Great sales and coupons but this Joanns has so many entire isles that are out of stock. Entire sections are gone. If they could restock their store theyd be one of the better options in Flagstaff.

Joann has everything for crafts, very happy with the selection of Circuit items. Great selection of fabric, including the small bundles of fabric that are perfect for smaller projects.Employees are very helpful, friendly - 🤗❤️

Low stock compared to the past, but awesome staff and still had everything I wanted and more. Just wish block foam wasnt so darn expensive.

Aly is the best! She helped me pick out the most beautiful yarns for a baby blankets. Ive gotta make 2... we dont know what our grand baby is yet! Aly made us feel like she really cared that we got just the right yarn for our upcoming bundle.

Never in my life have I ever been charged a restocking fee for an item I’m returning unopened. Do Not Buy a sewing machine here unless you’re 100% sure you are going to keep it. They made me pay them $25 for giving it back unopened. I’m very disappointed!

I shopped at the store in Flagstaff yesterday and the manager was so accommodating and helpful with my project. He went out of his way to show me options for fabric and listened to my requirements. He certainly met my needs and I left thinking what a great experience the manager facilitated for me. Thank You to caring employees at Joann in Flagstaff. Overseas sewer.

I placed a curbside pickup order for yarn on 9/7 early in the day. When I had not heard anything about the order status some 4 days later, I called the store. I was told that orders can take a few days. No one offered to check on my specific order.When I still had not received an update on the 6th day, I contacted Joann customer service, and after some miscues with the online rep not understanding my inquiry (necessitating another email to them), was told that the order was ready.When I got to the store today to pick it up, I was immediately asked if I had gotten an email. I replied no and explained what had happened. I asked the young man who brought it to the car how long curbside pickup orders usually take and he said they are usually ready the next day.I hope this isnt the usual experience.

Thank goodness we finally got a Hobby Lobby in town because this Joanns is terrible! Its super small and barely has anything. Every other Joanns I have been to is twice the size of this one. Plus, customer service is terrible and I swear the phone is disconnected because it is always busy! Why Flagstaff seems to be filled with mini versions of stores I will never know!

They tend to be pretty wiped out, but its a strange time for crafting so its not entirely their fault. The cut counter can be pretty backed up, so plan this into your shopping time. Dont forget your coupons!

Was in the store shopping for fabric and other items needed for some projects I’m working on, Saturday September 5th in the late morning hours. There was a line of about 4 people, including myself at the cut counter. There was two girls at the cut counter so I figured I wouldn’t be waiting long. I was wrong. One girl up and left when the first customer placed their 20 fabrics up on the counter. At first I thought she was retrieving an item for another customer, but she never came back. Other girl called out to the line to apologize saying she called for backup. But it didn’t look like anyone was coming- I didn’t notice any “extra” workers in the store. She did the best she could given the circumstances. Took 15 minutes, maybe longer for the other girl to come back, and she didn’t even apologize for the long wait time.. And by then more people had lined up, at least three Or four more behind me. By that time another worker seemed to be coming in to start her shift- I assume she was using the computer to clock in . The girl that had stayed at the cut counter apologized to every customer she waited on for the long wait. She seemed sincere with every customer, including me. When I finally went up to the registers, I asked for the manager on duty. Apparently the store manager, was working the register. I told him I understand it’s busy but I didn’t think it was right that the one girl left when there was a long line at the cut counter. He rudely snubbed me saying that the other girl, a manager no less, had left the cut counter because she was needed up front to manage the door. A MANAGER! There solution to the long line was to close the doors and go to a one in one out motion. I couldn’t believe it, A manager leaving a huge line! How can you just leave a long line? They’re way of taking care of customers is to leave them waiting in line! I feel like the management was neglectful to their customers. Maybe it was just an off day for the management, but I hope they fix things so people want to come back rather than saving their money for competition. I don’t know if I’ll go back anytime soon.

Had to get a couple of last minute things for a project, and because of the curfew, was told they were closing, but after talking to the manager, Starly, she let us come in right at closing and get the material. The cashier, Caroline, waited patiently as I downloaded the app to get some coupons. This was a great experience. Excellent customer service.

