The guys of Advanced Moving Systems; Arthur, Gerard and Darrion went above and beyond to make my move the best it could be. They arrived at the agreed upon time and exceeded my expectations. Were courteous, professional and very friendly. They accommodated me in all my wishes and packed and wrapped all my things with precision and attention to detail. It could not have been a better experience.Arthur even drove back to my residence the next morning before we had to get on a flight out of the country, to return some important items I had left in a dresser they took with them at my request. I cant thank him and the other guys enough and highly recommend this crew for any moving or packing needs.I have to apologize for posting this review late. We are on vacation but I needed to write this because I told them I was so impressed with them and want to make sure they know!

Advanced moving systems truck hit my parked vehicle, then refused to fix it! Dont trust people who dont do the right thing! Police report # 21-0094C!Hire them if u want. I did not hire this service! But this statement is not false! Their truck hit my parked car! They are refusing to fix it! Beware!

They stole my Apple AirPods and MagSafe Charger ($200 worth of stuff). I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.

This was one of the worst moving experiences of all so far of last 6 moves I have gone through. To start off, it took 10 hours for local move of 30 min away from source to destination. And mind you, this was not packers and movers, it was just move. Everything was packed which they will try to just tape again for no reason other than wasting time.The timing obviously starts from when they reach your place. It took them almost 30 min just to park the truck in front. The amount of time they took end to end for local move of 30 min was same as that of when we moved from Chicago to St. Louis including 4.5 hours of travel time with almost exact same stuffs to move. It was a two bed move of two people from St. Louis to St. Peters. With two floors taking a bit of time to load is still understandable but 3 hours to unload the truck on first floor to just drop off boxes is absolutely not acceptable time frame even for 3 bed let alone for 2 bed of two people and a dog family.If you are looking for professional move experience, please avoid this company. We wanted to help local business but ended up putting hole into our pockets.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We had a very big move and they worked tirelessly or 16 hours to get it done. They were meticulous and took great care of my furniture and made sure that there was no issues whatsoever. They worked so hard and were so friendly....I could not have asked for better people. Thank you to Arthur, Carl, Shelton and Joe for doing such an terrific job. If anyone is looking for movers these are your guys! They are the best!

Advanced Moving systems came to load my 4 bedroom house and all I can say is they are top notch processionals. The crew was very friendly, worked quickly, wrapped everything with care, and made my move load as easy as it possibly could be. There were absolutely no dinged walls, furniture, or any mishaps. They loaded several large heavy items with ease and packed my carrier truck wasting no space. They were worth every dime spent and there is no other way to move.

The moving job was great quality. Everything was put where I needed it, with no damage to walls/floors, and the items were not damaged during unloading. They helped assemble the furniture too, which was much appreciated. The only shame is that they have a 3-hour minimum, and if youre moving into or out of a one-bedroom or studio apartment, theyll easily knock it out in 2 hours, tops.As far as the movers go, though, this is a great moving service. Workers arrived on time, were friendly and professional.

I used these guys to help me move. We were scheduled but I missed the confirmation call. I called them the next day and they were still able to get me moved the same day I called. They did not ride the clock like other companies Ive used before. None of my things were broken or a wall touched.. extremely happy with them. Very reasonably priced too.

I recently hired this moving company to relocate me from my 3 bedroom apartment located in OFallon IL to a 3 bedroom townhouse in Maryland Heights MO -- the movers arrived on time and ready to work -- they were quick, courteous, and extremely professional -- they were extremely helpful; in setting up my beds and other furnishings at my new location as well. Relocating can be extremely stressful, but this team of movers made my it EXTREMELY easy for me. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to my family and friends.

They are so unprofessional and very rude. They dont communicate well with their staff. I hired them to move my four bedroom home into another four bedroom home. I was told I would be charge 90$ per hour plus one time service fee of 90$ to cover insurance and truck fees. It took them 3 hours with two men to load everything into the truck. Once they get to the new place, they decided that I should pay 810$ before they could unload my furniture. Stating that I have just too much stuff. Needless to say, I had discuss with the manager what was needed to be moved prior. While speaking to the manager on the phone, the truck drivers decided to drive away with my furniture. After 45 mins, the manager decided that I should pay for a total of 5 hours. 3 hours to load and 2 to unload where we came to an agreement of 580$ ( with the service fee). I even had to call the cops to make sure they follow through. They state that theyre a moving company.. but instead are scammers. I would think twice before doing service with them. stay away!
