Great experience from start to finish with Carlos. I had to travel 4 hours to get the Kia Carnival I wanted and it was well worth it. Carlos made sure the vehicle was held for me and was ready to test drive when I got there. Except for the fact of having to wait a little while for everything to get processed (due to them being busy-good problem for them to have) it was all good. 10/10 would recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Carlos when youre in need for a new vehicle. Our experience with Juan the sales guy was great, super chill guy! I definitely recommend. I give him 5 stars. The reason for 3 stars is because we had gone back to finish a sale and the finance manager was aware we’d be in at a certain time and we still had to wait, understandable. This became an issue when after waiting for him (I believe his name started with a K going based of the paperwork he signed off on) he felt the need to keep rushing us to sign all the Paperwork while I am on the phone with my Mechanic since we weren’t allowed to take the car to get inspected. The salesman and myself spoke about taking the vehicle for a 3rd party inspection and this finance manager said “no that’s not happening”. He was unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful.

If you want the best care of your car at a dealership then this is the place to go. When I went to just get my car washed and detailed I was treated like a VIP customer. I was kindly greeted by a salesman name Caleb who just gave me a water without me having to ask because he knew it was hot outside then directed me to the porters who ended up doing an above and beyond job. I have never had my car look this brand new going to a car wash and paying for the full package. Yet I come in and left my car to the care of the porters and those guys made my interior (which hasn’t been cleaned in a year) and exterior look like I just bought one of their new cars! They even took the time to do a very shiny wax coat that I didn’t even ask for. Hands down the best dealership to get your car looking like you just bought it again.I never knew porters could be as helpful maybe even more helpful than the car salesman. And Napleton Kia of Fishers porters are an awesome team that I thank for my new car!

Iv had nothing but bad experiences with this place, from them taking g stuff of my car and replacing with cheap stuff to forgetting to even let me know the progress on my vehicle. By far the worst communication iv ever experienced with any company. And the fact they always seem to mess something up and you have to keep taking it back is the icing on the cake. Honestly just the typical dealership with salesman that wont look you in the eyes and continually find a new way to add on the $800 that you negotiate off for a warranty, theft protection, etc. Crazy how quick a car advertised for $12,250 turns into $16,000.Edit: I called once with my issues and was told a manager would give me a call back. They never did. Decided to just give you all another chance and was told I would get a call back, which I doubt would happen. So Im moving on. I dont have time for liars. I hope everyone else goes to any other car lot.
Hands down the worst customer service of any dealership Ive ever dealt with. Today we made an appointment for an oil change, showed up early, and then waited three hours only to find out they forgot about our car and hadnt even started on it.This is the third time this has happened. When we bought the car the salesperson forgot about us and we waited 8 hours to finish paperwork. When they cleaned the car prior to us taking it, they lost one of the floor mats and took a month to get us a new one.We even paid extra for the paint and fabric protection when we bought our car. We scheduled that in the future and when we came to pick it up from that appointment they didnt know where our car was then either. Im not sure they actually worked on it. Even with the free oil changes well never work with them again
I bought my car almost 2 months ago. I hadn’t actually settled on the car I was going to buy yet but Aaron made my life a lot easier (compared to every other sales associate/dealership) so I choose to purchase with Napleton. I love my car. It is pretty much exactly what I asked for which is hard to get in the market right now. I had some issues since purchasing the car with getting ahold of someone to help me with my after market purchases but they’re now taking the steps to rectify the problem and make up for it.

Went with my mom to get her car serviced. nice clean building. staff were a bit nonchalant, we were a bit confused after we dropped the car at the line where the entrance of the waiting room was, staff saw us wandering at the back looking for a way in but they just kept smoking. figured they were on their break but it didn’t take 2 seconds to point us in the right direction.we went to the desk to confirm the services she wanted done. ignored us for 5 mins while we stood there not knowing what to do. when the man finally granted us his gracious presence and attention, he tried to mansplain the procedure like we did not know what we were asking for… couple of dumb ladies amirite?? we were sent to wait an hour and a half for the car to be done. lobby was well conditioned and music was played. maybe a bit too loud but let me not be a fussy Nancy about it. we were supposed to get her car cleaned but they said their wash was being repaired and next time we come they’ll throw in a free wash as compensation.overall not bad experience, just little tics here and there that rubbed me wrong.

They were better than I could have imagined. The both of them honestly made the process so smooth and easy. Have been to many dealerships in my life and went to Napleton over the weekend I was blown away the salesman I had but she was fantastic! All though I did not purchase anything yet (beginning stages of car shopping) she was wonderful to work with but when I am ready to actually purchase I am for sure going back to her. Customer service was everything to me.
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! Their service department is very much lacking in communication. I had a 2 oclock appointment only to have them come back 2 hours later to tell me they couldnt work on my vehicle and it needed to be taken back to another dealership. I asked to remove the carseat from my vehicle before they take it. Whatd they do? Well after an hour and half of waiting for my loaner (which I was given to me with an empty tank of gas) they took my vehicle without letting me get the carseat out. So I had to wait another 20 minutes while they bring my vehicle back.Here we are a week later and weve been given zero updates as to whats happening with our vehicle. Ive called numerous times and even spoke to a manager and still nothing. My wife received a text message on Monday (the day we were told the vehicle would be ready) stating Vehicle isnt ready, they dont have a fix for it yet. Cool, well what is wrong with it?!Zero communication. Zero follow through. They clearly do not care about giving a great customer experience. Take your money elsewhere.

