Called LV to service my very old garage door. I expected them to tell me it needed to be replaced. Instead they were able to adjust the door and replace some worn out seals and it works great! These guys dont try to sell you stuff you dont need, just get the job done quickly. They also went out of their way to meet me on my schedule instead of theirs. Im very happy. Highly recommend.

Recently needed gate help as my original fence people failed to assist. Though I have used the Vickers organization for garage doors, I failed to realize they did electric gates. Mr. Loren Vickers personally responded and superbly checked the system, ordered the need parts and very inexpensively fixed everything. It now works better than every. Thank you Loren. Amazing serviceI called them on a Friday morning and the girl Sara that answered the phone she was very nice and professional . Told her what problem I was having and she said no worries I will get some one out there ASAP !! Just about the worst service a company could offer. Lied to my face multiple times about options and availability, never followed up on calls, extremely rude over the phone with every interaction. After months of failed business, I gave up. Stay away for your own good.

Rude receptionist Sarah made me feel as though I was putting her out of her way, with every interaction. Flagstaff is 10 miles wide...your office is 2 miles from my house...after receiving my concerned call close to 1 PM today...would it have been that difficult for you to send the tech to the house in the even that a call was missed ? Instead my wife wasted a day waiting for you, for nothing, all to save what, 15 mins ??? Sorry to put you out of your way yet again. Thanks for nothing.

We just made a service call to replace our old garage door opener and add new weather-proofing to the bottom of the door itself. We thought that since we had to do the harder option of replacing everything that it would take forever and be very expensive. Boy were we wrong! The tech who showed up was very polite and he went over everything he added and all the new features that came with the new garage door with me. I was surprised to see a tech that was that nice and that fast! He didn’t try getting us to buy everything he could possible install which other techs usually jump at the chance to do that especially with women. Overall; I’d definitely recommend using this company.We had a problem with our old garage door about 15 years ago and Loren himself came out and fixed it and he saved us from buying a brand new garage door opener but told us that it was on its last hinges if ya know what I mean and told us we would be lucky if it lasted for another month or two and his magic lasted 15 years!So of course when we were calling Loren’s company again just about a week ago; we were really nervous when a tech showed up cause techs can be as bad as car salesman’s when trying to lighten the wallet but man not only does Loren got the magic touch; but he also extends his magic touch when he chooses his techs cause the tech we got was just about Loren Jr. with the skills and the time it took.
