Pretty decent experience except for the fact of nobody seeming to know what was going on with my pre-lease turn in inspection. Also, I have always gotten a coupon for a free car wash. Not this time. Actually, I preferred when Warner actually washed your vehicle. Seemed a lot more personal and professional. Its a shame they cut this service.

I was planning a trip to Washington D.C. for the Rolling to Remember ride and my check engine light came on a couple of days before our trip. They were able to shoe me in and had the replacement hose I needed to be shipped overnight. My truck was fixed and I had an uneventful trip with the truck. Cannot thank these guys enough for their professionalism and quick repairs so I could make my trip.

Took my Acadia in for a new tire. The tire was supposed to be ordered on Tuesday July 13th and be in the next day. Had it scheduled for Friday to be replaced at 8:15a, but when I got there the tire wasn’t in as they didn’t order it until Thursday, which led me to leaving my vehicle there until they got the tire and replaced it around 1p. After picking my vehicle up I noticed the tire wasn’t mounted the correct way (outside was inside). Took vehicle back on Tuesday July 20th to have fixed.

I bought a used 2010 GMC truck in August 2016. In November 2016 the truck engine blew the camshaft bearings. I ran the truck for just over 6,000 miles. It was properly maintained to GM standards over this time. It was 2,500 miles over the GM warranty limit and 159 miles past the paid-for warranty. When I told the dealer I was quoted $8,500 by a local GMC dealer to replace the engine, he offered to do it for less. When I asked for a quote with specifics (like the type of replacement engine) the service manager said sure, hed be back to me later that day. Not so much: He called back 2 hours later and said if I wanted to fix it anywhere else or get a detailed quote from Warner, then they didnt want to participate I have a 4 page detailed quote from my local GMC dealer so at least I know where my $8,500 is going, including a 3 year, 100,000 mile engine warranty.I have been driving GMC trucks since 1977. I have never had an engine blow nor have I ever been so badly treated by a GMC dealer. Consider yourself on-notice if you are reading this. This should be a NO STAR rating but the system will not let me post a review without giving them at least one star.

We took our GMC Sierra 3500HD in for routine service and to have a recall completed. We found all of the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. The service was completed quicker than the initial estimate, and the bill was reasonable. A subsequent issue was dealt with promptly. The premises are COVID safety compliant which we appreciate. We will be back again.

We were so impressed with technician #789 who went the extra mile on our free multi-point inspection to fully check our battery which we were told was not included in the inspection. We found that the battery was low and our service advisor, Bill, suggested we take it for a drive on the freeway to charge it up. I was so grateful that my battery was checked before winter so I can take steps to make sure it will either hold a charge or indicates the need to purchase a new battery before winter. Rude service manager, sad how he handled my situation, explained to me that they send their work elsewhere when I said the work was needing done by a certified GMC dealership. What a sad story really, not a good way to handle business at all. Very glad I went elsewhere for the purchase of my vehicle, as they are from Michigan and are fixing my vehicle I bought from them thats not under warranty. If you want a reliable and good dealership go to Serra Buick Pontiac GMC in Michigan. They know how to treat a customer and take care of issues promptly...

I had a good experience with buying a truck at Warner.
Called Warner to set up a time to purchase a 2019 Buick Essence had listed for $27,900. Spoke to Nick on Wednesday and Thursday regarding our visit since we were going to drive 80 miles to Findlay, OH from Ft Wayne, IN. Submitted our credit app, planned to drive over Thursday evening to drive the car and purchase. Received a call from Nick on Thursday morning, sorry, our ad was wrong, the best we can do is $33,100, our 3rd party company we use had it listed incorrectly. I suggest your personnel review your postings your 3rd party does so this doesnt happen to anyone else. To be clear, I dont solely fault Nick, my guess it is a departmental issue within the Warner organization. Mistakes happen, but it shouldnt take 3 days to catch when you have been speaking with a potential buyer the whole time. Such a disappointment......

Ur service writers are rude and slow dont listen to anything we asked since the first oil change to start oil consumption test has never been done bill has argued with me about doin it I put new air and cabin filters in it 15,000 miles ago and we are still being told that they need to be changed tires are at 7/32s and are told we need new tires soon

I bought my first financed car from here, I love them! I had no clue what I was doing but my sales man Jason really helped me out and answered all my questions. When I decide to buy again this will be the place I go! Also my husband just took out a deer in my new car and the body shop was very prompt on getting me in and providing me with a loner vehicle until its repaired. Plus the service dept. Is checking out my warranty and giving the car and oil change and a good look under the hood before I go pick her up! Definitely a one stop shop. Very trustworthy and friendly! Thank you warner!!!
Bought a 2010 Journey a month ago. I tried to turn it on and it wouldnt. It was dead. I sent the car back and now they are charging me a new battery after they said that they ran a full diagnostic on the Journey. A car should not be breaking down after a month out of the dealer, used or not. DO NOT BUY AN USED CAR FROM THEM. Visit other dealerships first and avoid this one.

Horrific experience - Avoid buying from them or servicing your car here-I bought a 2015 Yukon Xl SLT from a private seller and brought it in to Warner right after picking it up to have some minor warranty work done. When I dropped it off for them to look at it, I walked in the dealership and asked the sales manager where the service department was. This guy happened to be the owners son. He knew I didnt buy my car there and said, if you would have purchased from us I would have shown you where service is.. and he walked away. After the work was complete, I was sitting in their parking lot inspecting the repairs to the radio when the same guy came out to my car, opened MY door and said My boss and I were talking and we think you should have taken this car back where you bought it to have it serviced. He then slammed my door in my face! Worse yet, it turns out they scratched the trim around my radio all up, and scratched my rear bumper in 2 places when they took it off. The service manager inspected the damage and agreed to repair the damage. The Owner (the father of the previously mentioned sales manager) then denied the repair and told me to my face that he will not fix the damages and that I should go back where I bought it to repair their mistakes. He was actually yelling at me and other customers commented on it. He then dared me to call GM and report this because it wouldnt matter. I did just that and the GM customer service manager was horrified by this and escalated it up to his superior. I now have a $72,000 vehicle that was new and flawless that is now all scratched up inside and out and this dealer said he never wants to see my car on his property again and refuses to fix his mistake. Upon additional research, I found dozens of cases like this from other Warner customers. Luckily, I had a feeling I was going to deal with a lot of push back from this guy based on my previous experience with him so I had my cell phone recording the conversation he had with me, him yelling at me, admitting they damaged the vehicle, and claiming since I didnt buy it there he has no responsibility for his service guys damaging it... updates to come...