I was on the market to purchase a car for my daughter. I communicated with several dealers via email, text, and phone calls. Alex one of the sales persons reached out to me and provided me with pictures of the vehicle that we are interested in. I told Alex what was our budget for the car the we were interested in (2020 Rio). Alex told me the price but we continue to compare with other dealers. Alex kept in contact with me for roughly 3 weeks as we did our shopping around. He reached out to me and we agreed on a price so we had a meeting of minds. He asked me what time we would be stopping by so they can have the car ready for us. We arrived and Alex was busy with another customer (if youre good youre busy). He asked Latrell one of his sales partners to assist us with the purchase of the car. Latrell took us for a test drive then she took us to his office. He worked on the paperwork and had us execute within a timely manner. Alex and Latrell were both professional, knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a KIA I would suggest reaching out to this dealer and speak with Alex.
All I can say is Q is the man. He asked what we were looking to do and within 15 minutes he had us test driving a vehicle. They whole team was outstanding. Mark the finance manager was helpful and looked out for our best interest. One of the best experiences I ever had!

Wasnt sure what to expect as we have never purchased a Kia before but was pleasantly surprised from top to bottom. Dorian assisted with any questions we had including getting us to her manager, Bryan, when necessary. Bryan found us better financing options than my credit union. The day was moderate. Smooth cold wind on a grey day. This was the day I chose to come to Kia. Walking into the building, I there was intoxicated energy that came over me. It felt like love. And that’s when I say him, Alex. Staring at me through his beard. I felt my thighs get goosebumps. He walked over to me and said, “So are you here to get your oils changed or your pipes cleaned.” The way he talked to me, there was something magical about it. I very much appreciated this. She was helpful and understanding and kept in touch with me and up to date with what was going on. Took longer than expected to get my vehicle but in the end things were as they should be and Im happy with my vehicle.***Big disappointment here for me. They asked me to post a review right after I agreed to purchase the car and I foolishly did before things were finished so now Im writing after the fact. Once you agree to buy there, you no longer matter. But I still dont have my car 2 days after purchase. Supposed to have a minor touch up done and get it right away. Was told someone would call yesterday, they didnt. I called, told someone would call me back, they didnt. Supposed to get pictures of the touch up they fixed, I didnt. Always a rude experience when I called. Too many things to go into, just the experience I hoped for and the manager is incredibly rude.I wont be back.

Disappointing Service. Under staffed, but time to sit around and vape...Service department offered to have our truck delivered to our home after work was completed because my fiancé just had service and couldnt/shouldnt drive. When the truck didnt show up for a day and a half with very little communication we went to get it. Only to find three staff members sitting around in service department and our representative vaping in the parking. And I was told they were under staffed and just couldnt make the delivery they offered, over promising and under delivering. We would have made other arrangements had they never offered.

Update 7/20 PM: I am returning my review to 5 stars. I was contacted by one of the managers, Bryan, shortly after my updated review below. I must say he truly took care of this. They took care of the difference in cost for the repairs. It’s not often you find a business that actually cares at this level for their clients. I would honestly consider the long drive to this dealership in the future because of their integrity and to do what is right. Thank you!Update 7/20 AM: the car had extensive hail damage that was not shown at all in pictures. After driving 7 hours round trip I left with the car and had negotiated the price some to repair the hail damage as I would not be able to have the dealership do it. They gave me about $500 for the hail damage but when I got home and got a quote for the repair it cost me over $1500. Nothing against the salesman Juan, this is 100% the dealerships fault and they should be more honest with their images and description.Drove out from Columbus Ohio and worked with Jaun on purchasing a SUV. He made everything very easy and was extremely polite. Thanks Juan!

10/31/21 Edit: I was contacted by Liz very soon after I published my original review. She apologized for the service we received and vowed to make our remaining repair wait time as short as possible. It may have been due to her efforts, or due to the fact that they were actually getting around to fixing it, but we did get more frequent status updates and our car was finally ready about 10 days later. I applaud her role in helping to help expedite long service turnaround times, so I am adding one star for her efforts. We are still waiting to hear if Kia will reimburse us for the more than $1K we spent on rental car fees while they had our car, so I will reserve further criticism/praise until we learn that decision. END UPDATEOriginal: Our Sorento has been in their shop for over a month, to replace a recalled engine. We always have to call them for updates, as the person assigned to us wont contact us. Im sure they call non-stop if you say you want to buy a car, but Id caution against having more than very basic maintenance service done here.

I purchased a 21 Soul, Mitch my salesman did a wonderful job. I went in to look at a used Honda they had but after looking at it, it was to small for my needs. Mitch asked what my budget was and I told him, he informed me that I could get a new Soul for not much more and have a warranty. So I said these are the things I want and need, even told him the color I wanted. So we made an appointment for a week later hoping hed find me one. Sure enough he found one right on time. I went that Saturday, test drove the car and it fit the bill perfectly. I traded in my old car with 220,000 miles for a nice new car. I noticed some things werent right on the paperwork a couple weeks later and informed the manager Mike Foster about the situation. He listened to me and told me that he would make it right. I went back to the dealership and sure enough he was a man of him word. He corrected the oversight and now I couldnt be happier. I now have a 1000 smooth miles and enjoying my car. The guys at Napleton do want you to be happy and will do what it takes to make it happen. Unfortunately in the times we live thats not always the case. Mike Foster and hes team did what it took to not just sell me a car, but what it took for me to continue to come back.
