Was told siding was in stock just to find out it wasn’t then I was told I’d get a call back if they could find it never got a call. Waited 3 days just to find out they had to order it. Waited another week called again because I still hadn’t been contacted just to find out they didn’t know when they would get it but they could get it from a different store. Long story short they waste your time and are not professional when dealing with customers or following through. If I could have gotten what I needed else where I sure would have.

Greg went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were VERY undecided on a color and he listened to all of our concerns and narrowed down a few colors for us. He then went and cut a couple sample pieces out for us since these colors were brand new and they did not have samples. He also took numerous phone calls in regards to our inability to decide on a color until we finally chose one.We had previously gone through three other companies and all three said let us know when you decide or find one and refused to provide samples. During these trying times Greg made sure his customer service was 100%.Prices you cant beat and a customer service team who has the experience and knowledge to out perform competitors choose Beacon for you Home improvement needs.
