Let us in 2 min before closing. Needed tire plug & desperate on a Sunday night to find place open after 6 or 7. Thankfully got there just before 8pm closing. Friendly & great even tho they were beginning to close. Thx to the staff big time.

Great customer serviceDue to COVID all businesses are stretched thin however when I was at ADVANCE Auto Parts they were all helping a customer with their questions and getting them what they needed and also made suggestions on stuff they thpught was necessary. Which what I heard really was necessary and many that do not know automobiles rely on people like this too help prevent being on side of the road later. They didnt have to tell customers anything but they did and GREAT JOB FOR CARING!! COMPANYS with EMPLOYEES like this are places I will always remember and go to!! Hard to find this anymore. Worse experience Ive had at an automotive supply store. ignored customers who were waiting. I literally threw the tire gauge on the counter and walked out the building. I dont wait when there is nobody in there on a Sunday morning...You dont make me wait 3 mins while you try to act busy, purposefully making customers wait....cmon, See how you won that one.....yea right...Went to Walmarts bought a different tire pressure gauge and spent $20+ more and got one 100x better.Thanks for the no help ! Glad you got no money !

Horrible service. Tried to get a battery replaced and they refused to do it even though they advertise all over the place that they will. When I complained they didnt care. Yesterday needed a new battery for my Jeep, drove past advanced to buy from oReillys. Great service and I will continue to drive past advanced to go literally anywhere else.

On 01/02/2020 I arrived at this establishment to shop for a replacement portable car battery charger. It was my first time at this particular store, so I took my old Duralast Battery Charger out of my trunk so I knew what to look for.I am not greeted by anyone upon entering the store. I walk around, reading the aisle headers as I try to determine where the battery chargers may be kept. The entire time, no one comes or speaks up to assist me. I finally locate the battery chargers on the other end of the store and proceed to examine the stock. I spend about five minutes there, no one approaches me or offers any assistance.All of the brands that are on display are Schumaker brand, and as I am not familiar with this brand, make the determination to try another store. As I am leaving the store, another customer holds the door open for me to pass and as I am thanking him a store associate comes up without announcing himself and proceeds to grab my arm. He demands to know what I am doing with the item in my hand.I reply the charger is mine and he how dare he touch me and accuse me of stealing. I have never stolen anything in my life and he meekly excuses his actions with we have had alot of people stealing stuff, but that is not my problem! He had absolutely no right to touch me. I was tempted to call the police! If he would have been paying better attention, the chargers on the shelf are all on in boxes, and from another maker, the one I carried in wasnt in a box! He didnt even try to get my attention with an Excuse me. I was Terrible Customer Service. Was wrongly accused of shoplifting! Never shop here unless you also want to harrassed!!

Went here looking for a battery for my scooter. I showed the unnamed attendant my old battery asking if they carried it. I dont think we have any that small he says, laughing. You can look over there he says, pointing in the general direction of the battery section. I go and look at what batteries are available explaining to him that the smallest they had was too big. Instead of helping me track one down at another store perhaps, he says Well, you can always ✂ the compartment to make it fit...ha ha ha. I turned and walked out of the store. I will never go back.Went to Walmart up the road and not only did they have my battery but I received top notch service...lolAdvanced Auto is a joke.

Had all the parts I needed to get my f150 back on the road for a fair price. Had to replace most of the front end suspension on the drivers side control arms and what not.

I was in Advanced Auto about thirty minutes ago. I did not get the young mans name who assisted me, but he was very rude. He wears glasses and has blonde hair/a cropped hair cut. I approached him and let him know that I just recently bought a used car. I told him that my key fob does not work and asked if he could check and see if it is the battery. I also asked if he could check the car battery life of the car, just so I can be aware of what condition the battery is in. He told me he could not check the key fob, that I could pop it open and check it myself. He then proceeded to tell me the batteries for the key fob are back there. Furthermore, the young man told me that I needed to give him a minute to check the battery of my vehicle because he had other customers to help, as if he did not have two other co-workers in the store to assist with the customers. In that moment, I was a customer as well, and I had waited patiently in line just like everyone else had. I was very disappointed. I walked back there to look for the batteries, but just decided to leave instead. I wish I had been helped with someone who had a better attitude.

I love going to this place cause of the convienance. The people knows what the are looking for, if the info is good enough. They somehow find you some ways of saving you money. As long as they are open i will get all of my auto parts there.

Way expensive compared to others. Employees dont pay attention to the parts they sell you. Warranting multiple returns.

Drove 40 mins for an amplifier said online was in store, got there and they only had an empty box, cashier just shrugged. I asked to speak with a manager and he had no explanation why their products aren’t updated online and why they have displays of stuff they don’t have. He just kinda shrugged too and said oh people steal stuff from back there all the time. They don’t care about their products or customers only there for the paycheck... *shrugs*

Same story as most auto parts stores these days they hire anybody. I cant stand when people that can barely remember to breathe trys to act like they know more about my vehicles than I do. And I work on a lot of them

Had to return a part that was under warranty. Was pretty easy, they had our information on the computer. So it went smooth. And received a mechanise card instead of cash but thats ok because we will be back.

Very friendly staff ... came right up to me as soon as I stepped in the door ... went in the computer to find the bulbs I needed ... they werent on the floor so he checked in the back ... He even came outside and helped me take out the old bulb and put in the new one 😊 ... I cant say how easy the whole transaction was, very happy!
