The store is always clean. The check out people are friendly and do their best to bag and keep you organized.Some of staff restocking, walking store are not as friendly. When asking for help/questions seem like they have something better to be doing.

Visiting my daughter had dinner and hit this Michaels on her side of town very clean and very well stocked happy and i was able to find things i couldnt get my hands on helpful ppl alway make my shopping experience better.was able to get things for my doll house my miniature was coming alive now thanks to this wonderful store so many choices.

Great Location on Lindbergh. Next to 5 below. Staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. They lines are never too long and the priced are reasonable for stuff needed same day. The rewards program is pretty cool. Now you can point for shopping to use in voucher form at every $5 increment. Love going here for yarn, beads, and epoxy!!!

Customer service was superb. The cashier took special care and time to wrap up my glass purchases properly so that they wldnt break.

I go to Michaels for pens and they generally have a good variety. The other loc!tions have a bigger variety but I was still able to get what I needed.

Michaels in Florissant,MO has the best frame shop worker Hao. He is very knowledgeable about the craft of framing. Hes an excellent framer.

They refunded parts of a curbside order after they said it was ready then the shirts that were there were not what I ordered so I had to go in I paid with vouchers I earned so once when I tried to switch the shirts they made me do a return but I never got my 30$ back in my account. Then the shirts they gave me were the right color but 2 youth sizes were mixed in instead of adult that I requested. They need to work on updating online inventory for curbside and double checking orders

No one was helpful. I guess because I got there 30 minutes before closing everyone was busy with preparing for the next day and I got no assistance with my search for items listed in the ad

Have a variety of products for craft creators. Good for someone willing to make a living by creating craft for sale or personal, you have alot to choose for your niche.

They helped me to achieve my color change for Christmas I went from normally use red decor this year I really wanted to change to White decor and they had everything that I wanted and they kept me supplied with coupons in addition to their sales. My tree and home looked amazing

The associates are always very nice and pleasant. My only critique is they need to hire more cashiers. Every time I come without a doubt, I stand in line for 15+ minutes.

I went to Michaels today in search of a digital candy thermometer. I walked around to the cake decorating section, but didnt find one. I attempted to look for someone in the store to assist, but didnt see anyone. So I stood in line to ask the cashier. He wasnt sure if the store sold thermometers. He seemed like he didnt know what it was. So, I left and will find it elsewhere.#Tonetta

Just left because the line is so long. Its Saturday a major shopping day and they have a total of 8 registers but only is open ran by a old lady.(just saying since she is old she not in a real rush to check people out or can maybe move has fast) I ask the manager if she had anybody else who could help with cashing our ppl, she says no and that shes running the whole floor by her self, and 3 or 4 people just quit, ok thats fine I dont need your life story. Im pretty sure you could get someone to cover while the girl is on break. If you cant handle the job then try something else.

Framing service is great. Wonderful place to shop for supplies. And unlike that other Hobby Lobby place you dont have to listen to the disgusting repulsive poorly performed church music over the PA system

A great place to go and get supplies for diy crafts and small projects around the house... when they take the time to make sure the shelves are stocked. Employees weren’t unfriendly, however weren’t about to go out of their way or really even try at all to see if I needed any help finding anything or how I’m doing. I’ve been on several occasions to get something specific I know they used to sell, but had to leave empty handed because after asking three or four people who had no idea where what i was looking for is or even what it was... So after 10-20 frustrating minutes wandering aimlessly I just left. When they’ve had a chance to restock the shelves though they have a fairly broad selection of some neat little trinkets and things I wouldn’t know where to find anywhere else.

Lots of supplies for crafts. Occasionally wont have what is advertised online or in print, but thats because they ran out, so Im not gonna be mad about it.

This store has more selection than the Brentwood location. They have more variety of products and much more room. I came here for vinyl and they had a really goood selection of brands. This will probably be my go to store.

Never greeted as you are at other michaels stores and the service is TERRIBLY SLOW. I mean sloth slow. Standing in a line of a total of 2 people and just not moving. Yet, it’s taking 2 employees to check out one person. After being next in line for 15 mins with no sight of my turn approaching, in a store with literally 4 shoppers, I put my items back and drove out to the Brentwood location even though I live 4 mins from this location.

Very pricey, though they have coupons and sales. Brittany at Florissant was helpful. Their computer said the product I needed was in the store, but it could not be located. Same problem at the Brentwood store. Went to 3 stores (Florissant, Brentwood, and Sunset Hills) to finally get the 10 stems of royal blue silk delphinium I needed. I also couldnt find the product online by item number or description to order/find them that way. Very frustrating... But Brittany really tried to help, while helping others in a very under staffed store. Kudos to her, the only positive in an overall bad experience.

Was a clean and organized store. Had many items and lots of summer clearance and they had price checker so I was able to see the correct prices.

This location is pretty well stocked for my first visit. They had goodies on clearance for 99c which is a sweet deal. I got canning jars and magnetic jars for purposes of effect be storage solutions in the kitchen for spices. I think they were reasonably priced because I am of the opinion that items of any kind shouldnt be just a ridiculous amount of money. I shop within a very specific price range. I enjoyed this location. Clean, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of their store. Staff was good!

I love this store! I love the discounts on some of the items I got glowing bracelets and a few wooden stamping tools. All from the 99 cents last sale/clearance. I absolutely love them. Got one for my mom too. :)

An amazing store where all ur dreams come true. They have anything u need for painting and home decorations.

This location keeps pretty full stock even though its smaller than other stores. The weekends get pretty busy & often theres even stock on the floor, but the employees are good at their jobs and friendly. When lines are long, two to three registers are open so waits arent crazy. Use those coupons and enjoy the bustle of a popular craft store! Last thing: Usually the website is pretty accurate regarding whats in stock at each location, so if youre needing something specific and dont want to wonder/wander, look it up online first.

Great customer service. I found what I was looking for a craft set knitting for a teenager. A last minute after Christmas present. It was perfect. It was right after Christmas, do some of the shelves were empty but the employees were hard at work changing over from Christmas to the next season. They still have some great deals on Christmas items you can get to tuck away for next year.!!!🎄

There was an incident that happened while my daughter and I were shopping that involved the police and paramedics and a special needs young man. Cody, the cashier, (he may be the manager, if not, he should be), handled the whole situation very well and professionally with lots of kindness towards this young man. I was so pleased to see this. He never raised his voice or said any negative things to him. He remained calm the whole time. And then he went right back to work.
