I have had mostly positive experiences in the past 10 years of using their services. Water quality is better than anything else. There were a few hiccups in correct deliveries when we moved houses this year but the customer service center was very helpful and fixed the issues right away.

There should be a negative for these guys. I had one cooler that they took when I cancelled the service. After cancelling,I findout that they had been charging me for two cooler and months after cancelling service I am dealing with collections trying to figure out something that I shouldnt have been charged for in the first place. Horrible horrible service. Do NOT make the mistake of signing up. And I cant even get them to call me to take it off my record. If you are the owner, contact me immediately!

We have had this service both at the office and personal. They are always courteous and deliveries have always been on time.

Had them for over two years. Horrible to deal with. The first year we had them they would often skip deliveries and we would run out of water. Second year they were over delivering when our office was closed and not taking empties back. Took TWO MONTHS to get the service cancelled. The first time I cancelled they were supposed to pick up the equipment and empties but ended up delivering additional bottles. Had to call and cancel a second time (30+ minute phone calls each time) at which point it took two weeks for them to finally pick up everything.

Excellent customer service. Quality of wayer has good, fresh taste. I use it for drinking and cooking.

Unbelievable. I cancelled and they delivered me more bottles instead. Then they charged me a late fee. Not to mention the deposits for bottles that sat outside for weeks in the wind because they didnt show up when they called. I have to pay for those and the broken ones when delivered. You would better off walking out into the desert to die or just shoot yourself.

I work for a law firm in Downtown Flagstaff and we have had a terrible experience with Sparkletts. They consistently miss delivery dates, and we always have to call and wait on hold for a long period of time to request a delivery. Their customer services is polite, but they are never able to actually help you besides scheduling a new delivery, and the problem persists. We would not recommend them.

I had them deliver water for 2 years to our summer home. It took many phone calls to both start and stop delivery both summers. It got to the point that the regional manager had to intervene to get anything done.In all fairness this issue may be a Flagstaff management problem. Even regional managers had difficulty getting the local managers to return phone inquiries. Mere customer service reps never got a response.I spent many hours on the phone trying to fix the situation, it cannot be fixed. I pay more for water now but do not have to waste time and frustration trying to deal with a rock of a system.Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.

We had this service for almost 2 months and it was the worst experience Ive ever had with delivery water. Every week the drivers would show up on random days, mostly on the days we were not open. They would sometimes leave 2-6 jugs on our doorstep without picking up our empties. When you call the service line you talk to people in Florida who dont seem to communicate with the drivers. Horrible experience and I would give 0 stars if I could.

They overcharge almost every bill and increase rates without informing you. In one year the price of 5 gallons of water went from $7.99 to $10.49 and I was never notified of this change. That’s not including the cost of bottles either. They just picked up 7 empty 5-gallon. Titles and only credited me for 2, essentially stealing $30 from me ($6 credit per bottle returned). This happens almost every billing cycle and requires a phone call to remedy. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
