Technician (Jacob) that did the installation was very thorough and knowledgeable... Cleaned up, picked up and was Covid-19 responsible... Even helped setting up our mobile devices... Couldnt ask for a better experience!!!
Super hard to communicate with these people, we had installation scheduled for 5 September, technician showed up and after walking around for one hour he decided that the job was not at his level, pretty much that he was not capable of doing the installation, three cameras to be exact, he told me the company was going to send somebody the same day, I try to communicate with ADT for three consecutive days and I had no luck trying to reschedule the appointment even though I had already paid for the installation, four days later I got a text message from somebody saying that the installation was scheduled for September 25, 20 days later, technicians showed up one for the security system and another one for the cameras.The installation was completed but a mess of dust and frames down on the ground screws around the place was left behind, picture frame not where we wanted to be, it was not showed before leaving the place to make sure us as customers were satisfy.On one of the times I had to call ADT to reschedule the installation I told the lady on the phone that if she was not going to be able to reschedule the appointment sooner I prefer to close the account and look for a different provider, she said it was fine to close the account and look for a different provider instead of looking for a solution to situation.When it comes to the salesman I saw him when he came over on the first date to recollect the first payment and sign the documents but he never called back again to make sure everything was running nice and smooth, overall we are not satisfied I know we will not recommend ADT.
ADT technician was very thorough and educated me on the service and how to share with my husband. He was very considerate of my 1 yr old grandson who was here. He made sure he didnt leave anything out that he could get into. I would definitely recommend this technician again..
This is the first time Im writing a bad review for any company, but Im down to my last straw with ADT. We purchased a system for our home in November 2020, with the chance that we could move in the next year. We were promised that we could take our system with us to a new home with no charge, and it would still work. Fast forward to August 2021, we moved to Fishers IN & called to set up the system in our new home. We were told we could not set up our system and would have to purchase a new one. I was very upset, and called the ADT in Fishers, and spoke with a salesman named Jarrett. He let me know ADT would install a brand new system for free & I would only pay $44.99 a month. I agreed, but let him know I would not be purchasing anything else from ADT. The installer came out the next day, informing me after he had installed new equipment that I would have to pay for the new system according to the work order. We both tried calling Jarrett, the salesman, to get the work order corrected - and of course he would not answer either of us. Once the installer left, Jarrett then tried to argue with me over text message (LOL). I called corporate and told them the situation, and they told me the best they could do was give me two months free of ADT security. What a joke. We kept it because otherwise we would be out $1100 for equipment.... I have never been so upset with a company. Their customer service is terrible. They have one million different phone numbers to reach customer service and no real results ever come from needing help. All they want is to get your money. After our contract is up, Id love to go with someone else. Dont waste your time with ADT. Giving them at least two stars for their installer, Jonathan, who was very kind. I also know the system itself works. The company is just garbage.

Neither pushy nor over-selling, helped me select right combo of ADT products for protecting my home.If you are confused and are considering home security, I highly recommend talking to Jarrett!

ADT is very professional .The Technician Tim called me and let me know what time he would arrive and he was at my address a few minutes before his stated time of arrival .He came in and fixed my issue in a very timely manner, and he had my best interest of safety in mind. He even replaced my ADT yard sign and talked with me about my concerns. I would recommend ADT, Ive been with them for a number of years and I love their service. Jimmy, our technician was incredible! Arrived on time at 8:15am Tuesday morning despite the 11” of snow that had fallen over night! Upon arriving my husband was shoveling, he hopped out of his van, grabbed his shovel and happily assisted! Once inside he was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional! Class act for your company!!
Been a ADT customer for 15 years and we are moving and we have to cancel service and they are charging us a $1,000.00, they reached out after I made the review. But I still have to pay the charge. Just be sure to understand if accept the contract that when ever you cancel you owe 75% left or if you can transfer to new owners. Live and learn
ADT is a full service and rather expensive security provider. They recently upgraded my system to use 4G cell networks. It took three different visits by three different technicians over a two month period plus several support phone calls to finally get it working. Hopefully its working now.
Love their commercial playing the song Dream. Very happy with my system and service provided at a reasonable price.

New system and has not worked properly since installed contacted the gentleman who sold us the service day after install said he would take care of it month later the key pad finally went out and a camera was not working sent a tech out to fix those problems now my outside sounder/flasher does not work since they put the new keypad in not impressed at all should have just got a ring doorbell would have been better off all they seem to care about is selling u the service not maintaining customer satisfaction that being said the techs and the people you call are very polite and professional but if the systems don’t work that doesn’t help
Great customer service! Michael was incredible explaining the details of how the whole security system operated and how the cameras functioned. He took a great deal of time helping me resolve my issue and was never irritated, or anxious to get me off the phone. Greatest customer service ever!
Terrible customer service. So bad....after explaining to multiple people what needs to happen, and all of them saying they had all of it correct, I received a call and they had no information. They have been to my house three times to sell me more items (which I told them I wanted) but yet to install. Instead they just keep coming and trying to sell it and not install it. 1 year has passed and still not functional and now my system is not even working. The company has poor communication and would highly recommend not using the services they offer.

In order to write a review this company you have to start given stars, but let me tell you: This company is totally a fraud, please do not do business with them, you will regret it all your life. If anyone has the same idea please contact me, we can sue them, I believe there are enough complains to have a big case against them put together.
Bait and switch at its finest! Will promise all the bells and whistles then hit you with the bill at the end which is nothing from what you are told it will be in all of the mail pamphlets and phone calls
Went with ADT because previous owners had it hard wired with ADT. Installer could not rebook it up, so now I have white sensors on my stained hardwood doors. If I knew it would be wireless sensors, I would have stayed with Exfinity. At least their sensors were much smaller
