The owner Jordan is one of the coolest and down to earth people Ive met in a long time. Him and his team are just as cool. Thank you for getting me in and out for my inspection. Jordan and his crew did a stage IV for my 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special. From the instant I stepped in the shop and met Jordan I felt like I was talking to a professional. Everyone that I met or talked to could not have been more friendly. The rebuild I did was a good bit of money and I would never trust my Harley to just anybody. I would only want the best to work on her. Jordan kept me updated the entire time and came in right at my quote even with some minor changes. The rebuild was done before I expected. When I hopped and and fired her up, wow, just wow. Its like a whole new bike. I absolutely could not be any happier with my bike, my service and how I was treated. Made an appointment on FB to have the rear tire on my CBR600 changed out. Brought the bike in and waited while they did the work. Took a little over an hour. Mounted, balanced and aligned the tire/wheel and adjusted the chain properly. No damage to the rim. Going back to have the front changed soon. These guys were friendly and did a thorough job. I see no reason to patronize the mega shops when I can conveniently get it done here without issue.

Wow! Great customer service. Prices on fluid change was more than fair. I bought pegs for highway bar that were half what the Harley dealer wanted. One of the mechanics notice play in my handle bars, the result was the bushings were replaced. I was shown the wear and tear on the bushings. What a difference! Good catch guys! Custom City will get all my maintenance work from here on out including any type of upgrade work.

They told me they did trouble shooting for 2 hours and I needed a new ECU $1600 parts and labor. I took it somewhere else and the ECU is fine it just had broken wires to fuel injectors and it is running great now. How do I get back the $160 you took from me? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MOTORCYCLE

My chain popped off my motorcycle. I had it towed to a local shop. They checked it out, showed me what was wrong, all was good. They said theyd have no problem showing me a parts list if I wanted to search for the parts cheaper.When they called to tell me they had located the parts, I said not to worry about the parts list. Just get the parts ordered and get the bike back on the road. They said OK. This was a Saturday.Well, I was working with a title lien company to cover repair costs. I directed them to the shop. This was mid-week the following week. The shop told them that they needed approval from me first to order the parts.I gave that approval, specifically and blatantly, at least 2 business days prior.So then the shop said, again, that they would get the parts ordered.I heard nothing from the shop for a few days so I called to check. They said they had gotten the last part in and would get to work on it the next day.So, two days later I remembered the bike was in a storm while waiting to be towed, so I called the shop to let them know about that.Keep in mind, it had been two days. They said that particular issue would be no problem... then said that theyd just gotten all of the parts in and would start work on it the next day... the same thing they said two days prior.So, I waited a couple of days and called to check on things. I was then told NOT to call back, that they would call me when its done.I was specifically told not to call back. While they have my motorcycle in possession. And while they possessed a lackluster track record of keeping their word.Now its been roughly 3 weeks and I still dont have it back.UPDATE:Well, I just picked it up. Paid approx $100 more than the estimated cost. I was not told by the shop what the total was before. Then I had to sign a paper saying that the bike is not safe to ride. They wouldnt let me take the bike until I did that. It has passed inspection by another local shop not more than one month ago. Tags on it for two years as a result.The mechanic that worked on the bike said that hes a state inspector, but this particular shop isnt yet allowed by the state to do inspections, though they will be next year.This was a huge fiasco.

Do not recommend going to custome city cycles took my 07 cr450 there and they told me the motor was a complete loss but they could get me all fixed up for $3500 . Long story short I got my bike back $250 later after they just took my fairings off (they sad for $60 they would put them back on) and it ended up being the kick start mechanism .
