Quick friendly service and I went in well before my scheduled appointment and they accommodated me right away. I was getting a Free estimate and they really took the time to take pictures and be accurate. They also beat my other estimate too!

Most expensive estimate Ive ever received

I have been taking my car to Premier Auto for about 3 years. Mike is awesome!!!! Hes very professional, and I totally trust his judgment. Being a woman, past experiences caused me to be apprehensive about whether auto shops were being honest and genuine with me. However, after coming to Premier, I will never take my car to anyone else. They perform top quality work with honesty, integrity and excellence in service. I fully recommend Premier Auto Repair for service on any vehicle.

Had my vehicle repaired at the shop and they did a fantastic job I cant even tell that it was even in a wreck. The manager Mike made sure my car was back to me as promised and on schedule. I will definitely refer this shop to my family and friends.

If you buy from GMT up Lindbergh and they point you here for repairs, dont do it. Theyll tell them straight up not to fix stuff. My car has been in and out cause after each time they repaired the SAME issue, it would break down and have to be towed the very next day. Theyve now had my car for almost two months, and just started touching it a few days ago. They waited so long to even start repairs, so unprofessional. Dont go here, save your time, money, and sanity.

I am rating this company a 2 only because this is the first negative experience I have had with them-but it is a big one!. This company is in the same family as GMT and Premier Auto. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Premier and always had work done by them. My issue is with Premier Auto Body. I recently had work done to my vehicle. I thought everything was fixed. I was wrong. I kept having issues and kept getting the run-around. Ended up having to travel out-of-state and the engine light came on. Come to find out the vehicle was not repaired in its entirety. I ould have ended up with an over-heated engine. Premier had left wires unplugged and sensors not re-covered. Repairs had to be made out of state which left me WITHOUT A CAR for 2 days and racked up almost 700 dollars of repair costs to repair what was paid for but never completed in the first place. My insurance company is also pursuing a recoupment of funds due to this mess. Premier Auto Body, Premier, and GMT have now lost my business forever. Being stranded out of state and having work paid for that was never even completed correctly/at all - has solidified my decision.

Ive had several work done to my car, but I remember having one guy who worked the front desk help me out for free of charge for some custom job I did to my car. These guys do a good job.

This is by far the WORST body shop ever!!! They have had my vehicle since July of 2018 and ITS STILL NOT COMPLETE! They have been giving me the run around for the past 9 months! My insurance company is looking to pursue a lawsuit against them and so am I. DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP !! It is not worth it !! I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy

They dont have quality service on what repairs there they never fix something like they should and then they try fix and stuff they shouldnt and try charging you for or keep your vehicle I would never recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here theres something very fishy going on with them here and they need to be reported to the attorney general
