved the work they did. No other shop could fix my car but they figured it out in no time at all. They prices were amazingly cheap. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Traveling through the area in a rental car, we had a sudden, massive tire failure. Changed to the spare tire 2 communities away, no one there who could fix a tire. Ultimately word of mouth sent us to Otter Tail Tire, where they were able to fit us in, fix and change the tire, and get us back on the road. (Found out the rental company had overinflated the tires to 60 psi. No wonder one blew.) So grateful!

Had four (4) new tires put on my Audi Quattro, dealt with Ron who is very knowledgeable about tires, fair on prices and a true professional. This is the 3rd vehicle I have had them put tires on. Always top notch service.....

I was in need of a set of tires and a working heater - both advantageous to a more enjoyable road experience during a Minnesotas winter. Ottertail Tire carried not only tires but is also a full service mechanic shop. Prices quoted in advance over the phone were the same prices as delivered upon return of said vehicle. Questions were answered promptly. Service was great if not exceptional. Polite and knowledgeable staff who had no problem showing me any issues or concerns I had in the garage. There was no attempt to upsell me on products or services I didnt need. They even pointed out the actual problem instead of just replacing a part that didnt need replacing. Their prices were the lowest of the three shops I compared. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Blew two tires and two rims on I-94 at midnight, the tow truck company recommended this place. I showed back up in the morning and they were very nice and took the vehicle in right away to access the damage. They informed me that they had two tires but no rims for the vehicle, but took the time out of their day to call places to find us a pair. Once we picked up the rims and got them back to Otter Tail Tire, they took the vehicle in right away again and had us out and back on the road within 30 minutes. Very nice and helpful people and great prices!!! It was also very nice that they were flexible with their schedule to get us back on the road. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need!

First time purchasing tires here. They didnt have what I needed in stock but the manager was willing to drive someplace to pick up the needed size. That level of service had me sold. Customer service is above what you would expect from a tire store.

It appears to be the same qualified staff and honest, competent ethos. Ive been pleased with their service for about two decades and based on todays experience I remain a very satisfied customer.

We hit something on our way to ND outside of Elbow lake. My husband called tires plus (otter tail tire) to see if they had a tire for our car. (its one that not everyone always has on hand it seems) they did! Got it in & out immediately and it didn’t cost nearly as much as we thought it would. Wonderful service.

I came in with a blown tire and they got me in right away! Professional, courteous staff and a nice, clean area to wait while they work on your vehicle! Complementary coffee and newspaper to read while you wait, but these guys are fast, so you wont have too much reading time!

Very good shop! Never had a bad experience here. I called and inquired about a tire they didnt have in stock. Showed up the next morning and they called asking if Id like to make an earlier appointment, awesome! Nice waiting area and restroom. I feel like its my local tire shop that takes care of me, NOT a big chain store trying to make things more expensive or deny service.

When my car was making a grinding sound I stopped by. They listened to the noise and figured out that a pully and belt needed to be replaced. Scheduled to have it fixed the next day. Brought my 3yo daughter with. And they were so quick that she didnt get bored. They also have tables and chairs which was great for my daughter as she brought her own coloring supplies.

Car was having problems with the coolant which started smoking as I drove along the highway to get to Fargo. Pulled off and called road side assistance who showed up and told me that Tires Plus was a great place to get anything fixed. It was a Sunday so it was close, so I called the following day and told them what happened and asked them to look at it. They called in an hour or so saying that it was fixed. Far from it. All they did was replace the radiator cap and added coolant to the reservoir and claimed it to be fixed. Drove my car back to Fargo and the check engine light started blinking at me. I literally just got my car back and then the coolant starts smoking again. Apparently they didnt check hard enough to see that the reservoir had a few scratches and a hole in it. Now I have to take my car some place else to get it fixed again. For real this time. Im not driving back to Fergus Falls to have Tires Plus look at my car again.

Stopped at gas station to check tire pressure and valve stem broke. We went to tires plus. The manager was not only unbelievably helpful to get us in right away to fix it, but checked all tires pressure, filled air in all tires. And then he did not charge us. You just do not get this kind of service anymore. More than pleased . Would recommend this tires plus location to anybody.

Wifes tire went flat on one of the coldest days this winter. We took the tire off and brought it in. You checked for leaks put in a new valve aired it up and didnt charge us anything. For that we thank you and will have to come get tires from you when we are in need.

Not only did they help me with my tire pressure but they helped me lower my trailer hitch as I didnt have the proper tools to do it myself. Very friendly and great customer service.

They dont stand behind their products, bought 4 new firestone, one wore itself literally bald and the others were still really good tread after just 3 months. They wouldnt prorate or replace. Called firestone n they sent us to fargo tires plus. They prorated two new tires.wont go to f.f. again.
