This salon hasnt given a good haircut since Kelly left. When I say I want it shoulder length, I obviously mean when its DRY, not when its soaking wet! You saw me when I came in, you know it wont dry straight! Now I look terrible, and when I said I wasnt happy, she tried to convince me it was what I had asked for because it would be (barely) shoulder length if it was flat ironed. Guess Ill get what I actually asked for in about a month when its grown out. Cool. Thats definitely what I had in mind.
This store is wonderful a bit pricey but is very worthwhile the staff is very knowledgeable and Maisa the salon beautician, beautifully did my silk press and I got a lot of compliments from my friends,family, and co-workers 😊❤
The have literally every beauty product you could ever need or even dont need here. The store is always clean and well organized. Only bad thing is the time you lose once your inside. Its hard to not look at everything and you always leave with more than you came for but they have a great rewards program so its money well spent.

I had the worst possible experience ever dealing with Ulta. The customer service was very poor. Yesterday I bought a expensive concealer that came with a free gift. Tried it on and it didn’t work. I returned it only to be told for the first time that I had to return the whole free gift it came with three items. I went home and found majority of everything except for this mini sponge. Thinking since I had the receipt and everything else that they would work with me never happened. They told me that this is their policy and without everything I couldn’t return only exchange for a different color. What is very upsetting to me coming from someone whose worked retail for two years is that they kept repeating the same thing to me instead trying to come up with a solution because at that point I just wanted to return it and get my money back. Now I would understand if I was told this about their return policy while purchasing the concealer, or even if it was notated on the receipt then it wouldn’t be a big deal to me but that was never the case. I even would have been ok with a gift card with the full amount I paid. So FYI if you purchase something and thinking you may end up returning the item ask about their return policy when it comes to specific stuff because I would hate for you to end up like me today upset and feeling like nothing was ever resolved and given little to nothing returned back on my card.

I came in for the first time today and was assisted by a beautiful young woman whos name Im not sure how to spell, but pronounced (Ja-Hawn)...she helped me find exactly what I needed and also respected my space to shop on my own. Wonderful experience and will be shopping here for all of my skincare products in the future!
Always very friendly, line was little long and cashiers take a while with each customers, but always have good sales.
Ask a rep to help find a product rep stated they were out after leading me to the aisle the items were in, after searching myself I found the product I was looking for hidden behind another product. Also while checking out took them about 5 minutes to verify if my money was real. Other Sales reps look aggravated and were standing at the door guarding like security. Don’t know if I would return to that location…

Went in today to get quite a few things...right off the bat one the associates behind the counter was hardcore staring at my sister for a good solid 5 minutes...then she couldn’t/wouldn’t help me with a particular perfume I was interested in...told me they couldn’t have a tester because they only had one bottle, only received one bottle, and didn’t want to lose the sale. When I mentioned with out being able to test the perfume they were going to lose the sale anyway, she then went in to say that they all ready sold a bunch and that was their last bottle...so which is it...So after I got frustrated with that, I asked her to show me a particular pallet. She took me there and walked away-5 feet away-to another associate and began to talk about me and the people I was with...when I was talking to the person I was with about it, the associate then jumped in and started arguing with my friend about it...When talking to the manager, she said I’m sorry you felt that way...I didn’t feel that way, that’s what happened. Nobody today cared about helping us...nobody cared that we walked out without our purchase. What’s the point? We are just two people, our lack of business isn’t going to hurt the store...but here are two people who will never step foot in that ulta again
I went in for the bare minerals foundation that was on sale. Picked up a few other things the store was not very busy as it was close to closing time on a Sunday. And the employees were very friendly.
The sales rep were extremely rude to my daughter. She came in to get a Christmas present for me as a surprise and when she asked for assistance the ladies were very rude. My daughter was well aware that she couldnt open a package due to covid. She wasnt in the store just for the hell of it! Walked out feeling bad and with nothing.

Great experience, I walked in to pick up the stuff I ordered online and ended up walking around the store getting by the time I checked out I owed half of what I came in owing and got 4 more items!! I signed up for their credit card so I got 20% off of there, another $5 off for spending a little more so the more I bought the more I saved! Walked out with $100 worth of stuff and spent less then $11!! (I would post pics but its my kids Christmas presents lol)

The salon isn’t how it used to be. Used to love and trust getting my hair done there. Past couple of years I always left the salon with heavily damaged hair.
Awesome team and awesome sweet manager. She very attentive and always speaks. Always helpful and intune. I think she needs more help even though she can handle it. I also thinks she needs security in the store. I purchased some lip gloss and setting spray.
Safe place to shop.....sanitizer everywhere! They even sanitize the checkout area after each guest!
The staff was rude and stand offish when I asked a simple question. I always brag about Ultas customer service over Sephoras but not at the Lindbergh location. They just arent up to par with what it takes to satisfy customers and keep them happy and wanting to come back. Id go to Sephora and spend triple the price on a product before I go back to that Ulta location.

I politely put my products down and walked out the store. It’s a Saturday I get you all are busy but don’t flock to certain patrons and disregard others.

The girl Abby who helped me was very nice. However, I went there for some grapefruit body spray when I got home and used it I noticed it doesnt last very long. I put it on and 10 minutes later I dont smell it anymore. And a lot of the stuff is kind of on the expensive side.

