Kickstand CafeFood. The coffee we got was good, we also got a iced mate and that was just ok not my favorite. The zucchini walnut was good I just don’t like the fact that is made in a private home. Who regulates the cleaning standards there.Customer service: The girl was very nice. The monitor menu’s were off and the other option was to browse the menu online. So we just asked what kind a coffee option they had. She was helpful explaining.Building: Parking space is very limited but more spaces available out in the street free of charge. The inside is spacious and with a lot of seating tables. I just didn’t like the smell ( old humid ).Ambiance: The place was very quite on Friday afternoon.

Great breakfast burritos (fairly spicy, be warned). Solid coffee offerings, service is quick, and quite a bit of seating. Decent location too if you want to go for a run or hike afterward, as theyre near the forest trails, though theres not too much else nearby so youll have to hike back Downtown for more. It is a bit pricey but often worth the cost.

We just waited in line for 20 mins for pre made burrito and a latte with one person ahead of us.I say latte lightly it was an 8$ cup of steamed milk. We have been here several times before with the same experience and the only reason we gave them another shot was out of convenience on our way to work. Never again.**Thank you for your response I would very much appreciate a refund.

A bit pricey but very tasty. I had the grilled cheese - excellent. Even better was the chai latte. I like mine spicy and this was very good.

Good beverages I had the hot chocolate while my friends had coffee and espresso. Customer service was good. Four stars because there was a bit of a wait for one of my friends.

Forget what those other reviewers said. The coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was really good too. We had the yogurt parfait which was really good as well. It was very spacious inside and had a lot of outdoor seating too

Very nice place. I like the dim lighting and vintage-ish style music playing. What I dont like is when its crowded especially on the week days when highscool is in session around 11:15-12:40 is the busiest and is crowded. The average prices are 5$ or above.

With working so close to Kickstand my coworkers and I go there almost daily for coffee. Usually I get the Elite and its delicious every time.My only disappointment is with the service. There have been several times where I have ordered breakfast sandwiches and it seems to take much longer than it should. I understand that when its busy it can take a while, but when its slower I dont understand the long wait.The new manager is wonderful. Hes very hands on with his team and is extremely friendly.

I took my son here stating that it was a great place to go the attendant asked if I wanted them all of the burritos heated up (I bought 5) and I said yes. The fellow in back of her gave a look of annoyance that he had to heat all of it, so I changed my mind and ask for only two of it to be heated and leave the others cold. I then asked for two hot teas and asked if I can get some sweetners added. She grabbed some sweetener and I kindly asked her if they had stevia and she said they did. I asked her if we could have that instead and she looked kind of hesitant so I asked her what they normally put in there and she said sugar in the raw. I told her, I would still like stevia in my tea. She still seemed a little hesitant but she finally switched the sugars.Customer service needs work, I feel that if a customer ask for their drink to be prepared a certain way, there should be no hesitation and when preparing food that needs heating the attendants should not look as if that is too much work for them to do. I am no sure if they treat all customers in this manner or if its because I am Diné. Regardless they need to work on their customers service.

I saw this online and the coffee looked great, so I went there and I ordered a cappuccino. It was made with no love and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. My cinnamon bun was great but coffee was not good. I don’t think it was the coffee itself. I think it was the way it was made. I was a bit disappointed

Ordered my go to Americano and the beans were great. Service was friendly and prompt. Nifty little neighborhood coffeehouse. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and buddy said the Cortado was solid.

The breakfast burritos are alright. I like the BLTs. The drinks are pretty good depends on who makes em.Certain employees be weird because Im indigenous but the rest are dope. Its a nice place to chill and eat and talk.

Coffee was okay. Not cheap though, $17 for a coffee and a sandwich. Parking situation is less than ideal, not sure Id really come back here. Flagstaff has alot of great coffee joints, dont know that this one is one of them.

Ive been here a couple of times and it hasnt been the best experience. The last time I went the lady that took our order was super annoyed that we didnt know what we wanted and was taking us a while. Advice: Patience is a virtue, try meditating. Also we tried ordering it with avocado but she said they were so busy they couldnt put it on and it would be on the side because the burritos were premade. After getting to our destination and being able to eat our burrito there was a hair in it. The time before that they forgot the cheese on one of our sandwiches and another time we didnt get all of our food and was supposed to get a refund that never took place. Im all about giving the benefit of the doubt but Ive reached my limit to keep trying this place. Polibertos on cedar is the best place for breakfast burritos IMO. Kindness goes alot further in my eyes.

