The atmosphere was very nice, my drink was wonderful but i didnt like the guy preaching about religion to me. We loved the brick walls and the views of downtown.

Very understaffed and the cream in my drink tasted spoiled. No time to go back wasted all my time on a parking meter waiting for a drink. I am not blaming the server she was doing her best but not a good first experience. And trust me I know service hasnt been great at many places lately but this was awful especially since my drink was awful too.

What a magnificently cool place! Every detail is so stinkin well thought out. Not only is the 1920s decor impecable, the menu is outstanding too. They really know their coffee! They also have wonderfully crafted sandwiches and smoothies and even have vegan items as well! This is the kind of place where you can sit out on the patio for hours, listening to the live music, watching the city move. I cant wait to go back!

My favorite coffee shop. We cant take a trip to the Farmers Market without also walking downtown to Rhema. Coffee, sandwiches, and staff are all wonderful. I wouldnt recommend going if youre in a hurry, but the chill vibe is perfect for relaxing and chatting.

The coffee here is amazing. The best Lattes I have ever had. I am a regular customer here now. The baristas are excellent! The food is also very good here. The atmosphere is really warm and calm.

Good coffee, a little expensive but if you have the money, why not. The Ferris Wheel building across the street had even better coffee and cheaper. Xhecknout rhe Ferris Wheel building downtown, you wont regret it.

Cafe’ Rhema has such a great vibe and fantastic atmosphere. Today’s pleasure was the Maple Bacon Waffle, and an ice coffee. Was so delicious, definitely a favorite place to stop and grab a bite.

This is one of the best cafes Ive been to in Michigan. I recently discovered it. It is located in flint downtown. The ambiance of this place was so cosy and it had kind of an antique vibe with red curtains and brick wall. Its not very spacious but the whole vibe of this place was great. The menu was also interesting they had quite a few drinks from coffee frappuccinos to smoothies. They also had sandwiches, crepes and waffles. I ordered there special chocolate cake with strawberries and vanilla icecream. I absolutely loved it. The cake was served warm and when you cut into it you can literally see warm melted chocolate coming outside. The taste was so so good and it went so well with the vanilla icecream and strawberries. It really enhanced the flavor. They also had brownies which looked so gooey and delicious. I also had their latte and it was one of the best ones Ive had. The prices werent bad either. Overall i had a great experience here and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Definetly worth trying.

I was excited to come in with my boyfriend for the first time. Walked by and I knew I had to come in for a visit. The vibe and aesthetic reminded me of a little coffee shop back home that I used to go to. We came in and I got a Cappuccino, made like a Latte, with extra foam and cream. As easy as it was to make, it could have used a little sugar. So I was free to add as much as I wanted myself. I also got the Yolks On You Breakfast Sandwich, which was amazing AF. The front was very small, so I decided to check out the back room, which was brilliant. The only thing I would say I disliked was that the furniture looked old. Which is cute, yet I could tell most of the furniture was greasy and covered in dust. I will return someday. And Im sure Id love to even more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in.

My girlfriend and I came by and stopped in the city, and wanted a quick bite to eat and coffee. She decided to get the red velvet coffee (photo included) and I got “the flapper” sandwich, with bacon. Lemme say, the flapper is hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bacon gives it such a good kick, and was full of flavor. My girlfriend loved her red velvet coffee, and the presentation was awesome. Not to mention the interior design is flawless. I recommend everyone to come by.

There is a very nice atmosphere and there are polite staff. It is quick service and not too long of a wait. There are many options to choose from and the coffee tastes great.

Love the authentic feel that you can’t get from a Tim Hortons or Starbucks. The roses on table and the over all decor is very nice. Classy with the jazz and makes it a nice place to grab the first cup of coffee. First time here and will be back.

Looked sweet, coffee looked great, but came in to eat and of one of the main things on the menu (waffles) they were out of badder so we left. Unfortunate will give it one more try.

