I ordered a replacement canopy for my boatlift in December, I finally put it on my lift in May. When I opened it, it was 4 feet too long. I called customer service, spoke with Jay. He said no problem ship it back and we will fix it. The canopy was sent back to my home in less then a week, and fits perfectly. That is a huge WOW moment. Totally worthless. I purchased a WeatherMax boatcover in June 2013. Since then Ive used it twice,First use: I discovered the reinforcing patch for the boat console was sewn in the wrong place. AND after using the cover for a 400 mile round trip 1/4 of the stitching had come loose. I asked about my options and was told Id have to send it back for repair ON MY DIME!!Second use: 200 mile trip. Huge rip in the fabric along with major fraying of fabric in the rear..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ($350+). UNBELIEVABLY PISS POOR QUALITY AND COMPLETE LACK THE F CUSTOMER SERVICE.
