Excellent! They have everything you need for wellness. I found so many different types of herbs and supplements during my visit. Very Covid conscious as well. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with their customer service and variety of products.

They have a great selection & decent prices on the items I always purchase. It’s small & crowded but that doesn’t bother me. I would have left five starts but I don’t appreciate the way they stalk me like I’m going to steal. I notice that other people of color are always stereotyped when I’m observing things in the store. It’s quite saddening to color someone before even giving them a chance. I completely understand that workers have to be observant for theft. It’s the matter of me being able to shop in peace without being followed around. I know I’m easy on the eyes but geeshh! Other than that I guess I’ll be back until I find an establishment that beats their price points. Because listen sis loves a good deal!

I LOVE Natural Food Patch and shop here almost weekly. Prices on bulk items, items I can barely find other places, and supplements are on point, even comparable to online prices. There are always so many staff members around who are willing to help and direct me through the many supplement options, and I like that it caters to anyone who stumbles in there. Sure, the store is a bit small and the aisles can feel tight if the store is busy, but Im sure this allows the prices to stay low and for that reason I have no complaints. Im stumped by the other reviewers complaining about NFP? Its not like going to a big box store and thats the beauty of it. Im grateful for this store and its staff.

This is definitely one of my favorite health food stores. They have just about everything you could want in any form. If you dont see your item, just ask and they will produce. A very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A great location for meal prepping also.

My favorite place to buy vitamins and supplements! They have a wide selection of products you can trust, the store is always clean, and staff is always friendly. Sam is always there when my boyfriend and I come in and he is very helpful and really knows his stuff!

Not the cleanest. Shelves are not wiped off.. One of the managers didnt want to put hand sanitizer on his hands after coming from the back. The associate/ cashier did.

Best place to buy all of your herbal, organic, natural, health products from natural hair color to ginger tea, black soap to Vegan soup. Extremely affordable, clean, organized shelves with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Parking is decent minus construction. Note that being the best means its often busy. This gem attracts many new and frequent customers, there is constant flow and movement. Only issues, tight aisles. Otherwise, I equate this great health store as the happy hour affair every time I go...any day AM or PM.

Accidentally ran across this place. Small location but huge selection. The prices are damn near 30-40% cheaper than the big chain health food stores. Lots of staff to help with any questions. They are very knowledgeable. Super friendly and extremely clean. Just an FYI, meter parking so bring change.

I called to inquire if the Food Patch sold a particular items, the sales person confirmed that they did indeed sell the product. I then asked how much does the product cost and I was told we do not quote prices over the phone Well, how in the hell do I know if the product is cost efficient? If you are in the business of selling products, you should be able to give the customer a price or price range. What if I drive out the the store and do not have enough money or the items is out of my budget? I am very unhappy with the store policy. I wouldnt have given the one star but google makes you give at least one.

For being a small scale store, this place has a huge variety of even hard to find health foods and supplements! The pricing is almost always the most inexpensive, even when compared to large corporate chain stores! Another amazing thing is their rewards program, the Carrot Club, where you can earn $40 in free merchandise after making the required number of purchases and spending the required amount of money. This is my go-to health food store and it has almost everything anyone would want to support their dietary needs, at unbeatable prices! And with a generous rewards program, this little store cant be beat!

Peace, it’s a pretty cool store. But they don’t care to see African Americans shop there... its obvious by the way they stare at you soon as you enter. But that’s the world we live in now.. we can’t even shop and peace.. change your mindset about African Americans... and just do your job. Or better yet find a job where your not interacting with human.. and it’s sad cause it all the stock guys.. women at the register are sweet as pie. Moral of the story... let me shop and peace.

This is my favorite go to health store outside of zerbos but you better make sure that you have some coins to feed the meter! I have found that this health food store is always cheaper than others with the same products so this is my go-to store for everything outside of pharmaceutical grade vitamins. The staff here is great in very knowledgeable. But you should do your own research as well! I love that you can enter the store from the front or the back I think what will be nice here is if they did some testing and allowed you to try some things like Sams Club. Be sure to use your carrot card if youre planning on spending over $40 take care and Healthy Living to you all

I love their variety in healthy foods and supplements, tea, cleaners etc. There are always people to help you find what you need.

1) Its great to not have a big box store. 2) The array of food and tea. 3) If your doing a lectin free life style, they have the sheep and goat cheese. 4) The staff, most importantly, they greet you with true interest to help. If you have questions dont hesitate, they are unbiased and will help. 5) Stella knows how to pack the groceries. I can trust how the items are packed, Not have to worry when I am done putting the refrigerator items away. 6) flouride free toothpaste, many types. 7) the chocolate. 8)the array of honey. 9) the baking needs for gluten free. 10) Just awesome 🤣

Natural Food Patch is great! They have some of my favorite brands, like Gaia Herbs, Megafood, and ACURE. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are fantastic.

Used to like this place until I went in today and the manager asked me if I needed help with finding anything asked for some essential oils and he showed me but oddly stood behind me and made sure I didn’t steal. Place is a joke don’t shop here!!!!

I drove here from dearborn through a recommendation. In my opinion some of the items are very overpriced. The ambience felt cold.The employees at the register were very nice and sociable. The place has potential however the biggest reason i will not return is that this store does not have competitive pricing.

A great health food store that also has a big selection of alternative cleaning and personal care products. If the food products werent contaminated with the incense they sell, I would shop there all the time and they would get 5 stars.

I love the fact that they have a rewards program items and things are not able to find any other Health food stores the only thing I don’t like is the space again I’m pretty Claustrophobic and a little bitty shopping carts. But I love the reduce section you can get up to 60 to 70% off of the regular price which is really high for almost out of date foods

Love this place....most of the time. They have a few staff who have a preference of race...and will suttlely show it....if you know what I mean...otherwise...they usually have a great variety and at times may be willing to order what youre looking for.... depending perhaps on which staff youre dealing with....I dont know what changed with the staff but ive already begun looking elsewhere for my health needs. And based on others Ive spoken with...theyve noticed it as well.

I was once accused of stealing from this place a few years ago, despite purchasing my items, which resulted in me & my guest being searched outside by the police on the busy street. Of course l, I returned my purchases because I was falsely accused. However, they have a great selection of natural items and food. Ive only recently gone back.

They have speciality vegan/vegetarian items that are hard or impossible to find elsewhere. Downside: You have to pay for downtown Ferndale parking & the isle ways are super tiny so it gets congested a lot.
