Very helpful staff and great selections. I dont know too much about make up but the knowledgeable staff made buying gifts a breeze. Returns for a product are also very simple and dont take up too much time. Only downside is now ill be receiving email from them and I wouldve preferred not to.

I love Ulta! I can always find what i am looking for plus some. My most recent visit, Alyssa not only greeted us when we came in but was very personable while we were checking out.Many times I have come in and the service wasnt that great but I was extremely pleased this time around.😊

This place is always entertaining. Even when I am going to look for a particular item, it is difficult to get out in less than an hour and with only one item. I have to be disciplined!

Such a nice Ulta location!! The employees are very friendly and helpful!! They have a great selection of beauty products too. I watch for their sales on certain products. If you catch some of their sales, you can get really good deals on great products.

The sales lady was soooo helpful with my purchase. I know very little about makeup and she made my shopping experience great! I will be back.

I didnt give it 5 stars because as I was leaving the lady working standing close to the door was looking at me like I was stealing. I could have bought whatever I wanted in that store and didnt appreciate it. I wont return...Not done with Ulta as I love the store just not this location...

I do not recommend Megan from this salon, as she is extremely unprofessional. I genuinely do not understand how she is an educator for this company due to her lacking basic customer service skills. She took it upon herself to contact my work over a cancelled appointment. Im not sure how that is acceptable, but I do know that says a lot about her professionally. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their salon, and would not recommend them.

I drive almost an hour to have Magen work her magic on my hair. She’s the absolute best. Everyone is always so helpful and and always willing to help guide me in the right direction on which product will work best for my skin.

I have been looking for a mascara that is not all over my face. I was watching a video that said Kim Kardashian mascara worked and you could only get it at Ultra Beauty.It was first time in the store, I was greeted and she showed me where it was. When I checked she told me if it did not work to return it she then signed me up for the rewards.I love the rewards, and the mascara works great. Needs to say I will be shopping at the Flint Township store from now on.

I got my hair done and it literally lasted for an hour my hair fell out and I can even have my hair done for the wedding I was going to it look like I had washed my hair and let it dry very annoyed because I spent $65 it seems like she rushed it

Came here for the first time today and disappointed to say it’ll be my last as well. I tried looking for help in the store for 5-10 minutes before the lady at the salon who was very helpful she couldn’t help with exactly what I needed but did get the manger to help me. The manager was useless. She kept telling me I had to go on the ultra website or app to get help with the right skin tone so I tell her this is the first time I’ve been here not the best with makeup I don’t really wanna use the app. But I guess it’s the only way she’s able to help so I decided to just take my business elsewhere The lady in Sephora helped greatly and appreciated my business.

Love most of the staff here. Always am greeted as soon as I walk in and asked if I need help multiple times throughout the store. I especially like one of the managers named Kimber, with the dark hair and nice tan. She is always so helpful and HONEST about the products. I also got my hair done in the salon by Emily Eschenweck who has since went to Octane in Clio ( I loved her so much I followed her there ) but a lot of people don’t know they have a salon.

They had the morphe x James Charles pallet in stock! Im seriously sister shook! The store was clean and organized. Staff was friendly. They offer a bunch of services including a brow bar and a salon, as well as make over services. The prices are straight forward and everything was marked well. They have a good collection of make up and also other beauty and self care products. Worth a stop if you need a decent pallet for your collection or if you just wanna keep up on Whats new. They also had the new bronze pallet by morphe and the new Riviera pallet by abh.

My wife really likes this place. They have some items that are hard to find and other items that may be less expensive some place else. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and what they carry. My wife is enrolled in a rewards program with Ulta which, like other places, you get money off future purchases. The staff also offer advice on products they carry and application of products. There is a hair salon in the back and makeup stations toward the front. Store is very clean and has an upscale salon feel.

I came here with my girlfriend and it was a middling experience at best. She had a good time but there really wasnt much for me to do other than go eat the different kinds of coffee bean samples that are in the cologne section.

The staff is so nice and very helpful and they always have everything I need for my beauty needs!

Went into Ulta twice now, and its a lovely experience! So many products: Makeup, hair products and appliances, skin care etc. The store is beautifully set up with a multitude of stuff, although its a little expensive. Its very easy to rack up a big bill here! 😂 I love how The store people seemed fine and kind. But not as knowledgeable about products as the employees at Sallys, however.Hard to find brands are at Ulta. Wont come here regularly, but if you need a special hard-to-find item, definitely stop by Ulta!

