The represantative was less than helpful and made me and other customers feel like we were an inconvenience. Service was short and rushed and I ended up just working through the transfer of mobile devices on my own at home. Wasnt impressed by the staffing here.
So disappointed in the service at this location. I went originally to purchase a jet pack. However, after a couple of weeks I was able to determine the signal was not strong enough for what I n ended so I returned it. They were not helpful in letting me know further steps needed once I returned the jet pack and the credit I was supposed to receive was actually withdrawn from my bank account. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
I recently purchased a new iPhone 12, tablet and Orbic Internet hot spot at the Victra Verizon store in Ferndale, WA. My 5 Star rating goes out to the Verizon associates at this Victra store. Many thanks to Trevor who walked me through the ins and outs of my new “toys”. Then, a big thank you to Hannah who went above and beyond to help me link my new phone to my car phone system! Then, today, Indiah rescued my phone’s Facebook account when I somehow messed it up!!!It is this level of personal care and concern for us customers that sets the Ferndale Victra store above the other Verizon stores in our area.Thanks guys for your positive and welcoming approach to customer care beyond just selling a product.Rosemary Meyers
INDIAH was very helpful in me getting my new phone. I lost my last one at a park and she helped me with getting all my account information and information I thought was gone. I came in unsure of what new phone I wanted for my upgrade. Elijah did an excellent job of explaining all the different phones and features helping me to find exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the phone all of its features and took the time to download all of my information. At the same time he was respectful and had great customer service towards all those who walked in while he was helping me. I always felt like I was a priority.

These guys were awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. They were patient puting up with my eccentricities. Friendly as heck, we talked about gaming on all platforms, while all my iPhone stuff was transferred over to the new Samsung phone. I thought the transfer was going to be technically difficult but it was easy. And the other dude let me see that futuristic box that dried the high teck screen resin superfast!

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Very positive and comfortable vibe. Was able to fix the problem I had with my service in a very short matter of time. The only thing that I was frustrated with was that it cost me $ that I did not have to spend on this at the time for something that I should have been able to easily take care of myself but Verizon made that pretty much impossible to do with the options I was given. These guys are good! I went in to get a phone charger and it was fun talking with a couple of the people who work here. They seem to be trained really well and handled my needs very professionally. Maybe its not just a training but the fact that they care.

This was the best phone store experience myself and my family have ever had! We wanted to use our phones in Canada and were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was! Jen was INCREDIBLY helpful and made the experience easy. She was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped us save $60/month on our family plan with no changes to our current data allocation, lines, features, etc. by updating our plans. I would highly recommend using this store exclusively, for ANYTHING you need done with your phones, tablets, or plans! A great experience, much better than your average mall location. A+. Thank you!

Called this location six times over an hour and left a voice mail. Never heard back from them and not once did they pick up. I called a Victra in Seattle and they picked up in the first 2 rings and emailed me the appropriate information I needed promptly. Still waiting for a call back from the Ferndale location 🙃
Unprofessional employeesPosting because Ferndale Verizon will not answer my calls back after they hung up on me, I asked nicely to be taken off the call list for sales. The sales call person at the Ferndale store was extremely rude to me on the phone and hung up on me after a snide comment. Completely unprofessional. This is the second bad experience from this place. They lied to us about having to upgrade our phones when we signed up. We didn’t need to and ended up returning our phones when we did our own research into the upgrades. Very very unimpressed with the employees here.
10/10 Would recommend shopping here.Gabe helped me switch from my Virgin Mobile prepaid to a Verizon Post paid. It was quick and easy and I didnt feel pressured on making decisions. Gabe also explained things clearly and was always polite when answering my questions. The store was well kept up and clean as well. Great service and great people.

