M & H is another store in Fergus that has some surly employees. Some cashiers are friendly but I would suggest when they get trained in to focus specifically on how to interact with customers in a more friendly manner. I have worked with the public many years and its second nature to say hello or smile..its not difficult to practice good manners. :)

The staff ignores people who ask for help when putting in gas. I had knee surgery, tried to flag down a staff member and honked, but waz repeatedly ignored. When I asked the staff why they didnt help, they said it wasnt their job. I ended up being late for physical therapy.
