Was slightly T-boned on 6 July by an idiot that blew through a red light. Got an estimate and okayed Hewkin to do the work that day. 23 July Hewkin lets me know they have the replacement door panel. I drop my car off at 8am 26 July. 28 July at 1130am Hewkin notifies me my car is finished. They also washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Absolutely the best body shop Ive ever worked with.

I love my car! It looks exactly how it looked when I bought it. Someone backed into my car and they fixed it in a timely manner. Very fast, it only took them a day. Everyone was so nice. Steve was AWESOME! He notified me when my car was ready and he dealt with the insurance, submitting paperwork, photos and estimates.

They do Honorable work and I can count on them to do it right

Just had some work done on my Toyota Corolla 2015. Some guy decided to hit my car overnight and didnt stick around for three incident. Luckily my insurance and these guys made it work!! Hell they got the work done fast! Highly recommended for everyone who likes good deals.

The owner and his wife are very pleasant, however my car was at the shop for three weeks and no work was done. I kept consistent contact with shop and was lied to on several occasions. After three weeks of NOTHING I finally went and picked up my car. Would I recommend - sure if you dont mind being without your car and then receive it back in the same condition you dropped it of in.

Although Ferguson Missouri is under extreme pressure and bad press. Hewkin Auto Body is a shining star amoung the turmoil. Our most recent experience at Hewkin Auto Body was great and the service by Steve and Donna Hewkin was outstanding. We took our Toyota Sienna van there for body work. Not only was the price reasonable, but Steve came up with a tremendous idea to enable the work to be done while we were away on vacation, so that we wouldnt have to wait a long time to complete the job. On the day of our departure, we met Steve at the body shop and he took us to the airport. When we returned a week later, Steve picked us up at the airport -- in our repaired van. It was extra personal service that you dont normally expect, but you never forget. This is a great business, owned and operated by wonderful people.

Steve and Donna are fantastic people. Great to work with accommodating and insightful. They were the light at the end of a very dark tunnel for me and my pilot after I was vandalized and robbed.
