They have a sign on the door that saysNO MASK, NO SERVICE, NO EXCEPTIONS, So you would think they would provide one if you need it. After she hands me a mask, she says $1.06 Im done with businesses trying to get over by charging for something that is required to keep you safe. I will not be going back

Would give 0 stars if I could! Terrible customer service! I was a first time customer, I purchased a wig that was DEFECTIVE (supposed to have a braid, and was red and black...the item I received was not at all like the manikin one half was all black and there was no braid) and I am unable to EXCHANGE it 12 hours later?! What! I get to returns on items but a defective item is totally different! Lost my business and will be sure to tell others of this experience!

This place falsely accused my friend & I of stealing. They locked us in the store for an hour and claimed to have called the cops. They eventually kicked us out of the store for causing a scene by talking about our innocence & requesting to see the cameras while offering to empty our purses/showing our bags and receipts of stuff we already bought. We finally called the cops ourselves and it turned out that the store never called the cops in the first place & illegally held us captive for no reason!! The police 100% sided with us, cleared our names, & told us not to take our business anymore because it isnt worth it!

Will not allow you to return or exchange items with a receipt. Their store policy is 7 days with a receipt. And I was told they will not take exchange the hair after I’ve had it for 6 days with a copy of my receipt!

HORRIBLE customer service, not one person spoke to me when I entered the store, finally after 15 minutes or so I asked for help. The lady seemed to be annoyed by me asking for assistance.Its really a shame because the store has a great selection to choose from but with poor customer service maybe thats why it was empty.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT KEEPS BUSINESSES IN BUSINESS!!!

I picked hair that was 7.99 with buy one get one 50% off. After taking it to the counter I was told that it was marked wrong. It should have been 9.99. Since it was marked wrong I couldnt get the deal or pay the higher charge and get the deal. I explained the wrong price that was on more than 4 packs of hair isnt my fault. Not to mention all the other packs were marked 12.99. Still a wrong price. After conversation back and forth an employee came up and snatched the hair from in front of me and said no sale. In front of a bunch of customers. Very rude treatment and poor customer service.

If you open a hair shop i think you should no about your products and or have someone working there who does...they didnt no anything about the lace front wig that i bought or how to put it on and they had a black girl working there. Wasnt very impressed will prolly find a different store to go to next time.
