2 star rating. I bumped it up one star because the fellow is helpful and willing to share information for the DIY guys. However 29.99 for a thermostat and 29.99 for a thermal fuse is ridiculous considering both are less than 5 dollars each with next day delivery on Amazon.

What a store . I called, the man told me they could check part to see if it was bad, they couldnt. I went to buy the part . They dont take cash, only credit I explained I dont do credit . I had a debit card, but I refused to use it . I had cash in my pocket. This practice of doing business is not American . Im not even sure its legal, to refuse legal tender ? I just ordered the part from Oliver Dyers where they said they were glad to take cash. Reliance is doing bad business . I give one star only because you cant give zero stares.

The only reason its not 5 stars is because there is a No Refund Policy on all parts. The igniter I just bought for my oven worked great I hope it lasts! Would like the peace of mind that I could return it if it didnt.

Tried to ask questions about parts for my washer. He’s not a very nice person to deal with.

Had called around for a kenmore water level switch knowing there wasnt that many, and all I got from the local businesses was whats the serial number or model number, sorry cant help you. I called D & O and all he asked was what colour was the shaft and after my answer he said he had one. They will definitely have my future service.
