The seafood department is excellent the manager does alot of lot of fish cooking, whether its baked or fried and he always seem to know how to season and cook it.

Cashiers are friendly n polite. Store clean n well stocked.

The store was nice & clean. I was surprised to see a robot going down aisles to take inventory. The robots name is Talley, the inventory robot.

Poor variety, limited brands..meat quality is the lowest...bought hamburger meat red appearance took home brown in middle-returned next day! St Charlse Rock road location is great, tons of selections and well stocked! Fresh meat!!

Was looking for flowers for my G-ma. Found it within 5 minutes of entering. That deserves 5 stars in my book.

My first trip was awesome! Friendly staff, clean store. Then I went back 3 days later, had the laziest checker. I bagged all of my groceries and she stood there and watched, one of my items fell out of the bag and broke, I handed it to her and asked if she could get someone to replace it, she just looked at me. I continued to bag my groceries and paid my husband asked about the broken item, again she stood there so I replied that I wasnt going to get it because I had just bagged everything sooo she rolled her eyes and walked away slowly to get a replacement. Maybe if she had bagged it that wouldnt have happened. No conversation, no personality. Guess I need to find another location. Such a shame!

Always decently stocked when my family goes. I always feel like Schnucks is a little expensive, but I do love the fact that they have a rewards program. Overall, this Schnucks is our family go-to for shopping.

This is one of my favorite locations they have everything that I like that some of locations dont carry. I pass up alot of other locations to Grandview Schnucks!

Found some great bargains! Most of my items were only $0.19 each WOW! I use my $2 in store Rewards and only spent $0.94 with tax :) (one item was charged $1 instead of $0.19, but they took care of that at the service desk)Interesting BBQ sauce on the end cap.Pharmacy always seems to take forever for my sons prescription but the people are very nice.

Its clean..I can usually get whatever I want/need & run out. The lines arent too bad & if they are long...they are moving. The prices...well it Schnucks. I dont buy meat from here because its too pricey.

I shop here sometimes. I mostly go to get my medicine and my distilled water.

I cant help but wonder if this type of poor meat quality would be available to other Schnucks customers, in lets say better neighborhoods? Well, this is typical for those in Florissant/Grandview Plaza location.

Good selection of brands with the house brands usually being a good substitute. I always get a friendly greeting at the checkout.

Ive had to many returns for out dated items I see their remodeling they need to board it up this location sucks dierberg here I come

We were in line and everything was going fine untill there was a problem on check out ten. There ended up being 5 or 6 employees helping the person on that check out. It left one employee checking people out as the line got longer and longer. People were becoming irate. I know you can do better. It was awful. My checker was upset by it. Didnt total out something and I was unable to use my digital coupons or my reward points although he said he manually put in my phone number. I do like your sanitation. It was my first time there since March. We use instacart mostly and have used schnucks often.

Im very disappointed in the customer service I received from both the woman running the self check out and her manager. My husband had a reward coupon on his phone that he was trying to use but it wasnt working when he scanned it and the woman just not even paying attention told him his discount would show on his receipt. She didnt even attempt to look at the reward. Of course the discount didnt come off and when we asked her about it she made it out to be completely our fault because we said coupon and not reward. I didnt honestly realize there was a difference and she said we would have to go to customer service to get it fixed. I asked for her name because I wanted to explain to them exactly what happen and she said my direct regional manager is right here who was completely dismissive, didnt care at all what had happened or why, just sent me to customer service. No apology, no responsibility. Had the original woman working the area just stopped for a second and payed attention none of this would of happened. Im not an angry person and Im not angry over this, Im just really disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability. I will not be returning to this location.

This location is one of my favorite Schnucks stores to shop at. The managers, checkers, and other staff members have always been very kind, helpful, and courteous. I like the fact that your store is always well stocked. I love the new Rewards programs that you offer customers that patronize your store as much as I do. Bad enough that most of their prices are $1-2 more than Walmart (even with customer card) but this is the first store Ive been to in the country that doesnt allow you to skip bagging at self checkout. When asked about assistance with 8bag skipping the attendant kindly replied it looks like you have more than 20 items anyway. I gave up to stand in line an additional 8 minutes... and counting

I havent been in this Schnucks store for a while. Today I was able to find everything that I needed in a timely manner. Also, I called ahead to have some fish fried & it was ready as promised. There were plenty of checkout lanes open so I was able to get in & out.

Someone always there to assist me when I bring my handicap brother in making sure the electric chairs are charged up.

I understand these are trying times and that the store is not to blame, however, the question ask how my experience was. The shelves were empty of the unusual suspects and there were signs posted stating the items were limited. Im guess my irritation stems from the fact that I received an email around 6AM showing they had pork steaks on sale. I arrived at the store around 4:30PM to find no pork steaks and barely any other pork cuts. I guess Im just in my fefes.

The only reason youre getting two stars is because of your employees who are amazing and working like slaves! You have the volume of customers coming through your store to have every lane open, instead you choose to have three force everyone through self checkout and have that one employee so overworked that self-checkout takes a half an hour to get through the line. I have lived in Ferguson for many many years and your store is operating at its absolute worst! I have spoken with your employees and they have confided in me. This tangent will continue through all of social media and every review possible until you hire help for these kind hard-working employees!

Horrible. Never stocked with Alot of items. Long lines. Not enough employees. Customer service closes randomly? And no security guard outside at night. Parking lot is dark and Alot of crime in that Shopping Centre. Prices have gone thru the roof. I thk Im done now.

This location is small but meets basic needs. Takes forever to checkout unless you use the self checkout. I use when Im only getting a few items, otherwise I go to a larger store.
