This was my first time getting a storage unit in Flagstaff and I was impressed by the professionalism this establishment had! Lezlie made the whole experience wonderful! Easy to access units, with a great selection of sizes! I will always be returning to Armour Self Storage for my storage needs! I was even able to cancel my contract within three days prior to the renewal payment! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

Dealing with Armour Self Storage is always a pleasure. They are fair, have a great staff and do not rip off customers by raising the rent every year, as has happened with Public Storage in Tempe. It operates like a family run business, which I learned it actually is when talking with Lezlie Cavanaugh recently. In addition to one unit at Armour I plan to move what I have at the Tempe storage business to Flagstaff’s Armour Self Storage as soon as possible. The staff is wonderful. I have dealt almost entirely with Lezlie Cavanaugh and sometimes Joni. Nobody is pushy and they are honest. Both women are easy to deal with. Lezlie is an especially great person. She has been super helpful over the years. I highly recommend Armour Self Storage in Flagstaff.

Lezlie is such a great woman she very polite and patient with me when my kids kept making a mess she helped me find the best unit for the best price. An let me choose if I wanted a drive up or the walk in side unite with no extra cost. Very affordable no security deposit needed. Come here if you want a family business with great respect for their customers.

Lezlie and the entire staff at Armour Self Storage are always amazing to work with. I use their 10x20 storage units off and on to store my project cars in between jobs and it is always a great experience. 5 stars highly recommend!

I have rented a storage unit from this company since 2007. Everything was fine for the first few years; however, they have increased the rent continuously over the last few years so that every time you turn around, another increase notice is sent to you.In Aug of 2018, I was paying $98.26, two increases later, I received a notice today (Aug 2019) that the rent is now $110.79. The units offer nothing in the way of keeping dust or dirt out. Everything I have in this unit is covered with dirt.Obviously, I will look elsewhere to rent or Ill buy an enclosed trailer. When you think of the money that I have given these guys over the last 12 years, you would have thought they would have given me some sort of discount.Take it from me, a resident of Flag for 50 years, you can do better than Armour Self Storage.

This place is great and the staff are wonderful. The on site manager is beyond helpful and understanding. There is always staff patrolling the grounds and I felt like my things were in a secure environment. I will use their services again in the future if needed as well as recommend to my friends. Its a nice facility with friendly staff. Security is top notch as well! My only complaint is that a 10x20 unit is really 9 x 18 and the door is only 8 feet tall instead of 9 like they say. The trailer I had was 20ft long exactly so I was stuck leasing a 12x25 unit which was twice as much in cost.

From the first day I received nothing but curtious people an smiles.. The manager is so nice an smiling every time I go in. The storage is extremely secure an Safe. I recommend anyone to check it out.. The Locked area is easy access to enter an exit. I feel comfortable like it was my own property... I Love it..

The office is open 7 days a week which is great. They offer complimentary coffee and water which is great for those hot and cold days.The unit( 10x20) itself is more than enough for my three bedroom home. Make sure you ask for a unit with a high ceiling. My stuff would have fit in the low ceiling unit but the high ceiling gives you a little more wiggle room.The location is great! There is a Uhaul right down the street which makes it easy to drop off your truck when you are done. I am more than happy with my experience here and will use it again if I need it. I would highly recommend Armour Self Storage!P.S. - They even gave me a travel coffee thermas for my birthday!

I had a great experience with the the whole staff at armour. They were courteous and friendly. I felt like I was family. I called about info on the storage units and told Leslie my name. I was greated with my name before I said anything when I walked in minutes later. I was amazed at there friendliness and no hidden fees. They told me everything I wanted to know and knew this was the place to go. Jay showed me the unit and showed me around before I even got a storage unit and Taylor was great and friendly and made me feel comfortable. There units are clean and nice too. I wont go anywhere else for my storage units. Cant say enough about the great service. Thank you armour self storage. 5 stars easy.

The storage facility itself was extremely clean and safe. We had no issues with anything except the customer service and the fact that you cannot access your things 24/7. Our payment was due for the next month the day before we were moving out, but they would not prorate so we paid an entire extra month for one day. We could have had it all out that evening but the gates lock up early so we couldnt finish until the next day. We were told by the office if we had given a 10 day notice they would have worked with us.We referred a relative to the facility, explaining in full the situation we had encountered but their concern was mostly location and safety so they chose to use them as well.***Update***I was contacted by the manager regarding my review, they have corrected the referral situation and explained in further detail their policies. I do appreciate the follow-up and their obvious concern about an unhappy customer.Maybe theres still customer service available in the world after all! We were told that if we had notified them in advance we could have had access for later hours which would have saved us the extra months fee. Hind sight, make sure to ask in advance!

We have rented twice from Amour Self Storage and have been pleased with the customer service from Management (Leslie). She helped me last year when I needed boxes for shipping by ensuring I had the correct sizes for all my Christmas gifts. Whenever my husband or I go in to talk about any situations she is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Not only this, but the employees there are very friendly, helpful, and engaging, dedicated to making the customer experience the most positive it can be. They are very willing to work with your unique situations, and, while clear on the rules, want to give you the best options for your circumstance. They also pleasantly engage on a personal level instead of treating you like a stranger. I have had a great experience with the company so far, and I feel that my belonging are safe and secured by people and a system I can trust.

Ive had nothing but good experiences, since renting Unit F55 there. Their staff is very friendly to talk to, and they their rates are reasonable compared to others. Another bonus is that it is not very far from the school (10-15 min away). A great place for storage, currently using one of the 24/7 access units and the site is well kept along with when it snows they take the time to clear the roads and lay down gravel. I highly recommend all though the prices are not the lowest in town.

I have needed to use storage units many times in the past...none were that great UNTIL I went to Armour Self Storage! They have a relaxing and welcoming front office where you can enjoy free coffee while you discuss your payments with them. The customer service is the best Ive ever dealt with! The units are well priced and the whole property is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. I was sharing a unit with my roommate, but when we decided to go separate ways it got complicated regarding possession claiming and payments...I was scared my ex-roommate would possibly steal my stuff, and leave me with fees (Unit was in my name) - The staff was able to help us both move out with as little drama as possible! Armour Self Storage went above and beyond to help us settle things and we all ended out on top. They were patient, and VERY helpful. Because of the staff, I can say that my move went smoothly. This facility is great for an NAU student like me. I was able to affordably keep my furniture and other personal belongings for school in Flagstaff while I was at home for summer break. The units are very clean and spacious, and the facility is in a quiet, safe area so no one will be messing with your unit or your stuff. The staff is very friendly and they were very accommodating of my extraneous circumstances back in May. You do have to provide your own lock for the unit, but they have locks for sale that are very durable only for about $7.

We were so taken advantage of by this place. We got stuck here with a breakdown in flagstaff az. We are originally from calif. And were on our way from picking up some items in new mexico. The lady that rented to us assured us it was a family buisiness. The storage unit.that we have in kingman is a 12x25 unit and was only $73.00 a month. We had planned to settle in flagstaff after retrieving my moms stuff after she died in new mexico. After paying the 158.00 and change, i was assured i was getting the absolute best deal. No set up fees? If i was charging as much as these people i wouldnt charge those fees either. Storage facilities are evil. Armour is basically a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Heads up people! Storage is full from college kids so the demand is high and supply is low making it the perfect business to start if you are looking to move here. Storage facilities can charge whatever they want and they are boasting about it.