Coffee that tastes like coffee! Not overly sweet or milky. Ive been here 4 times in a week...need I say more?Staff is fun and friendly.

Espresso drinks are on the strong side. Taste burnt like Starbucks to me, but others dig it. Nice atmosphere and seating. WiFi is good enough for web browsing and light work, but not good enough for Zoom meetings with an upload speed of 2Mbps. Food is great. Ultimately, prices are very high: $9 for a 24oz iced Chai latte with almond milk? That alone keeps me from coming back. Ill drive or walk a little further for a more reasonable price.

Third time was not a charm. I have made my last visit to Kickstand. All three experiences were disappointing when it came to the excessive wait times in the drive through. Today’s experience took the cake.I ordered a large coffee extra hot which I received right away through window number one. I asked the order person if there were Pre made breakfasts as I was on my way to work. She said only a chorizo and egg burrito. I declined and said I’ll take the lox and bagel as that should not take much time to prepare. I paid for my order and pulled forward.Having a sip of my coffee while waiting for my breakfast (by the way it was not extra hot as I had ordered) I waited 30 minutes for a bagel and lox to finally appear at my car. This is insanity!Here is a suggestion if your under staffed or your workers are inefficient do not offer so many breakfast items you can not deliver in a timely fashion.So by the time I received my bagel, my not that hot to start with coffee was already consumed.The girl immediately asked me if I wanted a gift card. NO I don’t want your gift card I said what I want is you to be upfront with people behind me of the wait.If a simple bagel and lox order is going to take 30 minutes when I had already expressed I was ordering it because it would take or should take no more than a few minutes to prepare.I had 35 minutes to arrive at work 2 minutes away of which I spent 30 of it in your drive through line siping my subpar Luke warm coffee. The bagel that I had to wait until 11:00 to eat was good but that alone will never bring me back to this establishment. Nor will the $$$20.26 price tag. Highway robbery!!!Suggestion Staff properly or reduce your menu for your understaffed establishment.

I was driving back to California and wanted lunch and a coffee but couldn’t decide on a place. Found this place and I had a vanilla latte and the turkey panini and they both were delicious! I make lattes myself and must say I was very impressed!Go here for delicious coffee and great food.

You pay an extra dollar to get soy milk and then they give you regular milk. Infuriating.

They add a 12% gratuity on top of your order. It took over 30 mins to receive my complete order. I received my drinks first and waited for my food. Then when the batista attempted to verify an order by the window, the person took MY order and sped away. So there I sat and waited for an entire replacement of my order after a couple of more wrong attempts with what exactly my order was so glad I was able to speak with someone and they worked it out. Thank you.

Both our americano and the white chocolate rose latte were great, and it was the first time in more than a year that I’ve been able to get my coffee in a for-here cup, which makes a world of difference. Get the daily polenta to go with it. It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-socketed for working.

$8 for a 16oz carmel machiato that tasted like plain coffee with half n half. I have been to the kickstand Kate multiple times, never had coffee.The Sandwiches and smoothies are the best, so I was looking forward to a coffee from them but was pretty disappointed.

3 great things about Kickstand:1. The staff there are all awesome, kind, and many have worked there for a pretty long time.2. Theyve had my favorite tea (a Sencha) and the same bomb baked goods for years. A little consistency is nice.3. They have plenty of space outside and inside, so theres almost always room to hang out for a while.(sometimes parking is a challenge...but whatevs)

I looked up where they served the best coffee in Flagstaff, and Kiskstand Kafe delivered. Amazing sandwiches, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. The coffee was exactly what I needed after a long day snowboarding. Id recommend to anyone who needs a boost in energy Midway through the day, or at any time really!

Cafe with a drive through that has awesome food, tasty drinks, and killer service. Well that’s Kickstand Kafe! I would have to say the drive through is a well oiled machine. They move customers though the line fast. If you are looking for something to try, get the calabacitas burrito, this is a must try.

Great sandwiches & coffee

This is a great spot. Open, airy, modern relaxed feel. Drive thru and walk up. Good espresso. Breakfast sandwiches yummy, pricey, but yummy. Unfortunately, you cannot seem to get sugar or stir stick without the staff having a passive aggressive attitude. Unable to determine why they feel people buying coffee shouldnt have access to sugar packets and wooden stir stick.

Food was so delicious. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. It has a great interior.

As Flagstaff is my hometown, Ive been in and around every Cafe thats in the area and Kickstand is by far the most enjoyable and friendly staffed place in the area. The food is delicious, and the baristas are always fast. 5/5!!

