Grimy scam!I got a call on the 19th saying I only owe $60 more dollars on my washing machine until it’s was fully paid off which I was making $78 every other week payments on, today my account was charged the normal $78 when I called to ask why it was still that amount instead of $60 he said in order for them to stop reoccurring payments I have to come in person to pay it off and I still somehow owed them $30 but they would continue to charge my account $78 until I came in person and paid them off?!?!?

Ive been an ABC customer for 20 years and will always probably be one but the customer service at the flint location has definitely been better. Last 3 times in Ive felt like a 2nd class citizen. I even left and bought a mattress on line for $2200 after being ignored and was basically made to feel like I was bothering the salesman. I didnt realize I needed to wear a suit and tie to be treated with a little common decency. Im not always happy at work either but I put on the face and do my job cause thats what Im there for.

We had a great salesman. Got a front load washer/dryer set & a vacuum. Sale was perfect. The delivery was a problem. I missed a call & they didnt leave a message they were on their way. I was home, they showed up earlier than expected, I didnt hear them knock & my dogs never barked. My son noticed a slip on the door, saying they were there. 🤦 Second delivery went smoothly. I was the 1st delivery and the delivery guys were great.

Regarding my recent purchase at ABC warehouse, I received excellent customer service and was assisted by Reggie with my final sale. I informed him of what I was looking for and found my perfect chair after trying a few out. I received my delivery 5 days after my purchase and both delivery men were courteous, professional, and had a great sense of humor. They put my chair together and explained the process of detaching in the event that I loved. Great service in-store and delivery, thanks to both for their professionalism and exhibiting great customer service ⭐️

They delivered the fridge last Thursday. It was all dented. We sent it back. They were scheduled to deliver the fridge today. We waited all day and when we called they said we were not home.that is a lie.we have been here all day. Still dont have a fridge.😡

The first salesman I dealt with almost made me write them off completely. He went to check on a fridge and just never came back. He left me sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for him to come back.The second salesman restored my faith in their service. He had helpful recommendations, he found alternatives, and he worked to get me a delivery date that worked for me.I would be happy to buy from there again, as long as I dont have to deal with the first guy.

Honest to the point and we was out the door in 20 minutes they have been our go to guy for years.

Picked a stereo but the only one was a display unit. They sold it to me anyway, plus knew exactly what items (wiring harness, in-dash mount) I needed for that radio to work in my vehicle. It was a perfect fit and I got everything I needed from the one visit.We lost a star because inside the store I wasnt able to get a salespersons attention to assist me until I called the store from my cellphone while standing at the stereo displays and asked for assistance - that and their stock was very low and there was a lot of clutter/trash throughout the store that easily shouldve been picked up by employees there.

We bought a whole kitchen from ABC. I cant say enough about how nice the staff was and how they went beyond what they had to in order to make sure we got our appliances quickly. Delivery was free! I would recommend ABC Warehouse to any in need of new appliances or home furnishings

Staff and Selection leave something to be desired. Not all staff, but more than a reasonable amount. I couldnt find a laptop computer anywhere in the store and installation takes quite a while. Had 2 installs done here, and both times it took all day and I was 2nd in line both times and its supposed to be First Come, First Served basis starting at 10 am. And they always tell you to come to the front door, but they are letting people in the back before the front doors open. Shady if you ask me, especially if youre told by the staff to come to the front door. These things are why I went elsewhere for my New Washer and Dryer.

Ordered my mattress over a week prior. They kept making excuses why it didnt come in. I had to finally track it down. When I picked it up 3 different people asked for my receipt then pointed to someone else. Terrible service.

Manager Reggie was awesome and very helpful & knowledgeable when helping us purchase a new washer.

Dan was so very helpful! We just bought a house and the range acted up so we needed something quick and a specific type. Dan knew exactly what would work best for us and made the whole purchase and delivery process a breeze. He even contacted me when the range was delivered and setup to make sure everything went smoothly! Would recommend Dan to anyone and will be returning for our new dishwasher. Joe Durbin provided excellent service in sales department as usual! Paul and Brendon on the RT 34 delivery crew did an excellent job also! They were able to get my old refrigerator out and the new refrigerator in with no issues and done professionally! GREAT JOB MEN!

With all the appliance shortages, we were getting concerned..we (I, lol) knew what I wanted, but wasnt finding them. Enter Robert and Todd at ABC..not only are they a very experienced team..they understood exactly what I needed...and we took home the beautiful dishwasher that day..returned 2 weeks later for the stove (a slide in..) and side by side fridge... stove in stock..fridge, special order, delivery..unknown. scheduled stove delivery for 3 days later.. resigned to waiting for fridge awhile..then Todd called day before delivery..he had found a cancellation for our exact fridge..got everything signed off. And added fridge to stove day delivery! Went above and beyond..and we are so grateful! Delivery guys were good, masked up.. overall great experience

I was looking to purchase a new TV and after visiting a few stores I ended up at ABC warehouse. Dan work with me and show me a variety of TVs and he was very knowledgeable. He explained the technical differences in the TVs and I was able to find one that fit my needs and was affordable.

