I was looking for a wedding dress, I wasn’t planning on going too fancy this close to the date. We walked in so defeated after going to a majority of the big stores. Once we walked in I was asked what my size was, I didn’t know. I was given dresses until my size was found. Once it was known the owner found a dress she thought was perfect for my unique figure. It was perfect!! I love the caring assistance, the knowledge and the patience she showed us. Thank you, I will be thinking of you when I put on this dress on my wedding day. The lady that owns this place had a lot of experience and was great at helping you get in and out of dresses so that you could try on as many as needed to find the perfect dress. They were open pretty late hours too so you could go after work.

I wouldnt recommend anywhere else to go *except this place* for a good tuxedo! They knew how to measure me professionally and then they double checked it by having me try on things. Lots of different styles to choose from a ton of different colors to choose from for vest and ties. They had a regular fit and a slim fit tuxedo, but I dont like the tight slim fit, so Im glad they had the standard fit. The prices beat the other two places I had already checked by a mile. The lady who helped me knew exactly what she was doing, which made me feel very confident about my rental.

The lady can tell your size easy cause shes a pro. 😊 Sizing for tux is easy & simple. Getting my cousin sisters prom dress & 2 of my daughters prom dresses & another daughters promotion dress was fast & easy. I got many other dresses for myself & for family over the years. Most of the dresses are huge & fabulous that with your own eye you think it might fit but the people who work there will tell you the truth & say if it will fit or not. They will make sure your happy with the dress or tux too. I know I will return again & my children too. So many beautiful dresses its like walking into a candy store.... YOU WANT IT ALL! 😍

The women who helped me was extremely rude! First she told me to try on a dress and then right away told me to get out of it because I was going to sweat in it. She did however go to the back of the store and get the most beautiful wedding dress that fit me perfectly. She again told me to hurry up and get out of it before I sweat in it. Then she asked if I was going to buy the dress. I tried to explain to her I had just started to look for dresses and didnt want to necessarily buy the first one I tried on. My future mother in law asked if I could try on another dress. The women said and I quote Why? Youre not going to buy it? We were stunned! She then proceeded to tell us to go to Phoenix to find a dress. I loved, loved, I mean truly loved that dress. Its unfortunate the saleswoman had to act as if I couldnt afford this dress or as if it was somehow rude of me to want to try on many wedding dresses. All I could think was she was in desperate need of a sale. Well I didnt buy the dress and I am going to Phoenix to look for one so she got her wish. Someone needs to open a wedding boutique here so I do, I do has competition.

Very disappointing. First time trying on wedding dresses and the woman only let me try on 2 when I wanted to try on more. Kept telling me to come back when I was ready to buy. She then preceded to tell me to go to other stores all over the state of AZ. She literally shooed me out the door. I called back the next day to talk to the owner and she hung up on me. I called back again and she would not give me the phone number to the owner and kept arguing with me. This is the only wedding boutique in Flagstaff, where I live, so now I have no choice but to travel to find my dress. She told me that all the wedding dresses are upstairs & I asked why she didnt take me up there when I was there. Very rude, and she lost out on about $10,000 in sales in wedding dress, tuxedos, and bridesmaid dresses we need to buy! I really wanted to get my dress here, but with the horrible customer service, I am forced to go otherwise.

I came in here just to LOOK! and I came away with a dress where I cried, hubby to be cried... I am saying YES to the one and only dress. I cant believe it. The selection here is smaller than I wanted to look through, but with the help of the lady here, I was done. I have been looking at dresses for what seems like forever, and it took not even an hour to find the one I said yes to.