I am in retail management and can honestly say that any company would be privlaged to have him as a salesperson and representing their products. If you have any questions or need any assistance with your products make sure to head to the Verizin store in Ferndale.
Although it was busy I browsed the phones and was helped after just a couple of minutes. Naomi was very personable and knowledgeable, I was having some billing problems and was exploring the idea of getting a new carrier. Naomi helped straighten out my billing through some wrangling on the phone and computer and got me a great deal on a IPhone X max, even lowering my monthly payments. She even got my Apple Watch to work properly as its own line. All of this took 20 minutes and she was friendly and focused on me the whole time (I learned later she is the store manager). The experience couldn’t have been better, I went in ready to change carriers and now I am a Verizon customer for life.I went back about a month later to grab a better band for my watch and Naomi remembered me and wanted to make sure everything was working and reiterated that if I ever have a problem to drop in or call her.One of the best sales experiences I have ever had surpassing all expectations.
This store location is so convenient compared to the other Verizon stores that are local. The customer service is absolutely impeccable, didnt have to wait at all, and had every need of mine taken care of. They even saved me some money on my monthly bill! I recommend this lovely store to anyone with any wireless needs!
This store is outstanding....we recently purchased two new phones, one of which is an iPhone and have had nothing but problems getting ATT to unlock it so we could go to verizon. Amazing this store is the best! My iPhone got stolen and they were so helpful with helping me get the serial number so I could give it to the police. Breanna was wonderful and so was the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this store. Will be getting my phone plans from them from now on!

Very kind, nice, and welcoming environment and people. However, they were not very helpful, and did not seem very well informed about their own products, services, and policies. I recommend avoiding this location if at all possible if you need assistance with a technical issue, policy problem, or troubleshooting.I had to jump through a lot of hoops trying resolve a technical issue I was having with my device, and my issue could not be resolved while seeking help at this location. After leaving frustrated, another nearby Verizon store in Bellingham was able to resolve my problem in just a few minutes.
2 verizon stores cannot work with eachother leaving me the customer to get frustrated. I just switched to verizon and Ive recieved nothing but excuses and lies. The problem Im having is they think they are doing me a favor by waiving a fee when if their JOBS WERE DONE RIGHT IT WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN HERE meaning no fee. Further more when you talk to a manager you expect better! But Eli a worker at the ferndale store has zero answers and needs vast better training. He acts helpless with no answers. But the answers I got out of him and the manager have been nothing but false for 4day, no wait 7 no wait 9 now 12 days and likely Ill hit 15 before I should receive my phone. When its 1.5 hours from me, does that make any sence whats so ever! Wish I could have done negative stars.

Ive just been through a divorce, after a 30-year marriage, and have never bought a phone by myself before (but Id accidentally killed my phone and didnt want to spend another night without a lifeline). I saw there was an authorized Verizon retailer in Ferndale - open on Sundays, no less - so I headed in, bracing myself for a stressful experience (Im going to feel stupid, Ill be pressured to buy something I dont want, etc., etc., etc.).Instead, I was warmly met by Dakota Williams as I walked in. He was SO patient, understanding and supportive. He comprehensively explained everything and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything beyond my budget. I was THRILLED to learn that this store will be there as tech support if I have problems with my phone in the future, too!I cant more highly recommend this store EXPRESSLY because of my interaction with Dakota Williams. I will be calling to see if hes working any time I have any questions regarding my new phone!
Walked in because I had to do a factory restore on my iPhone and my Apple Watch wouldn’t sync. Sat with Eli and he worked with me and eventually got them to pair up again. I even told his Nicole to let him go home early for such and awesome job. Thank you and any additional lines, I will purchase through this store.

Nice staff just make sure you ask them to print your Customer Agreement or you could be signed up for unknown extras, receive a month retroactive billing and not be informed of all actual new plan costs Get a written list of all charges because corporate Verizon wont believe you were not informed.

