Customer since 2015. Inherited their tank so kept with the service because of convenience.. NOT ANYMORE!Used the automated system to order a complete fill up early to get the best pricing and be ready for fall..They filled my tank, sent me a bill for $3.80 per gallon(nationally $2.33 spot price 9/28/21) I spoke with others in the area and they agreed the price seemed expensive.I then called two competitors both quoted over a -$1.00 dollar less per gallon. Thats $176.00 more than the competition...I called the Flagstaff location and spoke with a women employee about an adjustment in the charges, she explained to me that they didnt price match, because you only order once a year, she would not adjust my bill I guess if your just a local customer your not important...I explained that I just expected them to be competitive, and I would be switching to their competition....I found them to be disrespectful of me, and quite arrogant in tone...I would do some research with anybody but Ferrellgas, the impersonal service in a small town is rediculeous and unacceptable....In conclusion, Ferrellgas1. Unwilling to help2. Ferrellgas was $176. more expensive on a $620. total bill.3. Ferrellgas was belittling, disrespectful and unwilling to matchI do not recommend this company

Terrell the attendant is the best thing about this place. So frustrating though when they don’t stick to their open hours and change it up every day! If you say open till 2:30pm then don’t go for lunch at 1pm:/. Stick to your times otherwise people can’t plan their days and have to sit around waiting and wasting time….. your location is not convenient!

We kept Ferrellgas when we moved into our house and I wish we would have switched. They filled our tank from 25-70% which equals 45%, at least thats what I was taught in school. We have a 250 gallon tank and they charged me for 125 gallons, which is 50% of the tank at least according to my calculator. Ive been calling them for months to get reimbursed for the missing 5%, which was around $40, and they admit the numbers to me, but say that it is correct. Their customer service has been rude to me through this whole ordeal and I eventually ended service with them and had to eat the $40 they ripped me off. Go elsewhere for your propane needs!!!!!

Terrell is awesome. Easy to work with and fair when it comes to people waiting in line. I have been here so many times and he is nothing but a pleasant person and knows a lot about propane. He helped me buy a 100lb propane tank the other day and I couldnt be happier with this location. He always holds the door open for ya and I have recommended this location over so many others. Price per gallon is awesome and the best in town. Seriously shop around and they keep their price appropriate!Will be back in about a month to fill up my tanks!!!

I called this places trying to get propane service while I’m here since I’m a travel nurse and live in an RV I will be here thru winter and they won’t service me “part time” so I guess I’ll just freeze. Thanks for nothing

Drove an hour to fill 3 tanks and when I arrived at 12:30pm on Friday they were closed with a sign saying opening at 1pm. I cant believe people run a business and close in the middle of the day when their hours say they are open. Last ti e Ill come for propane here!

This place has poor service and they are border line threatening and rude dont go here piss poor service! If you want much better service go to CAL ranch. They price match propane. The customer service at Ferrellgas is so horrible that they are dangerous and will leave you hanging. Most of the staff treats the customer like you are a bother and they do half measures when it comes to safety.

Stopped to fill the tank on our RV. GREAT price compared to most resellers. Not a lot of room to maneuver, though. Big rigs w/toads and pull-behinds beware. We have a Class C w/tow dolly and it worked but I was able to back straight up far enough to clear the building.

Ive used Ferrellgas in other locations before so felt fairly confident even in a 42 foot RV that I would receive good service. Unfortunately the propane dispensing area is poorly Maher and contains a concrete block that sticks out Beyond the hose area, in the lot itself makes maneuvering a large RV very difficult. Something as simple as having a brightly marked or visible Pole, or if the attendance had helped me reverse my RV like I did at his Direction would have saved me hundreds of dollars of repair. When I asked the manager if Ferrellgas would consider covering the cost of repair home, or if you attended had help me reverse my RV like I did and his directions would have saved me a hundred of dollars of repair. when I asked the manager if Ferrellgas would consider covering the cost of repair I was told it was not there responsibility to maintain a safe

The receptionists/schedulers are nice and INCREDIBLY helpful, especially Katie. She has been great throughout the process.HOWEVER. Ferrellgas as a company has been a hassle and are absolutely not looking out for their customers. When we called we were at 5%- a little bit of wiggle room but not much. We were told 1-7 days for delivery and it has now been 10. Moral of the story, if you need propane, make sure you’re at a good enough amount to wait for it.

Not open right now for COVID-19 [UPDATE] Seems they are open, but be careful near lunch. Also if the person is sick, they close. Took four trips to get my propane tank recertified.

Been by on Saturday to get my tank filled up. They were closed. My fault as I didnt check the hours. Hours on the web says m-f, 8-5.Stopped by on Tuesday before 5. They close at 4:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. Google says 5. Ferrellgas website says 5. Their sign on the door says 4:30.Not worth the bother to try to catch them when they actually are open.

I have used Ferrelgas for the past 25 years. They have always been polite and responsive whenever Ive called.

John the guy who runs the place is so difficult to work with. Wouldnt come back.

Does not even deserve one star! Lady answering phones super rude. My tank was completely out(busy mom of 3), and when I placed my order she said someone would be out in the next 7 days to fill it up!! And its my falt that I let the take go empty but their hands are tied! So rude! Cancelled my $500 oder and moved my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service!
