I loved going to this Starbucks until today when I found a bug in my drink, ordered a trenta and got all the way to work after drinking some of it and discovered a gnat in my iced coffee. Very disappointed, I immediately tossed it out. I Will no longer go to this location

Stayed in the line for 15 minutes only to still not get what I came for. line off the street the service is ridiculous and needs a great improvement

This location is the cleanest and fastest Starbucks Ive ever seen. The staff is nice and all were in a great mood. You dont see that anywhere anymore!!!

I couldnt get that panini I wanted due to the effects of current events but everything else was great!

As much as I love Starbucks and go to it, this location has really gone downhill and has become disappointing. I was in line for 23 minutes, late for work, and received terrible service! The girl Kelly who takes the orders really needs to work on her listening and customer service skills! I had to repeat my order 4x and then correct her because it was wrong on the screen. Then she tried to tell me an item wasnt sold there (strawberry overnight grains) and I buy it every week. So I finally get to the window, I had to ask for a straw and utensils but ordered multiple food/drink items. I didnt get an apology, napkins, or a thank you. This is just bad business!

I will give them 5 stars because1. The drinks that they make based upon my add ins or changes are superb. Superb!2. Sunday night, 2/28, I placed a mobile order, but had an issue getting it upon arrival. This morning, 3/1, Jorge the manager was extremely helpful and understanding in resolving the situation from last night. I really appreciate that. Thank you for that 😊

Everyone here is super friendly and started my morning on a positive note! I highly suggest a stop if you’re on a road trip like I am!

Initially when I received word that a Starbucks was coming to this area I was elated! I frequent there quite a bit-anywhere from once or twice (minimum) per week.THREE out of five visits, I’m told they’re short of an ingredient i.e. from the little color flavorings that go into your cold drink beverage, to they’re out of lemonade and or don’t have the proper cups.This is a huge disservice to the customer base in which they service. However, I have no issue with staff they are always pleasant and polite.Nonetheless, When I frequent to other demographic locations they seem to be fully stocked. I’ve yet, experience any shortage of products. I guess in our community we must take what we can get...that’s if they even have the ingredient on that particular day you’re craving to quench your thirst.

The staff is pretty decent. They are just slow. Not sure what happened. When they first opened, service was pretty fast!

My husband and I both agree this is the best location in St. Louis. Quick line if there is one. My husband was temporarily a manager at a nearby store there and he swears by it. It was near my work for 3 years and now that I changed jobs and there is a closer one to my new work- I stop a couple exits early to specifically grab coffee at this location. Great coffee- QUICK- and truly the nicest workers. Specifically can name Patrice and Spike. 5 star!

Every single time I come here I am in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. I would just leave but I order through the app. Just frustrating when I have a newborn in the car so I can’t simply walk inside to pick up my coffee. Not sure why it takes 20 minutes or more minutes to make a coffee.

Um i like everything and all but when i was paying in the app its charger an extra 10 dollars for something and now my dad grounded me and got mad at me for the extra 10 dollars charged to his card

Out of large cups l.?..staff werent the nicestfelt rushed and unheard. Guess i wasnt heard because my Frappe WAs def. Wrong. :( So sad to say it wasnt worth the wait. They never get the order right the staff barely listens, or reads because I mobile order. I never understand how they hand me the wrong drink with the right sticker multiple times. They run out of everything and still charge you. Then instead of re-ringing for a refund they give you store credit that seemed to expire prior to use. And the service is slow.

I dont normally write about chain stores of any kind, but the gentleman working the register today made a trip to this store fun and memorable. We talked about bees & tattoos while waiting for our drinks. He was super cool! The rest of the staff was also really friendly. Thanks, Ferguson, MO.

This place has the best coffee ever and there are a wide variety of choices. I love visiting this place alone for reading a book with a coffee or with my friends to just have a good time. Ultimate taste and neat and clean proper place with friendly staff.

This Starbucks has been my saving grace! I stop by for a drink at least once a week on my way to work around 6:30 in the morning. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Spike is the bomb!!!!

Im going to need a 2nd job for Starbucks. I almost live here. Glad they award you for going to their store. One issue I have is all the stores dont have the Medicine Ball and it really helps when you have a cold or a site throat.Love this place tho

The Brew is always a great product, and the service is what one would expect. You get what you pay for. Why cant I get the same high quality product/service everywhere, especially at home ?😂

The line was low inside and out, l was very surprised given it was during the lunch hour. Placing my order was made easy. I was curious about the Juniper berry latte; the order tasked explained it tastes how a Christmas tree smells.Once l got to the window l sat for just about 5 minutes before the window was opened. At that time l was asked what my order was, l gave it. 3 minutes later, I was asked what my order was, I gave it again. By the time l paid, and got the wrong size order, Id been at the window for over 10 minutes. The woman (I assume was the manager) was very apologetic.Id go here again, to give it a second chance.

The standard Starbucks quality you love and know. This location has a pleasant, open air atmosphere and the outdoor seating has a little free library.Four stars because service was sluggish despite being one of two people with simple orders...

The staff are super friendly, but theres definitely a staffing issue! The wait time is extremely long! I would only suggest this location if you have time to spare. If not, youll make better time visiting the location on Graham Rd.

I usually have good experiences here. It just seem like the customer service is getting slower. They also cut my tea today with water instead of green tea. I’ll just stick with the Florrisant or Hazelwood location moving forward.

Ive always had a good experience here and this particular Starbucks has a very neat and interesting decor. Bluish turquoise and green Shades, kind of tribal and well done!

They were able to recreate the turtle coffee I get at work. It was very good. I will go back now that I know what to order.

Im sorry but ih have to change my review. The last 3 times at this Starbucks it has gotten worse and worse, 30 minutes in a drive thru with no customers inside! Then when you get to the window you sit there another 5 minutes and they look at you like your the wrong one. This one Ill pass on from now on.

Ill start by saying Im use to going to the CWE location, in which Ive never had an issue. I was in the Ferguson area so i stopped at the west florissant location. I ordered a grande iced vanilla latte and i could tell it wasnt made right. They did not put shots of espresso in my drink. It just tasted like they added brunt coffee instead. This is something i order all the time at the CWE location and the taste was wayyy off at the Ferguson location. Just tasted like burnt bitter coffee. I would never go here again.

Went to read and for a coffee.. It was crowded so I sat outside it was nice tried a new coffee drink with the suggestion of the barista. It was very good. The store was clean but no as nice as my last visit. The staff was different.