Great choices if fabric, crafts, yarn, books, decor, learning tools, and so much more. Cake decorating is why I went in. And I found so many other things to purchase. The people were really super nice the store was really clean handicap parking made it super simple to get into the store and get out of the store. I found a few ideas I think I might want to work on over the next few months for Christmas items even though it wasnt Christmas-themed. I think Im going to get back into sewing everything just seems so fun and so just ready to consume. Had a lot of fun here

Hate shopping here. I love JoAnns anywhere else but Flagstaff. No one ever helps us, once I asked for fabric and I was told to wait. So I patiently waited 10 minutes and when I went back to the cutting counter the guy rolled his eyes at me. I just put my stuff down and left. This past weekend my husband was needing a certain type of needle so we decided to go in. Hoping this visit would be different. Reading the reviews they were helpful, they werent and It wasnt. We still made a purchase, my husband reminded me it was not for me, it was for my Grandsug, so I had him pay for the items and we left. We went next door to Michaels and as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and helped. We ended up staying there 2hrs and left happy. Now I know why my late grandmother would drive 3 1/2 hours to the Valley just for fabric.

Absolutely a well-stocked store for crafts, sewing, knitting, beading...you name it. Best store in Flagstaff for all things craft and hobbies. Large selection of patterns and how-to books. Staff is friendly and helpful. Large parking lot and handicap accessible.

Always like coming here. Staff are friendly and helpful. I find more than I come in for and theres always a coupon or sale that comes in handy. I will be back and highly recommend coming here for your future projects.

I love shopping there, but the younger employees are rude and treat you badley when you ask a question. I will continue to shop there because I like the sales and selections of craft and sewing items.

Go on Thursday morning to get what you need otherwise everything will be gone...lesson learned

They are always running sales, plus if you download the app, you can use MULTIPLE coupons in one purchase. I used 30% off a single full price item (I had one out of a dozen, most things were marked down) plus 20% of the entire purchase. The staff is always great, too!

We are here in Flagstaff visiting. We went to this store and found what i needed. Young lady at cutting table was very knowledgeable and very nice. We live in Albuquerque, Our stores are a mess at times. We will be back in the near future. Thank you young ladies for making our visit pleasant.

This store seems to carry a wider variety of useful things than Micheals does. More affordable too. I would definitely recommend to artists, crafters, canners, or hobbyists.

I like the Flagstaff store alot. They have a good stock and usually have what I need. The staff was friendly and patient with all of us coupon holders. If they dont have they will order it.

Found almost all I was looking for. I was disappointed in the cross stitch section. It was cut down to a very small selection. I guess my next stop is Hobby Lobby.

The WORST customer service!! My fabric was cut incorrectly and I was told that there was nothing that can be done when it’s cut to short. They cut it to short 😡

I recently went into this location and was having trouble deciding between some items. I asked an associate for help but she was unfamiliar with what the best product was for the craft I was doing. She asked her manager Krista for assistance. Krista was very knowledgable and helped me make a decision by giving me information about each product. Krista was very nice and courteous. She went out of her way to help us. I will defiantly be coming back to this location and its because of Krista!

Their website says they have Macrame boards, but when I went to their store they had no clue. Maybe its just online?

This is my go to fabric store. Though their prices can be a bit high, I generaly find what Im looking for. Their staff are mostly helpful with some of the staff knowing where /what a certain type of fabric is. I have had a few Keibler with online saying something is available, then when I get there they cant locate it.

I came her a few nights ago (on my birthday, no less) with a gift card. When it came time to check out, the gift card wasnt working. A manager named Krista came up to help. She was rude and spoke down to my husband and I. Instead of calling to figure out why it wasnt working, she had US call to sort out HER companys mess. While I was on the phone, my husband posted a Yelp review and when we returned she was suddenly polite and found her customer service skills. Then the card magically worked and we were on our way. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect by someone in the retail industry. I wouldnt send my worst enemies to this store.

Here is my honest opinion for this crafting store, the coupons anrnt very good, the shop is to small, not enough staff members to cover all areas, the store doesnt get enough sales but wont honor what people are really looking for like candle making supply, some lather working crafts and stain glass upon wood burning. Customer service it depends on the day and who is there. This store barely hangs on the thread as is but they will not move location, Michaels is better looking then joanns they have more options then what joann sales, joanns doesnt have good sales and things are to expensive for this town sales need to be higher and better cupons. If this store wont list to their customer demands I dont know what will happen from the looks of it Michaels is in all your best bet. I wont step foot in this store because things here are to expensive

This is a very small Jo-Anns Im a Knitter and crochet are there yarn selection AZ Fair but not like Ive seen in other Jo-Ann stores maybe its the location less than a hundred yards away is a Michaels where the prices are much better and the selection is threefold the staff at Joanns is extremely friendly and helpful if Michaels doesnt have it Ill definitely go to Jo-Anns