I was helped as soon as I walked in. No other store in the area is carrying indoor tanning lotion atm and Ulta only has one type of it their and it was hard to find but i was helped until O found exactly what I needed

A little pricey and service is alright

Unfortunately the haircare items I was shopping for were out of stock. Not Ultas fault, everyone is trying to get their hands on some Melanin Care products.

I went to Ulta in Flint to have my hair and makeup done for my wedding. I am older, have difficult hair, sun damage, acne scars, dark circles and thin eyebrows. I had a consultation with Becca for hair and Donna for makeup. They were both so great. They made me feel comfortable and confident about providing these services on such a important day and they exceeded my expectations by far. They made my day and my pictures. I was so happy I didn’t need to worry about my hair or makeup all day or night. I highly recommend them.

I find this place to be expensive. My niece is able to find great deals as she follows their sales. Everything I have ever gotten has been quality and I have enjoyed it. Friendly staff. They can be difficult to find if you need help; however, they do know the products. Most things have a tester you can try before you buy. They tend to carry items more difficult to find elsewhere.

Love Ulta! I always walk in and find new things I just have to try, and the stylists for the Brow Bar are all AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend giving them a try.

Beware you might be here all day or empty your pocketbook! Love love this place, its like a womens paradise! Make-up, Perfume, hair stuff and more, lots of it! They have a mini like salon in back which I never had services with. They have beauty consultants that can help you with trials and choices.

They are very poorly stocked. Half the time the staff members treats you poorly for no reason at all. Or they just ignore you and continue to have a full on conversation with other employees.

Service here is amazing! All the women are great. I see some people on here say the service is bad but the store gets really busy so they do the best they can to help every person. The salon is amazing as well if you haven’t checked it out I would.

The Brow Bar and Dermatologica staff are all very experience and very professional. While they do suggest products as they work, they are not pushy and are open to offering suggestions that are more budget friendly. The main staff, especially the managers are really helpful with returns and other store policy issues. I would recommend this store over others in the area. Its always pretty quiet whenever I go and I never feel crowded or rushed.

Went in to get my girlfriend a facial treatment today. They were super helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. So much so, that I ended up getting a new haircut while I waited. Nicole did my haircut, and although it seemed as if everything was working against her... she pulled it off. I am very pleased and will be returning.

I dont understand the hate...everyone was kind, helpful and fun when I went here. I saw a variety of races working as well as shopping here (I was on my lunch break)...the store was stocked well and I was pleased with my visit. Maybe theyve done some hiring for Xmas time...? Anyhow--nice Ulta...some of them are full of snobby girls and this one was the opposite.

Good prices. Girlfriend is always happy after a visit. They had a line on black friday that went around the store almost up to the front of the store and they moved it pretty quickly.

Out of the dozens of times Ive been in this store Ive dealt with a genuinely pleasant, helpful employee just once. Most of the other times you could just tell no one was concerned about the customers whatsoever, they had absolutely no knowledge of products or even store sales going on. Then few times Ive had the pleasure of dealing with downright rude employees. One of them was a manager. THAT establishes a lot of trust in a store. Im so upset that I dont live near a different Ulta, this one is genuinely the worst

Nothing picks up your spirits like going into Ulta and getting the thing you came for, plus a couple other things you decide you cant do without.

I used to love this store, but Ive noticed a consistent decline in merchandise being properly stocked. I go once every few months and at this point I dont know why I bother. They literally never have what I want anymore. I see space on the shelves, but they are just empty. I also overheard another customer voicing her disappointment to the cashier, who gave a lame excuse about trucks not making it because of the weather. I would believe this if it was just the one time. But at this point, its a constant. I could order online but then I have to pay shipping unless I spend $50+. Ive been forced to just stick with Amazon where I can free 2 day shipping. Ulta made the decision easy I guess.

Employees very helpful when I had questions.

I went to buy nars blush, brushes and get help with my brows. NO ONE helped me. I waited 30 minutes and then walked around looking for someone. The only person i saw was the cashier. No purchases. Poor poor service

If I go in full make up & dressed nice I get treated much better than,, sweats and a messy bun. Theres a big difference in how well your treated by the glasses, short hair, middle-aged manager depending on your appearance that day! The prices are high, some of the same products are a Walmart for $4 cheaper. I mostly just stop anymore to check the clearance area.

Went in to pick up face cream that was fine however I will never purchase lipstick from here as they were allowing a customer to open lipstick and apply directly to her lips and return to the shelf not even testers the sales person was aware because the customer asked for more tissue to wipe off the previous color very unsanitary
