GO HERE! Never had a new mattress of my own before. I explained what issues I have with my neck pain, hip and shoulder pressure points and the staff took me to the perfect mattress on the first shot. These mattresses are amazing quality at a fraction of the price and the staff help you save money and ensure your products stay protected. Great customer service and communication. We had a great experience with Daniel. We purchased a mattress and was told it would be a while before it came in. When the estimated date came we got a call from Daniel telling us it was still back ordered and we could cancel the order and get our money back or he would upgrade us for the same price and could get the upgraded mattress in a week. I appreciated the communication and the options. We upgraded and got the mattress a week later.
