Called the store to see if they were open on Labor Day as some places are and others aren’t. Sage answered the phone so I asked the hours for today. With an extremely rude response I was informed they weren’t open today. It’s Labor Day. My husband and I had a couple questionable bad experiences with her. The first time we were up there she was super rude to us as we also had our pup with us. We will definitely be coming somewhere else from now on. If a place isn’t open typically the phone doesn’t get answered. Will definitely be informing others of this as well.

I would give it a zero if I could. The sales lady is very rude, unfriendly & uninviting. Overall mean & I sensed she held a bitterness against minorities. She treated her kind with better assistance. I regret buying from this place. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. PGalick, ignoring your 1x customer the way you did was crazy. I shoulda walked away but I paid to get a receipt just so I can tell you and the rest of the google world that you’re dude. You weren’t busy. I was the only one there. No excuse for this other than you must have too much money.

The best aromas

This little booth in the mall is okay. There needs to be another person on hand. The lady helping me was very distracted. Also could use additional information about essential oils. The one available pamphlet contains just the bare minimum.Yes all of the oils were listed, but I was thinking of a more detailed description. I want you to be my oil go place. Some additional information would be helpful for a novice like me who wants to be better informed.

They made me a custom blend oil on the spot that smells great, no other scent like it. Customer service and timing and delivery are top notch. I highly recommend their shaving cream and oils as well as their lotion candles. Everything is custom made to fit you and all natural. Help support a great local business.

Customer service is always top notch! I started using the Fairy Scents lotion candle and it is amazing! I have really curly hair that has been unruly for years and this has been a life saver because I use this one product to style my hair! It adds shine, helps condition my hair and smells amazing! I also have really dry skin in the winter and since using this I have seen a huge improvement. Thank you so much!!! :) The oils and incense are by far the best quality I have come across.