Was there ten minutes no one said a word to me. Went to Best Buy to make my $7000 appliance purchase. Over the years ABC has been notorious for this.

Best prices great deals. Give 4 stars cause we drove 30 mins to the place to pick up our order but u fortunately the item when we check was dented and damage,we were offered for a new one with free delivery and installation. Not bad.

I purchased a dishwasher from Dan at the Flint location 4 weeks ago and was promised to receive it in 2-3 weeks when they received there next shipment. I called to ask when they would receive the truckload last week and spoke with another sales associate who informed me they had more sold than they had coming in and to get ahold of Dan my sales person to make sure I received my dishwasher that I paid in full a month ago. I spoke with Dan he assured me I would and even offered free delivery to insure I received it instead of picking it up as originally planned. He said I was way before the others on the list as I had paid for my way in advance. I called yesterday 8/24 and he said the delivery was coming today and I would have it delivered tomorrow 8/26 & went over the process of them calling me yada yada. Perfect! Well then today he calls me at 5:59 pm one minute before they closed to leave a voicemail telling me that the truck just didnt show up and he dont know when the next shipment will be! I called him back immediately and he was very rude. I told him I wanted a full refund and I will buy a dishwasher elsewhere. Ive already waited a month and now no date for next delivery... not happy! He said good luck finding one! He was so rude. No apology nothing....

Wow, covid has been good to ABC, call first. Seems like everything to do with food storage is on back order. If you do go they will only allow so many people, which is good mind you. The line moves pretty fast and the staff is extremely patient and helpful.

Decent inventory but delivery is a joke.

Im writing to let you know that I will be telling everyone I know NOT to shop at ABC Warehouse in Flint. I bought a refrigerator and stove(special order) on December 19th. On December 29th when the refrigerator was delivered it was cracked. A new one was delivered on December 31st. I called the sales person that day to see what the status was on the stove, he couldnt tell me. I call a week later, he said hed call back, never heard from him. I called Saturday, he said the same thing, never heard from him. Call today and spoke with the store manager. He equally as rude telling me they are busy and the salesperson couldnt manufacturer a date. He looked at the computer and said there was still no date. I proceeded to ask could he give an estimate or an approximate timeline and to that he said, agitated, No! These are unprecedented times and plants are opening and close so we have no idea when it will be I told him Ill help with his stress and come get a refund and contact his corporate office because the absolutely terrible customer service.

Their delivery crew could use some spit and polish on their customer service, but they get paid to deliver not chit chat. As for the sales crew there, Theyre generally straight forward with you and will do their best to get you what you want.

Staff can be a little overwhelming when youre walking in the door and they immediately come up to you, but they are just trying to help so I get it. I have been going here for a very long time and have no problem at all. Reggie is a really cool guys if y poo I need some help in there. My sister got a system put in her car here and she loves it, they did a great job.

They knocked my front entry door loose when leaving, trying to close my door. The DELIVERY Manger denied any negligence on his crews behalf and REFUSED to pay repair cost!I DONT RECOMMEND their DELIVERY PEOPLE! They did not put my furniture together although I paid for it!

Horrible experience. I went in to get a tv. Was talked into buying a furniture set $2500-fast forward ALMOST 4 MONTHS and no furniture and no attempt to reconcile the situation and basically told I can just get a refund and pay for the tv I went in for. I have refused several offers for furniture from other people with the promise I would be getting new furniture soon. I am so appalled at the lack of communication and customer service. I will never ever go to another ABC warehouse again. Ever.

Absolutely the best experience!! Our dishwasher died and Joe gave me a great price on a Bosch and superb customer service!! It was delivered the next morning and the installer came out at 9 am on a Sunday!! From purchase to working about 36 hours!!

The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful. I was shopping for a new humidifier. He helped me make a decision on what I was looking for. The one I decided to purchase was on sale and he gave me extra money off and a 2 year warranty. He also carried it out to my car and made a cut out handle on the box so I could lift it when I got.

Ive been here a few times. But the last 2 I couldnt even get the attention of a sales person or employee.after 15 minutes standing there. So needless to say they lost 2 sales and probably a customer of ABC for over 40 yrs.

I was in desperate need of a washer and they were the only ones around with one. Home Depot said July 8th was the soonest you could get one from them. But thats not why 5 stars. 5 stars because Robert not only found the last one but he discounted it while 2 other couples were in the store looking for the same thing. He made sure I was taken care of above and beyond with service and price. Will definitely send my co workers to him and ABC for any appliance they are looking for.