I wish there were more of these shops! My family shared three different iced coffees, all off their specialty menu and each one was better than the last. Also had their Roogz sandwich, which is most certainly the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten! I wish I was staying in Flagstaff longer just to go back there!

I will say that the food and coffee is pretty good and the location is super convenient which is why I have continued to go here but I am likely to drive further from now on! I have had dirty chais made a few times without espresso (so not dirty), I have been left at the drivethrough window for extended periods of time without getting my order taken, and most recently they lost my ticket after I ordered, completed orders of those behind me, then asked me to drive around and get BACK in line so the people behind me could leave. Now Im not complaining about getting out of the way of the people whose orders they didnt mess up because waiting in line SUCKS, but this last episode left me in the drivethrough waiting on a simple order of 2 items for 40+ minutes.

This place was a great find on our trip. The coffee has great flavor and the staff was super friendly. We tried some food, its really good! This was a really nice place to hit up right before we went home. I highly recommend it!

Love this place! The servers are great! I was laughing through my whole wait at the drive thru, the servers were very friendly, funny, and engaging. The food and drink were delivered quickly. Everything exceeded my expectations. This place is a little out of the way for me but worth the drive. This has just become one of my top places in flag for a quick and delicious coffee.

A favorite of local coffee spot. COVID-19 mask enforcement is lax: I saw several people inside using the wifi, not eating/drinking, that should have been wearing masks. -1 star.

We sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes waiting for our food, they tried to give us 3 orders that were not ours, when we finally received our food (2 croissant sandwiches) the eggs were ice cold. The eggs had obviously been taken straight out of the fridge and put on our sandwiches. We will not return. This is the 2nd time weve had bad service. The 1st time we got home and had no eggs on our sandwiches. We always give places a 2nd chance. There will not be a 3rd chance!

The kale salad was all red onion and not appetizing. It was literally kale and a ton of onions. Thick cut red onions. I love salads but I could barely stomach it for nutritional value. The staff was alright but the overall atmosphere had a weird vibe. If you want pay 7 dollars for coffee this place is for you.

The owner seemed nice the first time we went. Coffee is great! Plenty of options and all made well. However, this recent visit lacked in customer service. It may have been because we came at the end of the day (about an hour before they close) and they were trying to wind down. Plenty of other patrons around so Im not sure what the deal was.

A friend of mine tagged Kickstand Kafe as their favorite Flagstaff coffee so I had to check it out when we were in town. Lived up to expectations! Fast service through the drive thru, and great coffee and breakfast burrito!

I was here to meet with some officials to start planning the bypass of 180 directly to I-40/Route 66, which would significantly alleviate traffic congestion along Humphreys and Milton, ease access into this and other businesses, and reduce emergency response times for fire/ambulances/police to Flagstaff Medical Center. Great vibe, great menu and great product. Just revised to 5 stars because they responded quickly about one concern I had.... love to see businesses on top of things!

Took a small trip up North tried their coconut coffee best thing Ive had its been a couple months and I still think about it. Lol

I used to love this place in college. I looked forward to visiting Flagstaff and stopping by for a coffee. Unfortunately, today I ordered two cold brews. When I asked the difference between cold brew and iced coffee, I was told cold brew was Nitro. I went with the Nitro cold brew and both tasted like water was used from the bathroom, nor was there a frothy top. On our way out, we tossed both drinks. Very sad at the expense for such a terrible drink!

Great coffee. Fast service. Fresh food. Drive through is awesome and they have online preorders. Spicy breakfast sandwich is amazing. They sell beans from Single Speed, and Ive never had a variety I didnt love from medium to dark roast. Convenient location with easy on street parking.

Another great local coffee shop that I prefer over Dutch Bros or Starbucks any day. Kickstand also has a reward club that earns you free coffee. I like taking my kids to Kickstand for Irish sodas as a fun reward and if you want a great lunch or breakfast I would suggest either one of their delicious paninis or breakfast burritos. Plus its easy to get to and if they do have a line theyre on top of it.

Great place to get work done, eat, and have coffee. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese on asiago bagel sandwich and latte. It was really good. 10/10. Definitely coming back

This place has just installed fashionable new secure bike racks to keep your ride safe and secure while you refuel with some great coffee and snacks. But check this!! They also took their bike service a step further by installing a sweet bicycle repair station next to the bike parking. It has just become a one stop shop for me. Now when i’m pedaling around town and need a quick “Kick” of coffee and a “Stand” for a quick bike repair...HERE I AM. I hope more businesses in town follow suit and help build our biking culture in this positive direction. If your from out town and a cycle nut this is your coffee stop!!