Skip this Ulta.. it’s worth it to make the drive to the Brentwood location. I’ve been to this location many times and the workers aren’t kind at all. It definitely shows they don’t care about their customers. Recently I was up front asking a question about an advertised gift I never received with a previous purchase, however they didn’t have it and was handed a random sample. Right afterwards I was told “that’s it, you can go.” Definitely not the right way to treat a customer..
Do NOT get your hair done here. Was there for 7 hours, yes 7 hours. Not only was that a long time, my hairdresser left in the middle of it, left someone else to cut my hair and not only did she cut my hair she gave me a bob cut, when the picture showed the hair to be cut a little below the shoulder. Manager tried to fix it, had to go to Fantastic Sams to get the cut to even look right. My hair is breaking off, and falling out from the dye job, from whatever hair I had left after the hair cut.

Go somewhere else to get your hair services. Had nothing but bad experiences here. Had an appointment, no stylists there. Had to make another appointment,on the same day. Wound up being late for a clients award ceremony. Requested a rinse, found out I received a permanent color. Stylist asked me if I brought the color with me! Dont bother complaining. Customer service finally did something after I called 8 times. Ill go anywhere else.
This location is not what it used to be. It was much better when lucas was here. They dont seem pleased to help or help at the register. Almost as if they dont want your business.
I thought they were very friendly. The guy always made sure i was finding what i needed. We even had a great conversation together. Then he checked me out and talked some more! I honestly loved it!

Terrible service. I went there yesterday to look for some lipgloss and I see it wasn’t any in the case so I asked one of the employees was their anymore in the back. She went to go look for it in back. So I waited for her to come back and she never did. The manager came and asked me is everything okay and said yes I’m just waiting for one of your employees to come back with a certain lipgloss and manager said “Oh we’re out of it, I was just back there with her.”So.... WHEN WAS SOMEBODY GOING TO INFORM ME THAT THEIR WASN’T ANYMORE?? Because I been standing there waiting and nobody told me anything.They either need to be trained better or fired because their services is very poor.

Everything I purchased was very easy to find on my own. Used coupon and points from my Ulta card and got $17.00 off purchase.
The host true the customer service was very race’s to me she was rude to me followed me around the store I didn’t not feel welcome at the store not at all and when I was getting ready to check out acted like I was dirty and did not want me to be at the counter when I was getting ready to pay so the best thing for me to do was just leave since i seemed like a big problem to her

I love Ulta Beauty because sometimes I dont want to spend an arm and a leg at Sephora. I swear by NYX, I just hate they cancelled my favorite butter gloss, cinamon brioche. This store is cool, workers are very helpful. Only problem I have is that they are always out of my concealer.

Well, what can I say about this costly store. They try to talk you into things you don’t want. You buy a product and suppose to get another free or 1/2 off. Well the item is subject to change by the time you get to the counter.
My friends mom gets her hair done here and the employees were really nice while my friends and sat in the salon with her mom.
Most of the time Im in they are on their game making sure I have what I need or at least have the help I need to find everything I came for.

If you like being treated like garbage, and being talked down to, then look no further than the Ulta in florissant! Both times myself and my wife have been there, we have been treated like garbage, not even offered help and when we did ask for help we got a scoff and were walked away from. Heaven forbid you want to use your rewards points, you must be satan to make them want to work! Will not be coming here again and have personally filed a complaint with the district manager.
Upon entering the store the associates jeered and proceeded to go in a corner to make snide remarks as I was without makeup and dressed down. I received no help from anyone and they went out of their way to make themselves unavailable to assist as I took my time to walk the whole perimeter of the store. Was not sure if it was because of this or perhaps I was the wrong color but they make it very clear that I was not welcome there. And when I left I noticed there was no one at the register in case I wanted to purchase something. Dont worry because hell will freeze over before I spend a dime at ulta I went elsewhere and made my purchases where I was valued as a customer and a human being. Their snobbish attitudes they can keep...without my money

Its no Sephora, but I love this place anyway. They dont carry my high-end makeup must haves like ysl babydoll mascara or viktor rolf fragrances, BUT they do have my Prada Candy and a wonderful nyx aisle. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful.

Talent management is quintessential. It is not enough to greet customers with a smile. An employee should have or at least attempt to obtain knowledge of the products that are sold at this ULTA. I encountered a person with a kind demeanor, but lacking in the area of knowledge, and this hindered the employees ability to process information, accurately- creating unnecessary confusion and dissatisfaction. I had to endure apathetic tones and dismissive attitudes from other staff members- who this employee sought information from. Needless, to say I walked away displeased and this store will miss out on future sales. For you see- I may not have appeared to be a person that is highly invested in cosmetics on this particular day, it was a Saturday- I was very casual, and without makeup. I deliberately came to ULTA without makeup, because I was looking for new foundation and other skin care products. Consequently, the assumption that appeared to be the supporting driver to deliver poor and apathetic service is unfortunate for this location. I spend a lot of money on self-care products and I have friends and family members that do same- whom I will be advising not to attend this location. ULTA employees are the frontline implementers of ULTAS strategies, when the employees turn off the consumer they are only creating opportunities for their competition like Sephora... Poor customer service has a negative impact on the bottom line.
