Great customer service/very friendly with a quant little spot to get a quick in and out coffee.. i did enjoy my butterscotch coffee but it was a bit bland and didnt have a flavor to really back the name, had to add a significant amount of honey (really for my partner) to really do it for me. All in all it still did its job and woke me up!Pretty decent menu for such a small shop!

Dirty chai was awful. Ive had better and cheaper at gas stations. My girlfriend ordered a pumpkin latte and they forgot the pumpkin. The overpriced hot chocolate was the only decent thing we ordered. Expensive coffee, a waste of time and money.

Coffee is usually mediocre at best. If you wanna be nice and tip them, don’t do it off your debit card. The bratty college kid will rip you off. Done with this place. Bookmans has great coffee.

Expresso isn’t my favorite coffee (and I may have even spelled it wrong), but I really needed a caffeine fix before driving back to Tucson and Wicked AZ was just what I needed. The price and service were great too!

The girl at the window was rude. I love getting chai tea here and she made it nothing like I have had in the past. Really watery and gross. The coffee we got was bitter. She clearly did not care about making a quality drink for us. So disappointed.

Wow! Ordered a breve latte. It was hands down the most burned, bitter latte I think Ive had in years. If you are a casual drinker who likes a sugary drink maybe this place would be ok. If you appreciate the taste of a good shot of espresso, and properly textured milk, Id pass this place by in a heartbeat. Even Starbucks does a better job and thats not saying much. ON a side note: The barista seemed to be almost annoyed that I was there ordering. When I complained about the taste, she only suggested I put something in it! You guys should do some training with your baristas on how to pull shots, adjust the grind, texture milk, etc. And maybe even some customer service.

I dont know who the new girl is but she is rude! I go to this location multiple times a week and this is the first time I remember seeing her. When I pulled up she was on her phone, which I see no problem with, no one was there yet. But the entire interaction made me feel like I was bothering her and she just would rather I go away. It was just terrible. This was this morning, Thursday the 14th.All my other experiences here have been fine, but it only takes one bad one to make an impact.

The Italian Stallion with cream (any flavor) is amazing, and their flavored energy drinks (like dutch rebel) is PHENOMINAL!Truly addicting drinks!

I love Wicked AZ Coffee! I dont go very often because Im closer to Dutch Bros, so I usually just go there for my late night caffeine fix to keep me awake while I do schoolwork. Im gonna have to change that! Now I love DB too, but as we all know, the Dutch Bros line is always insane, even at 8 PM. Wicked never has nearly the line DB has (at least when I go), with comparable drinks and prices. Not only do they have traditional coffee drinks, they also have yummy iced and blended flavor options (I love the iced Almond Joy), and Rockstar energy drinks with added flavor, like a DB Rebel. Every time Ive gone, the girls working have been really friendly and super nice. I definitely recommend checking Wicked AZ out, especially since theyre local!

Really good drinks at a very reasonable price. We went for a quick drink one morning and decided to revisit the next day. The quality is very consistent and the service is great. All the people who worked there were very helpful and easy to talk to. Great little place which we would definitely recommend!

It’s actually not easy to find good coffee for the money because the big guys put all their dough into corporate infrastructure, branding, etc., not necessarily quality of goods. This place KILLS it with great coffee, service, and price point.

Girls are very rude and I’ve been there twice this week and they have given me a cold hot chocolate that must’ve been sitting there and I asked for coconut flavoring and they left that out and asked for whipped cream and they forgot that!! Then two days prior same damn thing same drink!! This is the one on Route 66 at 7-7:30 am. on Monday November 5th to be exact! I want to go back but chances are I’m not and I will not recommend to anyone tried to call a mgr or owner nobody ever answers the three different numbers they provide in directory.........Frustrated sorry!!

I try to get just one cup of coffee a day and if possible, try to get it here. Well roasted high quality coffee and the friendliest baristas in town.

I dont go for sweet drinks too often. Coffee, black, end of story. They do a great Americano here and the quality of the beans and roast is apparent. The service has always been speedy and the baristas always friendly. In a town with nearly endless coffee choices, I never hesitate to go here. Why hit a chain when you can support a very solid local business? Give them a try, play their fun trivia, and enjoy some great coffee.

Every morning Monday - Friday for the last 2 years I stop every morning and get a coffee. Lately theyve been overcharging me a dollar or more. Stopped by this morning and told them about it and they confirmed the price I thought it was, but didnt offer me a refund for the over charges or a free coffee. Today was the last day I ever go to wicked. Im buying a coffee machine and making mine at home from now on! So make sure you check the price and your bank statements!

Wicked is my favorite in Flag. They are fast, have a great selection of choices and the beautiful staff doesnt hurt 😉. Double drive thru makes it faster than Starbucks or Ditch Bros. 2 locations in Flag. Only reason its not a 5 is the fact that Ditch Bros coffee is a bit better.

As a business owner from Flagstaffs standpoint.. Worst management ever... you have treated your employees like dirt and I hope I hope you change the way you treat your girls, very disrespectful and i dont appreciate it... i have heard rumors for 8 years but my employees and I remained giving you our business... not anymore.. thats 49 people..I pray that you change the way you treat people..thank you for listening flagstaff

I have the same issue as Kimberly. There was an addition charge on my account of $1. Not a lot, but it’s the principle of the matter. If the customer doesn’t give you a tip, you don’t just take one and hope they don’t notice! Dutch Bros now has an additional customer through the most unfortunate of means.

Get their with only one car in front of me. 10 minutes go by and the car in front of me is either still ordering or waiting. 2 trucks show up on the opposite window and get attended first. 5 more minutes go by I’m still waiting in line. Horrible!