I loved my club sandwich and the side salad was also very good. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is charming. I love the chandeliers and the red velvet curtains, the roses on the table was also a nice touch. The beautiful lounge furniture is beautiful. I wasnt in love with my strawberry smoothie but I will be coming back. Looking forward to trying some other menu items and specialty coffee drinks. See you soon!

Decided to get some sandwiches today because Ive enjoyed the food here before. Im not usually one to complain but the sandwich I received today was terrible. The bacon was not cooked or hardly at all and I had to cook it myself. Upon deconstructing my sandwich I saw the sad excuse for an egg over on one corner of the sandwich and the small smear of apple butter only in the center of the bread. Very disappointing 😕

This Café Is a very warm and welcoming one. The hospitality is incredible and the overall feel of the place is premium and calm. Would definitely recommend for those who love coffee and desserts.

However, if coffee isnt your thing, Cafe Rhema also offers a variety of smoothies, teas, sodas, and gourmet sandwiches. Highly recommend if youre looking for a warm, inviting cafe experience.

What a sweet secret down town!

The food, coffee, and tea here are exceptional. Whenever Im in flint, this is my go-to. The staff is always nice, and the waffles and breakfast toasts are particularly good. If youve never been before, try the cappuccino. Sounds mundane, but their 6 oz cap is a treat. Quite strong but balanced with a really well rounded taste, it is one of the best cups of coffee in the state.

Dont say cocktails and name them that way when they are not

Loved the interior. The menu on the wall was good except for people who are sight impaired. There is 1 table menu for the entire restaurant. The menu is limited but the sandwiches were good. The cashier was really nice and helpful.

I have been a few times. I’ve gotten different coffee drinks and have ordered different food from the menu and all of them have been delicious. It also has a peaceful vibe.

A nice little coffee shop right in downtown Flint! Public parking is right across the street, which is very convenient. The decor here is amazing, the service is friendly, and the drinks are great! Didnt get a chance to try their food items but Ill definitely be returning to do so! Worth a visit.

Just hosted a gratitude party for my clients at Cafe Rhema last night. The staff made everything worry-free and so easy for me to focus on connecting with my guests. On top of that the food wasn’t typical “catered food,” but was all freshly made and delicious! The atmosphere is very warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff are all very professional, friendly, and know what they’re doing. If you need to host an event, large or small, I highly recommend Cafe Rhema!

Ive just recently come across this little coffee house and im so so so so thrilled that I did! I love their coffee, their aesthetic and their food (the latte, waffles and the prohibition pig sandwich) are DEVINE) If you havent been there, highly suggest it! Really amazing place. I like its interior, its all red brick wall. They also hang several very historical pictures. Most of all, they even sell bubble tea! Coffee is amazing for sure.

A lovely spot downtown for a coffee, a meeting, and even lunch. Ive been multiple times for a cozy latte or their nitro cold brew on tap, and just visited for the firs time for a lunch meeting. Their sandwiches use local crust bread and are an delicious addition to their coffee menu.

Im from Detroit, and my boyfriend, a Flint native showed me this cafe... I am SO impressed! The decor is amazing on the eyes, nice and welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they were out of tapioca balls for my bubble tea, the tea itself was still out of this world. I didnt even miss the bubbles! 5 out of 5 and will definitely return.

Its a cool little place and a great spot to meet up with friends downtown and have coffee. The food is always tasty and the coffee is amazing, I love their egg sandwich. I have always had great service and I honestly cant find a single thing to fault them on, its a wonderful addition to Flints downtown revival.

A beautiful and homey coffee house. I seriously just loved how it made me feel. Relaxed and at ease. It has a touch of fox theater vibe but also a classic old study feel, love the wood tables and such. And my Great Gatsby was delicious!

Came here for lunch with my daughter. Everything was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was all fresh and very tasty. My daughter had Taro bubble tea and LOVED it. We will be back.
