Everything was organized and easy to find. One of the better Michaels Ive been to! So many options compared to other craft stores, I regularly end up going in for one or two things and end up walking out hours later😂

Allen in your framing dept. did a fabulous job preserving, matting & framing some very old prints of my Great & Great Great Grandparents. I was absolutely thrilled to see the finished products. Would highly recommend Allen for any framing projects you might have. Thank you again & again Allen.

The store is great and employees are wonderful but the prices they have on the Halloween & Christmas items are ridiculous 😲 the 5ft singing grinch u can buy full price 199.99 at home depot and these guys want over 500.00 for him. All of their decorations says 50% off but yeah they are still way higher then any other store... It is crazy

The store personnel are very nice, but I seem to always have trouble with what I am trying to find. I asked the personnel how they do photo boxes figuring they would know and I did not get any resolution. The box I was looking for was $65. The sale was buy one, get one at 50% off. I ended up getting a shadow photo box at Hobby Lobby. They did have great sales on other materials I was after. I would definitely recommend checking this store out and if you don’t get what you want, check out Hobby Lobby. It always seems to take so long to check out of these hobby stores. I dislike that!

Friendly, helpful employees that dont mind giving good customer service. The only complaint I had was that the inventory of beads and gemstones my daughter uses for jewelcrafting was somewhat limited, despite having plenty of shelf space and racks for products that they were simply sold out of. Due to the lack of selection, I was unable to find 1 or 2 of the specific colors/types I was looking for.

Worked with Allen who was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond what anyone could expect!! Certainly a valuable asset to Michaels!

My other half loves this place. It is her toy store. Otherwise just filled with random painting and housing decor.

I had a good shopping experience there as always! They have good sales going on and offer great coupons online! The store has a wide variety of crafting needs, pretty much every thing you could possibly need. The atmosphere here is nice and the staff is friendly& helpful. I am and will be a returning customer!

They need more yarn, but their other crafts are well supplied!

Didnt find what we was looking for but found other things

I am very disappointed with this location. Placed an online order in the a.m., received the text that my order was ready to pick up nearly 5hrs later. Followed directions, sent back the Im on my way message. Arrived at store, parked in a pick up spot, sent the Im here message. Received the we will be right out with your order message all is right with the world Right? WRONG! After sitting there for about five minutes, I started looking around and noticed how empty the parking lot was. Called the store. Was informed that they were CLOSED for EMERGENCY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE!! And to come back and pick my order in 1.5 hours or when I was available. IM AVAILABLE NOW! WHAT!?! What IS EMERGENCY ROUTINE? You were able to send me all the messages, you cant bring me my order? Listen, Ive done curbside service. THIS could have been avoided and sending someone away without their order is just plain POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The store was well lit, clean and stocked. Also all of the employees I encountered were upbeat, friendly and very helpful. I want to thank the associate that was in the bead aisle when I visited. I didnt see one of the strands I was looking for and he was able to find them in a box of inventory that had yet to be stocked. He even searched me out in the store when he found 2 more strands. Thank you so much for that face to face service. Great job to him and the entire store.

Nice store with a good section.

Great deals on good quality paint supplies. They have 2 different paint sections and I didnt realize that the first couple visits. I still dont understand why but this is why they got 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Great discounts for members. I will definitely be returning, feel like a kid in a candy store there.

Tysen checked me out and wasca very polite and courteous young man. Once again,however, the bathroom floor looked like it had alot of dirt on it. The cleaning schedule in the bathroom wasnt posted either. Not that they seem to follow it....

Overpriced fabric and I had to walk the entire store and then go up to the cash register just to find an employee to help me cut the amount of fabric I wanted. Im assuming theyre understaffed since the help i did receive was very kindly. but overall it was just inconvenient.

This rating is simply relating to the curbside service option. Despite following protocols including letting them know Im on my way and Im here notifications, I waited for over 20 minutes and needed to call the store twice within that waiting period. This is not a useful service, if Michaels doesnt act promptly.

Alan in framing just helped my wife and i with two art pieces we have been wanting to get custome framed for years. His excitement and talent put us at ease and made the experience great. I will be coming back with other projects very soon.

Finally found black 16x24 picture frames online so kudos to yall for that. Ordered them online and shipment was fast however this is a fragile package! The box is trashed, whoever does your shipments needs to do better! Wish I could add pics

It was a little disappointing that they dont have their fault stuff out yet.

Even though I didnt get the replacement ornament I wanted, the staff there were readily available, shelves were well stocked considering covid and holiday season and I got 2 more for less than I paid for the first one! . Will definitely be back.

Inventory is low right now but they are having a huge clearance.

Its good if you find stuff on sale. But everything is way overpriced compared to online pricing. Ive never find anything in the store I couldnt get online cheaper. Yeah save brick and mortar but they need to compete with 2 day shipping

Good selection. Very good sales. But some items are double the price of other craft places so watch out for that one.

Not impressed. I ordered online and expected the order to be waiting for me. I would have been able to go the the isle and purchased the item four (4) times in the amount of time it took for the order staff to get my one item with no one in front of me.

There is no one there to ever help you. Yeah I dont appreciate the random guy following me around the whole store until I walked out I guess he thought I was going to steal some paint. Lol. I asked for a specific product and nobody could find it more do they know what it was and it is used in paint.

It was impressive. They had stuff I didnt really think about until I was there. Went there to purchase gift baskets to create my own personalized ones for different friends. I spent over an hour there which is amazing cause I dont like to shop.

This used to be a cool store to go to, not any long. The shelves are Bare,and their prices seem to be more.

This place has so much to offer as far as arts and crafts supplies, but the checkout process is such a joke. Their lines are always ridiculously long because they regularly short staff the checkout lanes. And heaven help you if you have to Return merchandise, because their is no designated line for RETURNS, they require you to stand in these super long lines with people who are checking out. In addition, the staff are not always the friendliest either.

Good selection of items I was sent to buy. At least their merchandise is easy to find as they clearly state on isle signs. This is huge to customers who are unfamiliar with crafts in general. Forget Hobby Lobby stores which has no navigational signs in store and no one to assist.

I love this store I love the staff its fun to shop there I sometimes go just to look around. The best part is they always have coupons and allow you to look them up on your phone before you make a purchase to save more. The prices are always good and the store is always clean. Its Definitely my 1st choice for crafts.
