Good place, they do a really good job and everything but they need to get their phone fix asap bc i am trying to refund my money and cancel my order and the issue is I cant go up their bc i live in Prescott AZ.

Visiting Flagstaff and we stopped in to check the selection of hats. Phran and Daniel were very helpful in getting us the hats that we wanted and the stitching on the hats was perfect! Great service and selection.

There arent usually many workers because its generally slow, but the quality of the experience is worth the 15 minute drive to the east side of Flagstaff. Many are college students such as myself but are professional in their knowledge and language. I would definitely go back just for the conversation!

Went there twice. the first time the guys sat on his phone the entire time then I bought a $30 hat. The second time I came back to return that hat and get a different one that fits me better. Picked out a $15 hat but they would not give me the difference of $15 or get another $15 hat. Should have just asked for a full refund but didnt want to go through the hassle any longer. I wouldnt ever go back to be treated like that again.

Kiki! Thats all im going to say. Knowledge is power and personality is key, Kiki had both. She was extrememly pleasant and very easy to talk with. Kiki came across as a manager and surprisingly she was not. Someone needs to promote Kiki. I will be back to buy more hats from this Lids and i will call to make sure Kiki os there. Thank you for being awesome amd patient with me. I wish onlu the best for you Kiki!