TLDR: Avoid at all costs, go to a Corporate location like the store in the Bellis Fair Mall. Rude staff, Im not a difficult customer and I rarely lose my cool but the treatment I received here had me running for the door.I came in to upgrade my phone and the staff seemed very helpful and friendly. When I found out that they didnt have the Otterbox case that I wanted for the bundle pricing I told them that I would just get the phone upgraded another day because I didnt want to risk my phone getting damaged because it wasnt in the case that I wanted. (they only had the symmetry but I definitely wanted the extra protection from the defender)Well at that point they had already transferred my number to the new phone and they were unable (or unwilling) to return the phone and cancel the transaction. The employee started to blame me and tell me that I should have verified that all of the items that I wanted were in stock before I began the transaction.I asked if I could pay now and pick up the same case at another store but all they could do for me was ship it to my home in 3 days and in the meantime I could pay for another case and then return to the store to have it refunded when my other case got shipped to me. There only other store was more than an hour away because as it turns out, they were not a Corporate store.Since this location was not the closest store to my house I opted not to do this as it was very inconvenient and then the employee told me that she was sorry that we couldnt complete the transaction because of an accessory. She told me that I should have verified that the store had everything in stock before I wasted my time and the associates time just to cancel the transaction.I have never been treated so rudely. I took my then non-working phone over to a real Verizon Wireless store and the staff there was more than happy to get my phone back in working order. I still have to wait for the exchange to process on the device that I didnt end up buying so that I can get a new one.Independent locations like this give Verizon a bad name. I should have taken it as a bad sign when there largest poster displaying phones were for the S8. Being 5 months behind on updating product displays is inexcusable in a market where new products come out annually.

This was the best customer service we have EVER experienced from any Verizon store. We are full time RVers and have traveled all over the US and visited many Verizon stores for assistance but none have compared to the service and assistance we received from Alex and Rebecca. They had an answer to every single question we asked. We upgraded our old smart phones to Samsung 6S. The ladies took care of everything and managed to make the experience pleasant and thats not something I ever thought I would say about a visit to Verizon. Thank you, ladies. We will stop by to say hello the next time we are in the area.

Let me preface this by saying my first experience with Dakota was AMAZING.I had actually purchased my daughters iPhone at the Bellis Fair Mall Verizon store and once we received it (it had to be shipped), they were unwilling to assist us in setting it up. AT ALL. Not even the store manager would assist me. They made their sale and their job was done, I guess. So disappointing. When I learned there was a Verizon Wireless retail store in Ferndale, I went to them, hoping they would help me, even though they didn’t sell me the phone. WOW! I promised them when I could afford to upgrade MY phone, they would have my business.My turn finally came. Dakota had bent over backwards for me even when he didnt make the sale on my daughters phone, but I had promised to come back. I came in hoping Dakota (or one of his fabulous colleagues whom I have also praised in the past, because these people work as a TEAM; so refreshing to see in retail!) would be there. Dakota was just finishing up with another customer.Although I knew exactly what I wanted, it couldn’t be just a “simple sale”. (Rarely is anything ever “simple” with me!)It was a Sunday afternoon and he had to put out a nation-wide search for my phone. In my color, although I wasnt picky. Not an easy task. Turns out, there arent very many even left!When it arrived, Dakota worked diligently to restore it from my (archaic) laptop. (Of course I didnt back it up to the Cloud. Just to the laptop-- over 3 weeks before! ::sigh::) Oy. He had his work cut out for him there, too. What a patient man.I have recommended your store to all my friends in the area who are in the market for a new phone. I went in today to get a Samsung Note phone. It had been a long day but working with Brittanni and Jennifer was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in avery long time and I am actually surprised that it was at V.erizon. Id Been a long time loyal Tmobile Customer until their service got so bad that my phone wasnt working because of some cell tower issue that they were having and they would not resolve the issue. I went to Verizon as a slightly Better alternative. But I have been won over by the improved service at Verizon. The gals that helped me tonight were so helpful and set up my devices for me, were so patient with me and spoke slow enough for my old, tired brain to process what they were telling me.They were so pleasant and actually acted as though they were happy to help me instead of making me feel like an inconvenience. Could not ask for a better team than Jen and Katelyn. Service was exempltlary to say the least. They are knowledgeable, customer orinated and should be a model for all Verizon associates. We arrived to solve a few access problems which were solved. We were then advised that we had some better options with the new plans that were available, that would give us more access at a lower cost. (Hallelujah) We also took advantage of the opportunity to up grade our old I Pad to the new generation .
