I had purchased a book a few weeks ago. I havent had time to read it. When I opened the book some of the pages fell out. I called them and they told me to bring it back and they would replaced no questions ask. The lady the help me was so pleasant.

What else can you say about a B&N. They are all pretty much the same. This one lacks service and help when you need it though.
