My husband and I own a printing business, and always used this company when printing our bigger designs! The quality isnt bad, but once washed it states to peel. It shouldnt do that Inside out on cold... Also the customer service isnt good. Was on hold 10min to be met with a very impatient woman. When I picked the shirts up they were short and not helpful.

They got me in the same day. Fathers Day. Great service. Did a very good job. Thank you so much.

Bought 4 shirts and 2 of those I brought my own shirt. These shirts were for my nephew who was murdered. The shirts were of the poorest quality Ive ever bought and Ive bought alot of shirts.My wifes shirt had something on my nephews mouth and they fixed it by putting a print over a print which made it so thick it was uncomfortable and on top of that the new print wasnt aligned with the old. Very tacky to say the least.Then I washed them after only wearing for a couple of hours and thats when the truth came to light! All shirts peeling and distorted. Horrible workmanship! I will never go here again! A complete waste of money

Quality of work is very poor. I would give them a 0 stars if possible.Words on the shirt were not centered and they blamed me that I didnt say I didnt like it prior to them even doing the shirt.The man, probably the owner, lectured me and said he was correct in placement and that I the customer was wrong. If I could I would get a refund!!!!! This was suppose to be a gift.

Very poor quality of embroidery! 3 out of 4 hat embroideries messed up and nothing but excuses! The owner does not care and tries to blame everyone/ everything else apart from himself for his poor quality work. Hes definitely lost me as a customer!

The quality of the work was poor.You could tell they dont take what theyre doing very seriously. I would highly recommend the other graphic designing store in the mall by Victorias Secret.

Used this business for years (theyve done four stoles for me) and today (4/8/17) I was told they couldnt embroider a UMich logo on a graduation stole bc they didnt already have it on file. They would not accept a vector image, or offer to use a file conversion tool. Not professional and terrible customer service.
