When I’m at work an need quick stuff this is where I go the cards are cheaper and if u need small items this is where u go I can shop for all kinds of stuff an feel good on how much I spent

I just bought property in this area. With that I have been dropping in often. There is such kind staff here. Particularly a young man named James. He is pleasure when I stop in. However, last night was not so. The gentleman was very sour. To say it lightly. We have rough days so I wont hold that against him. Hopefully, my future trips are a breeze.

I left my mask by accident.. I asked the cashier at the door if they had free ones.. they didnt yet he gave me one to help out . I went in a bought 3 more because he was a good person..

I generally hate going to Dollar General. Theres always a line and the store is very disorganized. This store is a little better than most because the people working there are nice and helpful. One thing I didnt like was that the parking lot was very dark the lighting is terrible.

Its close & convenient. The man that works there is really a downer though. He never speaks a word to me, never smiles, his expression tells me that i am bothering him by having him do his job. I am there probably 4 days a week purchasing their products and loading my bank card. He really makes me feel uncomfortable.

Everyone who works there is extremely nice. I prefer to go there over dollar general or Walmart for my small essentials.

James greeted me with excellent customer service I can appreciate that in this day and age.

Everything out of stock....there is no way a business should have a bare shelf

I love this location. Okay, so the doors don’t always work, but that’s nothing. This store has some of the most down-to-earth staff that are ALWAYS willing to help or make it right. They actually build rapport with customers to help serve them better on future visits. I’ve never had an issue at this location. I’ll drive across the city to come to this location.

It hard to find lemon amonia since the covid epidemic. Found them at this location.

Very cordual(sp) staff. Looking for one item(they directed). Easy in and out.

This Dollar General is much more better than any Family Dollar that I visited...Trust me

Good store they have a new store manager in there shes very pleasant and all about customer service. I dont like these stores but she make me want to stop there. AWESOME manger. They need more. Her last name is Hughes. You guys are great n the store was clean and the shelf were not empty.

The cashier did not speak while checking me out but spoke to the customer behind me while she was ringing my items up. I look her in the eyes and said thank you have a good day. She did not look at me and said thank you. This is one reason I will not go back. What people fail to understand that a negative experience will spread faster than I positive one.

Great place to purchase needed items for multiple things. The price is superb. The cashiers are friendly and very helpful.

The customer service at this Dollar General was not at all friendly. The cashier seemed upset that they were having a five off of 25 that day and all but said how dare I try to use coupons she was very irritated and it showed on her face and in her tone of voice. The store itself was a lot more clean and organized than some Dollar Generals I have been to but I wouldnt say it was the best overall I would go back to this one if I had to but if I had a little more time Id go a little farther out where the store is clean and the customer service was nice

There was no one to assist me when I walked in the store. One cashier was laying across the counter. The other cashier was going to smoke but since she saw me coming she stopped. I asked if she could check the price on an item, her response was it should be on the shelf. When we both walked over to where I got the items from she just looked and pointed its one of those two prices...well duh!! She kept one hand on her hip and rang me out. No customer service skills used at all.

Crowded but the two people at the registers knew what they were doing. They took one woman aside to another register and finally told her that the cost was 59.00. She started putting stuff back. The other register took care of 10 people in the same time. I bought doggy treats and the line was down to 3 people when I got in it. The people ahead each bought 1 thing so the line really moved.

This Dollar General is one of my favorite. Always orderly and clean. The workers are so sweet and about their business. They are very patient. And their selection of products is very nice too.

Its a neighborhood store that I frequent and most of the time Im able to get in and get out. Sometimes there are long lines but the new employee they just hired is very helpful!!

The staff at this location is welcoming. The store is well kept and the prices are always right. The manager here is a star!

The store always has some type of issue with the entry and exit doors or with their registers but the team is always friendly and apologetic which makes the experience better.

I really enjoy spending time at this location... The ladies there are very friendly... They know Ms. Lanita always leave a bag of merchandise there every time i shop and they know to hold it for me because Im going to return....

Closest to my home only go when I really need something. But wouldnt shop for other things..

Why is it that a person who appears to be an adult, 59 yrs old, not a child. Have to show Identification for cigarettes.. That is Ridiculous. Somethings wrong with that picture 🤔..either that or put on some glasses, so you can see better . I give you 2 🌟 because at least you had some there, but I was taking thur the ringer to get a pack

I absolutely love this store they are organized have things on the shelf and the one that I normally shop at where I live never have anything on on the shelves never organized and the people at this store or very very nice.

Great location for quick necessities, but customer service is subpar.

The selection could be better. Not many items in place or they are located behind the counter and hard for costumers to view these items

Attention couponers! The manager said she thinks the simply tide pods deal for this month is a misprint and glitch in the system said she is not stocking them anymore. So I doubt she will allow customers to purchase the gain deals with coupons either thinking that it’s a misprint and glitch in the system too. SMH

Employee constantly complaining about window shopping customers and calling police on them. Made me very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant experienceand made me leave before I was ready.
