We took our car there for hail damage. While the insurance company moved slowly, Jeff G. at Caliber kept us in the loop on any progress or lack thereof. We picked up our car under the assumption the insurance company contacted Caliber to let them know how to proceed, only to find out the insurance company had not communicated with them. Jeff and his team hustled to get our car ready upon our arrival and we were out of there in twenty minutes with no advanced notice. All the staff was professional and friendly during both of our visits and I appreciated the consistent communication.

My car looks brand new. Someone hit me from the back - driving and texting on their phone and my car was parked!After Caliber made the repairs. I could not tell where the damage was, even after I examined it several times. Caliber Collision went above and beyond what I expected; the paint job was as smooth as a babys bottom! Beautiful! The entire staff was very courteous, Brian did an excellent job with my car and I highly recommend this shop to everyone 😊 .

They said they were washing the vehicle I picked up and they only washed where they did the repair. Other than that my daughter was happy with the work they did.

I was rearended back in December. I got my car back after 2 months. They repaired the bumper then lost it. Then I get it home and notice there are scratches on the top of my trunk that were not there before so I know they did that. They could have fixed that. And they tore off the steering wheel cover I had on it. It was in the floor on the passenger side. No explanation given for either. Very disappointed. Will not use them again. This has been a very bad experience.

Caliber Collision was responsible for the repairs on my 2019 Nissan Sentra after my neighbor put a dent in my fender & pulled my back bumper off my car. The staff were very friendly & professional. They worked quickly to get my car to the shop by setting up the tow & kept me up to date through calls & texts. The work on my car was estimated to be completed in almost 2 weeks but they finished with 6 days to spare. It doesnt even look like it was damaged. I recently went to Caliber Collision for Autobody repair to fix damage caused by an recent accident. I filed an insurance claim and was told I could pick the shop of my choice to do repairs. I chose Caliber because it was in close proximity to my house and I read good reviews. A drop off appointment was made to leave my car with them for repairs. Shout out to Kevin, he’s the one that worked with me. Once the estimate was done, he was very honest about the time frame of repairs (which was about 2 weeks tops), and the type of repairs that would be made. I had to sign papers to approve repairs before they began their work. After that he offered a rental if I didn’t already have one (which I’d already taken care of) and called me with updates about the car/claim. Until work was completed. Since the file I claimed paid for everything, I can’t speak for the prices. But the work that was done and the professionalism will make a repeat customer. Thanks Caliber Collision Florissant Team!

I had used White Auto Body Shop in the past. When StateFarm suggested them to me I agree to try them. It was the worst mistake I ever made. When I picked up my car the car is pearl and they painted my front and back bumpers white. I told the person they were white he said it was the sun. I had to take my car to The Honda dealership paint department he looked at my car and told me it was white and take my car back. I returned back to the body on twice so the manager could see my car. On one visit I had to wait a hour. Then we scheduled appointment two days before the appointment they changed it. They put the seal over the bumper before the paint was dry. If I remove protection seal the bumper will have to be repainted. The customer service is rule and their work is messy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this shop to anyone they need to close. White Auto Body past customer don’t try them.

The workers burned a significant amount of my gas while my vehicle was with them. The air was turned down to the lowest temperature and the fan was on full blast. When talking to the manager, she in so many words said the works should be able to do that and didnt believe me even when I had pictures of the gas hand when I dropped the vehicle off and when I picked it up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Caliber Collision did a terrific job. We want to thank all their employees who worked on our Impala. Our Impala had hail damage and caliber collision made it look like a brand new car. Also, last year we hit a deer and it really damage our side of our car. Caliber Collision fixed our car and made the car look like it never had happened. We definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs their car repaired. They do a terrific job, and we are completely satisfied with their work!

They do good work but the staff is not customer friendly nor concerned with customer satisfaction. The staff make you not want to come back.

Horrible customer service. The work on the car was not complete and they told me to wait while they help another customer instead of completing services with me. They didnt walk to look at the car to make sure the job was completed. Just gave me the keys and moved on to another customer Incomplete work. I will never go to this location and I dont recommend anyone else to. After my car being broken into and being robbed this place made the experience horrible.

I had the best experience at Caliber Collision in florissant. They were friendly, kept me well informed on exactly where my car was and everything done to it as it was being done. I was updated about every 2 days and even with unforseen issues with my car it was completed 2 days earlier than my initial estimated completion date. Over all the staff was professional, helpful, friendly, and always answered the phone! They even vacuumed it ;)

This was by far the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I was sent here with the promise of it being a quick and efficient service. It was everything BUT that. The service took over FOUR weeks, no one was giving me updates, I had to call to get any information. They quoted me it would be done on a Friday, come Monday (two days before Christmas) and they were telling me they “still didn’t have the parts and it might be done tomorrow” but couldn’t give me any definitive details as to when it would be done. I had said multiple times I needed this car to travel home to Chicago and they didn’t seem to care at all.I spoke with Haley multiple times and she was terrible. I could barely get any information and once I asked to speak with the manager or someone else she magically somehow had a solution/more info. She was rude and incredibly difficult. This is a terrible business that has extremely poor customer service. Thank god someone’s insurance (I was in an accident that was someone else’s fault) was paying for this because I would be livid if my own money went towards this business.The Friday after they allegedly finished the work on my car, they called me saying that they FORGOT to do something and tried to spin it as being my fault for rushing them. What they forgot to do was only going to take 15 minutes... how could i rush that? They asked me to schedule an appointment to come back. So, I took time off of work to go back. When I got there to get the final thing done I waited around 10 minutes only for them to tell me after waiting that they had ordered the WRONG PART!!!! So I had to GO BACK! A week later I returned to get the part added and am so grateful I never have to go back there.I only gave it one star because I don’t think you can give a 0 star rating. This was the WORST experience getting a car fixed and I would absolutely NEVER go back. EVER.

