I’m sitting in my car of the parking lot in awe. George was the Salesman who made my entire day. He was so positive and very helpful on my anniversary. He went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I would recommend a friend or family member based on his service alone. In my eyes George is the face of this location.

I truly had a very pleasant visit the Salesman George was so nice and polite, I truly was impressed with the customer service! The location is clean, friendly,and a great shopping experience!! And for any after purchase services they are beyond helpful too!!

Customer service was absolutely horrible at the Lindbergh and Halls Ferry location! No greeting! Attitude! Rude! Disgusting! I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION! No, it wasn’t busy at all either! DO BETTER! Go visit Darryl at the Galleria instead!

My Mother, Fiancé and I were very excited to visit Kay Jewelers to pick out an engagement ring for me. When we arrived there was a sign on the door that stated “will be back at 12:30” at the time we arrived, it was 12:15. We stood outside of the door to observe the sign and noticed someone in the store, we thought that they might be on lunch so we did not disturb him. We decided to wait the 15 minutes in our Vehicle. Before we even got in the car we observed the employee remove the sign from the door and add another sign stating “will be back at 1:30”. Obviously, we did not stay an additional hour, so we decided to go to Jared instead! And boy did we get a great deal! Thank you so much Cindy from Jared for taking such great care of us!

The experience was rocky at first. I went in to get my watch resized and less than 5 mintues after getting home it broke. I went back to get it fixed and they asked to keep it for a day so their watch guy could take a look at it. The watch guy did a great job. If you need your watch fixed, I would recommend them, but be sure to ask for the watch guy.Prices and customer service are reasonable.

I enjoyed my experience the salesman was not pushy at all and very patient. Even though I requested to see a ring online made an appointment to try it on at this store they didnt have the ring when I got there; I still had a good time looking. I was undecided whether I wanted to get something still, he told me not to buy on impulse and I appreciate that.

I would only go here just to buy Jewerly I would not go here for wedding rings they sent me the wrong size twice, the 2nd time I returned the ring they took it and I never heard anything back from them within a month, SMH terrible customer service. Your better off going to Lees Pawn and Jewelry.

Terrible customer service. Went into store for certificate of insurance for 2 pieces (this is after terrible customer service at another location) they were unable to find the info as 10yrs old..ok, no biggie. Until it’s 2 weeks later, SEVERAL calls placed by me and was told so and so working on it, call tomorrow, tomorrow was told to call someone else, did so and had to leave a message, which was never returned. And the whole time it was like there as some secret or I did something wrong. I don’t care if two pieces in question are 10 yrs ago purchased. Chances are those two pieces were being traded in in favor of something new. NOT ANYMORE! I’ll pay the extra to go to an actual jeweler and have the stones pulled out. Between those two pieces and what I was wearing there is well over 8k$ worth of jewelry bought from Kay. I can assure you that I will not be spending any money in any Kay store ever again.
