Clerk was friendly and helpful...I was surprised on a few items at the counter shelves was marked different prices from products... no price on few products... In general like the store. A lot different diverse items ... I it because you can touch the products... not hidden in glass cases.

Their better than the first time I visited this store, friendliness and a nice tone goes a long way with me when I am spending my hard earned cash. They didnt have what I was looking for and I dont fault them for that, so I went to Amazon and purchased my liquid leave in conditioner. Target didnt even have it, Wolly dont sell it. Did purchase my oil for my hair at a reasonable price. All in all it was a good visit.

Jenny has EVERYTHING. I felt a little overwhelmed because I felt like every corner was packed with so many different things. Then again I guess its a good thing because you really dont have to go anywhere else to get your stuff. There was a line by the time I got to the front, but they had 5 cashiers so it moved quickly. The location is kind of tucked away, but I know that Jenny has other locations throughout the metroplex.

The wigs looked picked over. Should require masks. More assistance on the aisles.

The ladies on the sales floor was more interested in getting on their cell phones than assisting me. The guys behind the counter were very helpful. I will go to the Jennys in the Arlington or Woodhaven area, their service is better!

They usually have everything I need. Staff is not always very friendly though.

The young ladys that they had in the wig department were very nice and courteous today. They helped me right away, usually they have girls there that are talking to each other bad mouthing the wig selections in their own work place, just standing around with attitudes not wanting to help at all when asked. Today they had very good employees oh yah one of them greeted me.

Whatever your health and beauty aid needs are this is a place to go. Fast friendly, well lit and clean this place has mask for the low price of 2.50 theyre very stylish. The staff appears to be very helpful in assisting you. I will definitely be back

Good selection! The prices can be high on certain items. The military discounts doesnt cover your whole purchase. I purchased almost $200 worth and the owner says the military discount doesnt apply to anything I purchased???!!!I would need to buy human hair!? Not clothing or makeup or hair product. I think theres not much patriotism in that. I understand he comes from Korea, but if you are going to offer something for our service do it wholeheartedly or forget it. And Korea is very hospitable. Shops give you a free gift sometimes when you get many items.You may be unaware but your policy leaves a bad feeling with a veteran upon discovery of your very limited discount. Every veteran doesnt come to your shop only to buy human hair. Consider the men and women who served this country all have unique and individual needs.

Do not purchase bundles from here. I paid 300.00 for 3 bundles and they appeared ok but once I unraveled them they were tangled up and nappy. Never again. I’m glad I had some back up hair. Never never again.

Jennys has a large selection of hair and hair products. Im pretty sure you can get any thing associated with hair at this Beauty supply. They also sell cheap but cute makeup. Jennys has two locations in Fort Worth that Im aware and familiar with. One location is on Mansfield Hwy right down the street from the flea market, in the same shopping center as the family dollar and Food Land grocery store. The second location is on Meadowbrook Dr right next to where the old Minyards grocery store was located. Its the place to go for all your hair essentials and of course the hair itself.

The most eye-catching corner is clothing and miscellaneous goods, which is comparable to a professional clothing store or department store. Their mannequin styling is particularly outstanding. Various accessories such as combs and hairpins are displayed along the aisles. The wigs are displayed like a staircase in island showcases based on color and style. The silver color, ombré color, and long wig sections are especially eye catching. Wig packages are kept under the shelf. As the popularity of bundled hair continues to grow, the bundle hair display needs to be increasingly well organized. In order to sell high quality hair, customers need to look at and feel it, so premium hair is placed on the floor.The cosmetic section is a separate ‘C’ shaped area in front of the register. Customers can compare and buy items, and the cashier can identify the customer’s movements.First time I came into Jenny’s I was surprised they literally have everything you need in one stop the workers are super helpful and extremely friendly I give them five stars ❤️❤️

Since getting rid of the dress side of the store. They have been able to increase the types of hair, hair products, wigs, and make up that they carry. Its pretty much a one stop shop for all your hair needs. The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

I always get what i need here. The aisles are roomy everthing is always in stock. Besides I think they should have more black closures or laces. Other than that good store I drive about 35 minutes just to go there. The girls who are working the register are nice young women.

I just went in there an hour ago i spent $475. I get home look at my receipt and the 6 bundles i bought were on sale but they charged me regular price. I just called them 6 times but no one is answering. I could be wrong but im trying to get some understanding.
