Meh. Everyone states that you should shop locally. Ive requested quotes three times and have yet to receive it. I did ask about carpet prices and asked what is high, medium and low priced carpet, questions about the differences and prices and examples of each. I got the feeling that I was supposed to just know what I wanted.Overall a disappointing experience. Cant recommend.
Todd is absolutely great. He was very helpful especially with making a decision about our flooring and carpet.
The best product and service around. No way would I buy carpet from anyone else. Mike Rose was very professional, informative, and thorough during his visit to bid our project. He gave me options I didnt know I had -- saving me BOTH time and money! The scheduling was a breeze, the install job itself was perfection, and the crew that did the work was outstanding. Very courteous, professional, efficient, and overall pleasant to work with. You can completely trust them in your home and with any project, large or small. The office staff was also excellent. I cant recommend Classic Carpet enough.
Always able to talk to the lady shes nice the guy looked at me strange however S4S the welcoming goes
I would like to thank all the people who were involved in getting a new kitchen floor installed in my kitchen. I looks great. Thanks to all.
Classic Carpets installed beautiful hardwood throughout my Ellisville home 10 yrs ago. The floors still look gorgeous until I dropped a good amount of super glue right in the middle of the kitchen floor. I contacted Mike Rose and for a very reasonable amount he sent a crew to fix it...the floors are back to awesome!
Bought some carpet here a couple years ago. Everyone was professional and friendly except the male office staff member who constantly interrupted the female staff member trying to help us. In the end he took over the sale and I should have just walked out on him. For this reason, alone, Ill never return.Price was competitive, installation was great. However, after two years the carpet lost its anti-static properties and we get shocked after walking on it and touching metal objects - even door knobs! So, overall, not a terrible experience, but sure not a great one.
We did a full main floor and upstairs removal of carpet and installation of Coretek flooring. Our Kitchen/Bath remodeling company Midtown Home Improvements pointed us toward Classic Carpet and what a great recommendation that was. Our first contact was with Diane, who walked us thru the flooring available and the good/bad points of each. She then came out and measured and worked up the quote for installation. Once the time came for installation, Mike and his crew arrived on scene, and received the flooring, placed the Dumpster, and began evaluating how the floor should be laid. The first day was mainly removing carpet and baseboards, but Mike was able to convey his plans for the following days work to allow us time to prepare the area that he planned to work with. Mikes crew was able to help with the stuff that was too heavy for my wife and I, but we happily worked with them to have as much of the area ready for them to do the install. And install they did . . . main floor, upstairs . . . when you have things ready for them, they can fly thru the install. Lets talk QUALITY . . . they are so meticulous with their install, you cannot tell that it is not original construction. When I finally do the basement, I know who I am going to call to do the flooring, without a doubt. Total AWESOME experience with Classic Carpet & Flooring, and I recommend them for your flooring as well.
Classic Carpet is the best I have ever done business with. As the owner, Mike works hard to help you find the best carpet solution for your budget. I our case, we fell in love with a very expensive Masland carpet pattern. I initially saw it at Henges, who my builder required me to work with, but his price on this carpet was outrageous - in fact his hardwood was cheaper than this carpet price. I then saw this same Masland pattern at another store whos price was also high, so I ended up only buying cork flooring from him. I remembered being very satisfied last time I bought from Classic Carpet, so we visited them. Mike had noted my carpet choice was high-end but he was the only one who offered a solution that fit my budget. He had a similar pattern from Shaw carpet, at a lower price. The carpet pattern was nearly identical and we are VERY satisfied. Due to the pattern and floor layout, the installation was tricky, but Classic Carpet did an excellent job and installed everything seamlessly. I highly recommend them.
Really good group of people!
Friendly staff