I was so happy with my services at White Auto Boy. My car was there for a week getting the front and back ends replaced. They stayed in contact with me the entire time via phone and text. Vinnie was amazing and took all the time needed to explain things to me, specifically, when they had to order multiple front ends because they ended up not being the right one. I think it says a lot that they payed close attention to return my car to me LIKE NEW and not just repaired with a different front end.I highly recommend White/ABRA if you have State Farm because they have a representative there so you dont have to get multiple quotes.10/10!

Have been these great folks for years. Always a professional job, great parts and service leaving my car looking great. Not sure if this was a change after ABRA acquired them, but I dont like that they have to schedule appointments so far in advanced. I had to wait over a week just to bring my car in to even get the first look at the car to build an initial quote. Used to be able to walk in and even if I had to wait a little bit of time they could take me that day for the inspection.

Nice staff who are kind and helpful. Ron especially is very friendly and has provided me updates regularly and makes sure that my car is taken care of. Overall good experience in dealing with Abra. I would recommend for your car repairs.

Tree limbs fell on my daughters car Saturday morning from the storm, I called to set an appointment to get an estimate. I spoke with Beth. Her only concern was who was paying for the repair. She then informed me no appointments were available until Friday. I told her we need the estimate and want the car in the shop by Friday, her response of indifference spoke magnitudes of the customer service the company gives. We brought my daughters car here before and the only concern was who is paying for the repairs?. Beth was rude the entire ordeal when we came to White Auto Body, I had hoped things had improved but apparently not. It is sad to have someone on the frontline with such a nasty attitude. The work done is great but the frontline needs training on compassion, diversity and common courtesy. People call because a disaster of some kind has happened. No one wants to have to deal with someone with a nasty attitude in addition to the situation they are already in.

I drove out there to find appointments are necessary, so I went back to my car and called to make an appointment hoping to get in that day. On my first call, George hung up on me. The second call, I got Beth who only wanted to know who was paying for the repairs and then put me on hold. She took too long so the system rung her again and she picked up and ignored me, while laughing in the background. Finally I yelled hello loud enough for her to acknowledge me and she told me it would be another moment, while she cackled in the background. When she finally came back to acknowledging me, she asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I asked how much does an estimate cost and she replied, with an annoyed tone voice, it is free, but the next available appointment wasnt until August 6th. Wow! Such great service!

Upon hitting a coyote while driving at highway speeds, my vehicle incurred substantial surface and some undiagnosed mechanical damage. The body work was top notch. The customer service was poor, with the lack of communication about increased work above what was included in the estimate and culminatiing with a call to pick up the vehicle with two hours notice “or we may have to pay for additional rental cars fees”. The worst, however, was the undiagnosed nor repaired clunking noise the vehicle incurs since hitting the animal. When placing the vehicle into gear, there is now an increasing clunking noise and vibration from the engine area. When returning the vehicle for further diagnoses, pictures of the engine mounts were taken and no one bothered to investigate by turning the car on to listen whether or not it was the engine mounts or something else. Therefore, insurance is denying further work and the car remains partially repaired.

If I could not rate with a star it would be 0 stars

Everything looks good and the clean up afterward was excellent. The people are nice, friendly and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I would highly recommend Abra of Florissant.

Ive used White Auto Body 3 times in the past 2 years (been really unlucky with auto accidents), and I am extremely pleased with their work. They get you in as quickly as possible (although they are quite busy), usually within 3 days from the date of your estimate. My repairs were all completed quickly, thoroughly, and with quality parts and attention to detail.Not only do they complete everything with very high-quality work, they go the extra mile to make sure youre happy with the job. They guarantee their work and stand behind it.Their company is family-owned, and the employees really do seem to care both about their customers and each other. I cant say enough good things about this shop. Give them a try.

Completely incompetent and unprofessional, our car was in an accident and it took 3 months to get it back, then they accidentally had someone elses 500 dollar payment on the account then discovered it when my wife finally got done having her vehicle held hostage.

The Florissant location is the best it is usually so busy that I have to send it to the Chesterfield location. BUT they suck and their work is poorly done. The Florissant location has an awesome manager and she is really on top of everything.

The front desk attendant was extremely rude bordering on cruel. Was exceptionally rude to my injured friend after a car accident and would not let them into their car to get Christmas presents and work paperwork out of her vehicle. Asked to see the manager, he never showed or called. Basically, held her stuff hostage for no reason and was unnecessarily awful. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here and if you have misfortune to get into an accident DO NOT let the tow truck take it there.

George hooked me up he did a good job and then he made sure I was satisfied, I even came back and he fix something that wasnt his fault but hes saw he could fix it he put forth the best effort to satisfy me his customer kudos to White Auto Body

It took them three trys to get my car right last year after a hit and run accident. I just went by to get a new estimate on a damaged mirror and they couldnt even look at it for a few days because they are so busy. Sounds to me like they are making to much money.

My windshield was cracked upon the completion of my vehicle. Had my husband not thoroughly inspected our vehicle, no one at White Auto would have brought it to our attention. They agreed to replace it, after I contacted them a week later, no one had called me though they agreed before we left. The day I allotted time to get it fixed the installer crack the new windshield. I called spoke with Kenny and general manager Rick who was rude, uncaring and unprofessional. He asked what was mine and my husbands professions, Im still trying to figure out why what we do for a living has anything to do with the fault of White Auto. I have reported them to my insurance and will never use them nor recommend them to anyone. Rick made me feel like I was a criminal of some sort, but hes one Ill be praying for, that his implicit biases against blacks are lifted. Not only was this a bad experience it was also a lesson of others ignorance.
