This place knows what they are doing. They have the right kind of product and buy quality. Ive been steered towards what works best and not what costs the most. Ive been well taken care of the several times that I have visited.

The last few times Ive visited, the atmosphere had drastically changed. These guys used to be like your neighborhood corner store where you could shop and converse and learn about products.They used to go above and beyond to educate and advise on the products. Now, they barely say hello. You get, What can I do for you? When you drive a half hour to patronize an establishment, thats disheartening.Sad thing is I love that little shop. It reminds me of infinity end on Charlotte, NC. Fortunately, there are other places to shop for gear now that marijuana is legal.

Used to be my go-to, lived in the area for 10 years, going there a few times a month, maybe more. The guy working the register today was acting full of himself, talking politics, not wearing a mask.. I just wanted to get my stuff and get out. As you can see from their responses to negative posts, they handle situations like this very unprofessionally. But i guess thats what you get from this establishment now. Wont be coming back.

They had a large selection of glass, but to pay their premium boutique, brick and mortar prices, theyre going to have to provide some service. I didnt get any and Ill let an online vendor have my custom. Its pretty amazing times were living in where thats an option. Why wouldnt I take advantage when the local store just causes expensive distress?😊We have come to an understanding. I would prefer to be served in the right order. I dont really want to jump the line, and anger those I skipped. And, I really dont like being skipped in line. You can favor your regulars but if thats your stance, youre going to alienate potential new customers. Its already happening.My god, I think hes trying to dox me. He kept mentioning my name. Bought what I thought was a decent piece but it has a crack that I didnt notice before I bought it. Called to ask about an exchange and was told that I had to wait for the owner to come in tomorrow. I was later called as was told that they could do the exchange the same day and the took care if me as soon as I walked in. Great service from a quality headshop!
